- Margaret (7/5): Nice cabin but crammed in with other 'vintage' caravans - Cabin was cosy and all we required. Quiet. Good laundry. But the look of the rest of the caravan park detracted from the newer 5-6 modern cabins. We were given a free upgrade to a larger cabin on arrival so that was nice. Close to beach. Cabin ( and several other similar ones) we tucked away in a separate area to the rest of the complex which consisted of cheek by jowl crammed in old vintage caravans. Never saw inside one and they may be good but looked quite shabby from the outside. The whole caravan site did not create a good impression.

Toilet/loundry door not locking and squicking, could not sleep due to the noise that the door made when toilet used during the night. Used baby oil on the hinges to fix it. Reception not open on arrival (2:30 pm) and we had no idea how to find or get in into our "villa".

Cabin was generally comfortable and was clean. Bed was good. Kitchen was well appointed. Park was close to Rye shops, RSL and Rye Hotel. Cabin was on a hill and my elderly wife had difficulty negotiating the wooden steps. Plug in bathroom basin: Water just drained away while I was having a shave. Toilet cistern had a constant, slight leak. Had to kill a spider - he came in to take shelter from the rain. (not really their fault) Wifi didn't work. Had to watch free to air TV. My own mobile internet was also a bit poor on the busy nights - the telecoms companies only cater for off season population on the Mornington Peninsula. I got very few bars on 4G. (also not really their fault)

It’s the little things for instance when I arrived the front light and kitchen light was on and so was the heater. To arrive late and have a warm place to go to was awesome. It always smells fresh and clean in the unit and is always spotless. We love staying there. I loved everything.

The cabin itself was good There was no atmosphere and the facilities were terrible- I left feeling flat! It is pet friendly which is good but we didn’t feel safe walking through the park as dogs were off leashes
- Louise (8/5): Walking distance to Rye - comfy cabin! - Great location just a short walk into Rye & to the beach. Loved our two bedroom cabin it was well equipped, comfy beds, great shower & the campsite was lovely. Pet friendly too!

- Roxanne (10/5): We are satisfied during our stay and I highly recommend this place - The house is very cozy. Just enough to relax. The basic things that we need in the kitchen were available. Place is quite too at night
- Madelyn (8/5): Clean, functional, and a friendly atmosphere. - You can really tell that the owners have put a great deal of time and care into the caravan park, from the thoughtful décor touches right down to the names of the caravans and lots. The cabin was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and communication throughout was excellent. The facilities were well maintained, and the park’s location made it easy to park an extra car just outside. If the bed wasn’t comfortable, there was the option to contact the owners for a different bed topper. There were enough pillows and bedding provided, along with towels. The shower pressure was excellent and the hot water was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. However, there is one hill that might make this challenging for some people.
- Lynda (9/5): Great comfortable stay - Great location, very clean and comfortable The wifi didn’t reach our cabin, it woudlnt connect until we walked down to the playground. I’m sure that’s a known issue based on some previous comments I’ve seen. It would be great if that could be addressed as it wasn’t that it was slow or disconnecting, it wouldn’t even come up as an available network until we walked closer to other parts of the grounds.

- Kimberley (8/5): - It was cosy, clean and staff were lovely. We had a 2 bedroom villa, at the back of the park where it was quiet. Close to shops and the beach. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, apart from clingwrap or similar. There is some maintenance required to upkeep the villa inside and out. It was smaller than we expected and only one room has a ceiling fan. On initial arrival it wasn't at all what we were expecting, the park and the villa. But it soon grew on us and felt homely and safe.

- Dale7777 (8/5): - It was a couple of blocks back from the busy Nepean Highway, and there were traffic lights to allow a turn back onto the highway in either direction along the bay. It was quiet and secluded. Would stay again. No complaints. A little more bench space in the kitchenette would have been handy. But it was totally what I was expecting, and was perfectly fine. I stayed in a holiday park the two nights previously in Geelong, in a similar unit, and it was cheaper per night.

- Tricia Ann Bernadette (7/5): - It's a good place to stay and the staff were helpful. when the shower wasn't working properly a staff member came over and got it fixed and l was happy that l could get to have myself a shower. And l stayed from the 24th to the 28th of October that's 4 nights. There wasn't anything l could complain about, my son and I were right at the back to one side in a Villa,it was a great little spot in cabin number 8. Only thing that l didn't like was a big light outside of the one of the bedrooms and the curtains were not blocking the light.

- North (9/5): Great Caravan spot. Throughly enjoyed! - Close to the Hotsprings, pet friendly, clean & cosy Could possibly do with an extra towel per person. Basic utilities like salt, pepper, oil & coffee plunger would have been great. We didn’t take out the rubbish as we only saw the instruction email after we departed, otherwise we would have taken it out. We kinda feel bad about that now. Our apologies!

- Daanish (7/5): - Good location, very close to restaurants and convenience stores. Fairly clean. Check-in and check-out were quite smooth. Beds were comfortable and linen seemed clean. During the 2-day stay, there was no wifi at all. Normally that would not have been an issue but since the cellphone reception was bad too, it was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially since the sunset was still relatively early and in the cold nights being able to watch TV would have been nice. Secondly, though we were expected to wash the dishes, there was no dishwashing liquid.

- francine (2/5): Definitely not worth the price - The location was great The horrendous smell of urine in our cabin and games room. Most of the games didn’t work, no dish liquid, no face washers etc.
- Belle (5/5): Nice staff but very basic accomodation. Not the most pleasant stay. - The location was good and the staff were accommodating in allowing us to check in early which was kind. The directions and information we received prior to check in and on check out was very helpful. The cabin waa musty and damp due to I believe condensation which made our clothing and other items damp. The floor was unpleasantly sticky and the cabin wasn’t as clean as it could be. There was a kitchenette but there was no dishwashing liquid to wash your dishes. The facilities were basic with a very small playground and games room which was thick with dust.

- Jesslyn (6/5): Could have been better. - Check in was no contact, by QR code. While I always appreciate a free room upgrade, this upgrade changed the bed configuration of the cabin and actually made my stay less comfortable. There's a reason I picked the room I picked. If I had wanted 2 double beds I would have booked that room to begin with. Also, the place was a little dusty and caused allergy flare ups amongst my family members.

- Rebekah (10/5): - Easy to find, close to town, spacious and warm cabins, easy and friendly check in and out. The location was perfect not only with being close to town, it was central to everything we wanted to do in the surrounding area The bathroom stayed steamy for a long time after use, even with windows open and fan going. Made it difficult to use mirror after. The fans may not be strong enough. But then again, a normal temperature shower. They probably could handle it a lot better

Games room was also very good The bed was super creaky a little bit uncomfortable but that’s okay everything else was very good :)
- THIERRY (7/5): Séjour agréable et familial - Douillet , propre et conforme aux photos. Le Park en lui même est assez vieux mais tres bien tenu. Il ´ est pas grand mais dispose de toutes les installations nécessaires . Il manque de la vaisselle de base pour pouvoir cuisiner des choses simples. Cela mériterait un peu plus d’ustensiles et de casserole .
