- Candace (6/5): - The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are such that you need to have a direct connection on check in details. Finally, EXP lists laundry as an amenity but that is not the case. Others do not list laundry, so Exp needs to remove this amenity from the list.

- Martin (8/5): Ruhig, Bahhofsnähe - Nähe Hauptbahnhof, relativ ruhig. Zutritt zu den Räumen ist nervig. Zwei gleichartige Schlüssel und sehr, sehr knapp eigestellte Leuchtdauer machen den Zutritt zu einem Abenteuer. TV für mich nicht nutzbar, da ich ohne Bedienungsanleitung kein Programm einstellen konnte. Bitte einen der beiden Schlüssel mit einem Überzug oder mit Nagellack markieren. Lichtschaltung auf eine Minute verlängern (absurde Vorstellung, man könnte durch die extrem kurze Leuchtdauer den Gewinn erhöhen!)
- Anna (10/5): Best place near the train station - The apartment was much bigger and better than I expected. Pictures somehow don't mirror how big the property is. Full size refrigerator and oven, a lot of utensils, washing machine and even capsules for it - I found everything.
- Julie Anne (8/5): - The property was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect location with a 15 min walk into the old town and ten mins away from a supermarket. Tram stops nearby, though Krakow is very walkable so we never used transport. Property manager really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage due to having an evening flight on our last day. Definitely recommend.

- Francisco (10/5): Aparthotel muy recomendable - Muy bien ubicado (a 300 metros de la estación de autobuses y a walking distance de las principales atracciones de la ciudad). La unidad era muy cómoda, prolija, moderna y con todos los elementos y enseres que se pueden necesitar en una corta estadía. El baño muy moderno y amplio. Personal amable. Un aspecto no tan favorable fue que el apartamento asignado se encontraba en el tercer piso, al que solo se accede por escalera y no resulta conveniente para personas de edad.

Estaría bien añadir alguna sábana para poder taparse. El equipamiento de la cocina aceptable. El baño muy bien. Era un apartamiento en 3er piso sin ascensor, no recomendable para maletas grandes y gente mayor.

- Joanna (2/5): Nie polecam. - Bardzo chcieliśmy wystawić pozytywną recenzje ale niestety nam tego nie ułatwiono. Pomimo maili i telefonów aby wyjaśnić sprawę byliśmy tylko zbywani. Nikomu nie zależy na rozwiązaniu problemu i zadowoleniu klienta. Po pierwsze hostel podaje błędne informacje dotyczące czasu pracy recepcji. Ok 14 dostałem smsa, że Pani idzie do domu i zostawi mi kluczyc w skrzynce. A wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na cołodobową recepcje. Po dotarciu przez 30min walka ze skrzynką gdyż zabrakło informacji jak ją otworzyć. Gdy dostalem sie juz do pokoju padłem zmeczony i nad ranem obudził mnie ziąb w pokoju. Klimatyzacja włączona na całego, arktyczny mróz a pilota brak. Probowalem to jakos wylaczyc ale niestety zero powodzenia. Udalo sie zasnac i obudzila mnie Pani z hostelu ktora wparowala okolo 7 do mojego pokoju, jak sie okazalo przez pomylke. Poprosilem o pomoc, panie szukala pilota, probowala wylaczy, obiecala ze z kims wroci. Wrocilam po ponad godzinie. 2 panie probowly wylaczyc klimatyzacje i znalezc pilot. Dalej nic a w pokoju zima. Akcja skonczyla sie moim zapaleniem zatok. Co najlepsze - do dzisiaj moja wersja wydarzen jest poddawana w watpliwosc. Nikt nie chce ze mna rozmawiac i ciagle obiecuja dochodzenie... Nie polecam.
- John (6/5): Disappointing but largely functional - We had a Junior suite. The pictures on the website didn't really reflect reality it looked much more like the basic room. While it was mostly clean and comfortable it felt very basic. The shower head was barely functional as it had not been descaled in ages ( I partly resolved this myself!) also the flow of cold water at the basin was a dribble. We were on the top floor which was quite a climb as there is no lift. Quite a few of the electric sockets/Switches both in the actual apartment and common spaces were loose and hanging out of the wall, which was dangerous.
- Kari (8/5): Mukava huoneisto - Hieman vaikeuksia löytää sisäänkäyntiä. Vastaanoton nuori nainen oli aivan hurmaava, ja aina kohdatessamme vaihdoimme muutaman sanan. Häneltä myös sain hyviä vinkkejä. Huone oli juuri sopiva. Remontoitu vanhasta huoneistosta. Siisteystaso oli kiitettävä koko huoneessa. Ainoa puute oli pimennysverhojen puute.

- Verified traveler (4/5): mejorable - Lo mejor la ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y de trenes. por lo que para moverse de 10. En cuanto al apartamento: Nosotros buscábamos un apartamento, no un hotel, para poder utilizar la cocina y hacer comidas allí y la verdad es que NO está bien equipado. En primer lugar no tiene ni horno ni microondas, con lo que ya te limita bastante, para desayunar o comer. En segundo lugar, en el apartamento hay un cartel en el que te piden que te friegues tu los cacharros, para que así las limpiadoras economicen su tiempo... pero en nuestro apartamento no había ni un estropajo, por lo que tuvimos que limpiar las cosas como buenamente pudimos. Y en cuanto a la vajilla, pues no había ni tan siquiera un colador para la pasta... por lo que bastante limitado. Y la ducha tenía un caudal muy pequeño por lo que era complicado lavarse el pelo. Y en cuanto a la limpieza diaria... pues lo único que te hacían es la cama, ni te cambiaban toallas ni sábanas ni nada. Fue bastante decepcionante ver como manché mi almohada (tengo el pelo teñido) y al llegar por la noche habían dado la vuelta a la almohada y no cambiaron ni la funda. Si no vas a hacer ningún uso de la cocina, porque vayas a hacer todas las comidas fuera, pues bien pero si buscas un apartamento... estoy segura de que hay mejores opciones. Por cierto no tiene ascensor... así que tres plantas con la maleta a cuestas.

