• Helen (10/5): Great location, great facilities and a great stay. - Perfect location as only a very short walk from my office and an even shorter walk to my favourite coffee shop! Great communication ahead of arrival in regards to door codes etc. Very clean. Great facilities available. Only stayed one night but next time I am visiting for a longer period I will try to book again. No negatives! Even the coffee wasn't Nasty Nescafe!

Check-in instructions were very clear; we had no issues with access. The studio was very reasonably priced compared to other nearby options. N/A - everything was as expected.

• CARMEN (9/5): Cómodo y práctico para mi viaje de negocios. - Ubicación muy buena para viaje de negocios. Cama cómoda, todo muy limpio. Es una calle interior, peatonal, por lo que es muy tranquila. Cuenta con menaje y accesorios de cocina todo muy limpio y nuevo, lavavajillas y lavadora ambos con pastillas de jabón y plancha. Tuve problemas con el chek-in, las instrucciones no eran claras y tuve que llamar para poder entrar, ya que funciona con un código tanto la puerta exterior como la de la habitación. La persona que vino a abrirme me trató de malas maneras, no fue nada educado ni amable y es lo único que puedo indicar que deberían cambiar. Para viajes de ocio es una zona que por la noche no es animada ni tiene restaurantes, etc.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Highly Recommended - very quiet for such a central location! - The apartment was central to the Strand and a very short walk from King’s College but it was remarkably quiet and peaceful with very little external noise! The access is via key code and incredibly easy and efficient! It had everything we needed for a weekend stay but I’d happily return for longer!! It was modern and clean with excellent facilities!! There is very little to fault here especially as the cost was really competitive too, though not sure what peak season would be! There are just one or two tiny things that could be improved; the kitchen tal had a drip which had I not put kitchen towel down would have been very irritating. The sofa, though a fabulous addition to the apartment was not terribly comfortable - but we hadn’t come to London to sit on the sofa so not a huge problem at all!!

The 'double bed' was only 120cm wide, which for two grownupas who are not a couple was way too narrow. The staff was very accomodating with arranging a sparebed, which really took care of it.

• David (8/5): Comfortable well equipped apartment in good location. - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great central location that was handy for access to Temple underground, St Paul's, Chancery lane, Thameslink station. There was plenty of towels, extra pillows and duvet and plenty of toilet roll, kitchen roll etc. They also provided tea bags and Taylors coffee filter bags which was nice to have.There are plenty of places for coffee or to eat close by and Tesco's and Sainsbury's shops within 5 mins walk if you require any essentials. Overall once we got over the initial access issue we had a great stay in a comfortable clean apartment at a reasonable price for Central London. We would recommend to anyone wanting a base for more than a couple of days trip that this would be a good place to stay and we would definitely use Crane Court in the future if we come back to London in the future. The instructions for initial access are not very clear and would present a problem for older people or technically challenged people. The guy who came out to help us had an air of disbelief that we couldn't negotiate their complex entry system even though there were others there too who couldn't use it! So obviously it's an issue that needs looked at as I would say it happens all the time! There is a small lift in the property but it's really not very useful for anyone with accessibility difficulties as it's accessed up steps, but this probably can't be helped as it would be uneconomic to reconfigure the stairs and lift in the building.
• Aleksandar (10/5): Apartment 11 - The location was excellent, very convenient for everything. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a hair dryer, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, safe… There were plenty of clean towels, and the bed linen was fresh and clean. Easy online check-in and check-out. Access to the building and the apartment was keyless, which was very convenient. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was great, even during the weekend. All the necessary information was clearly explained in the house manual. The WiFi worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. There were some stains on the sofa, although the studio was otherwise very clean. The bed was good for us, although it is generally a bit smaller.

El alojamiento a pesar de ser un semisotano y no tener luz natural era bastante amplio y tenia de todo para cocinar. Tuvimos algun problema con la vitro y la comunicación con el personal fue muy rápida! Incluso pudimos dejar el equipaje al llegar y al irnos. Algo caro pero en Londres todo es asi… la cama un poco pequeña y estaría genial que proporcionasen elementos básicos como sal y aceite. Por lo demás ninguna pega

Hauteur sous plafond bien équipé jolie et hyper bien placé, je ne peut pas vous recommander mieux si vous devez venir a londres pour une visite de la ville ou un week-end tranquille en amoureux c'est parfait. Merci encore ca a rendu notre sejour que plus agréable ! La qualité des oreillé pourrais être amélioré pour un peux plus de confort. Mettre une télé qui puisse ce connecter simplement au téléphone pour pouvoir apprécié les temps mort.

The washer dryer was an unexpected bonus. I didn't see the elevator until I'd carried my bag up 2 flights of stairs.

I've cut myself shaving and couldn't use a towel in fear of paying the price (apparently charged by the laundry place-if so, change your supplier) The bed is quite short. I'm 5,8 and didnt fully fit in the bed.

• Ann (9/5): Great location and amenities for a London stay - The location was excellent being just a few minutes walk from a tube station and St Paul’s Cathedral. It felt central with everything in easy walking distance. The apartment, although small was well equipped and very clean. It was everything we needed for a week in London. Would definitely stay again. There was a lift but it wasn’t at the ground floor and was only available to lower floors. This meant some carrying of suitcases. Crane Crt connects two busy roads and the buildings on each side tend to create a bit of an echo chamber as people walk through or patronise the restaurant. Be prepared for noise to go late and start early but the you are in London so it’s better than traffic 24/7.

• T.deli (9/5): Central location, cozy apartement. - Central location, have all what you might need for a short stay, easy check-in and check-out, sufficient stay for a week or two stay. One time their booking.com account was hacked, and I was very close to be scammed, likely I identified it. That made me to pay through booking.com to avoid scam. In winter, you may want to avoid the basement apartment due lack of light.
• Marija (3/5): Room not as in photos, prison-like metal bars on windows inside - Location was good, but... We booked the classic studio. Photos showed a normal flat with normal windows. We were given a ground floor flat with huge windows completely covered with dense metal bars, and even worse, the bars were on the inside. It was like being in prison. I would have never, ever booked a room like that, it was severely depressing. I felt completely scammed. There is no way a prison room and a higher level room should be priced at the same rate. The room was also not professionally cleaned: orange and black mildew all over the shower, on the grouting and on the silicone, and layers of limescale on the taps and sinks. Given the price of this accommodation and the supposedly professional letting agency, this is completely unacceptable. Thermostats for the heating are programmed with a wrong day and time, and in some unknown scheme. The temperature dropped to 16 degrees at random times of day or night. Each time we had to manually override this. Once the heating would restart, it was sufficiently warm. Still, it is unacceptable to randomly reset the room temperature to 16 degrees in December. There were no instructions on how to reprogram the thermostats permanently.

• Leslie (9/5): Ten Lovely Nights in London - We stayed in Studio 12 which was as advertised. Two windows were available for light and air flow. The bathroom was roomy and the kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and some pans. We were there for 10 nights and thought there would be a change of towels, but we never heard from them. I also never asked, so there you go. My only contact with maintenance was while trying to open our door, George (I think) was doing some other task and said we needed new batteries. A life saver! The location is great. Plenty of near by bus and train stations within reasonable walking distance. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Overly complicated self check in. Timing of the instructions while you are on the move. We took a train from Edinburgh and had a train transfer and didn't like having to be tied to our phones with dire instructions coming about our codes. Maybe it was just bad commmunication skills.