Nice relax area with sofa and tv in the room and ample kitchenette. nice shower (too bad there was no window in the bathroom)

The front door was old and I didn’t feel really safe with it. This property also has no lifts. Although, the bed was comfy, shower was great and facilities provided were more than useful. Staff were friendly enough.

- Margaret (8/5): Comfortable stay - It was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Great area, close to the city centre and the train station. However, it was hot and the room was very hot withour air-conditioning. Fortunately, there was a tower fan available. I liked the kitchen and the idea that I can make my own food easily.

On arrival we escorted to our room and given instructions on how to operate each piece of equipment in the apartment and when we decided we wanted to go on a organised tour it was attended to immediately with concise instructions on pick up and the tour company's policies Finally the apartment was modern spotless and very comfortable

- Alton (10/5): Excellent Customer Service - Excellent hotel in a super convenient area, 5-minute walk from the central station and 10-minute walk to old town. The staff was so friendly and they even let us check in a couple hours early. The room was so very spacious with high ceiling, beds were comfortable, bathroom very clean. It was definitely beyond our expectation given it's so reasonably priced! We'll definitely stay again if we happen to visit Krakow again.
- Nick (8/5): Feeling like a Local - Enjoyed staying here because it made me feel that I was a local person, and not a tourist. The apartment which is in an old nineteenth century traditional building, was small and (by some standards) basic, but for me on my own it was perfectly adequate. When I wlaked through the door from the street I didn't feel like a tourist and felt I was living like a native of this fascinating city.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Overpriced - This property is adequate; but, is overpriced for what you get--no elevator, minimum hot water for showering, a relatively uncomfortable bed. On the good side: it is close to downtown and the rail and bus stations and the Old Town and it is typically clean as are most Polish Hotels. The apartments are also larger than a conventional hotel.
- mitch. (10/5): Spacious apartment 3 minutes from train station - Close to station, 10 minutes to old town, spacious apt, cooking equipment if you need it. Tram outside goes to Jewish quarter. Small shop next door but big supermarket in train station. I would certainly go back.
- Shruti (8/5): Great place but no lift a major negative - The apart hotel is located very near to the main railway station and pretty close to most of the touristy places. The room was nice and clean. It's pretty convenient with a kitchenette and spacious room. Only major inconvenience is lack of a lift. Walking up 4 floors each time wasn't fun especially with luggage. The hotel should strongly consider fitting a lift. So comfort gets a lower rating.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Glad we chose to stay here. - Modern apartment hotel located a few minute walk from the Glowny train station and 10 minutes from the Old Town. The room was recently renovated, very comfortable and quiet. The room included a mini fridge, a hot plate, pots, utensils, plates and cups/glasses. Staff was very helpful.
- edwin DJ (10/5): Caring Hotel - Very ideal hotel for first time Kraków visitors. Staff eagerly welcome us, allowed early check in since room was ready, and help carry our luggages, a huge help since hotel without lift (hotel policy?). Friendly hotel staff helps with our tours, cabs, and all info we need to enjoy our Kraków visit. They made our visit a lot more enjoyable, than it already was.
- edwin DJ (10/5): Home Away From Home - Additional 1 day stay booked on Expedia because our flight was changed, we had to leave a day later. Turned out room was different from one we were occupying, smaller, and a floor up. Hotel was gracious to give us the unoccupied bigger room next door at no extra cost, sympathizing with our problem getting a new flight home. Staff said they want our last day to be convenient, as we have already been stressed by our flight change, we knew only 5 hrs. before our scheduled flight and about ready to leave. Thank you Martha, for understanding our situation, and doing best to make us feel better, after learning we could not go home that morning.
- Andrew (10/5): Would recommend this hotel - We were both very happy with Platinum Aparthotel. It's in a good location, within walking distance of attractions such as main square and castle and very close to the train station. The staff were helpful and the rooms were fine. I'd definitely go back.
- Emma (6/5): - The room was clean and the service was quite good. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. However, the room was much smaller than expected and wasn't very comfortable for a 2 week stay. There were no real chairs, a sofa or a desk. There were also no facilities for laundry and the kitchenette was just a hot plate. The best thing about the hotel was the close proximity to the main train station and the main square was a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

- Paul (6/5): Weekend break in Kraków - We had to call when we arrived as as reception is not always staffed. Once we met the receptionist, he was very helpful. Room had a kitchen that had a fridge, sink, and hot plate but nothing else. Was good for having breakfast and maybe making lunch. Room was cramped with the wardrobe full of spare bedding. Looks fairly recently furnished with some building still going on in the stairway.

It's hard to prove anything but I didn't like the feeling in my respiratory system in the morning. The location of the place is really good since it's close to the main railway station and a short walk away from old town.

- hayley (8/5): Amazing helpful staff - We were on the top floor in an apartment with a balcony which was lovely. Everything in the apartment was modern and new but there was still a bit of work going on in the hallways/stairwell so it's a bit dusty and smells like paint but when it's finished I'm sure it'll be great! The sofa bed wasn't very comfy but what can you expect from a sofa bed really. Toiletries they give you aren't great so definitely bring your own soap/shower gel etc. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Great location, about 10/15min walk to main square and a tram stop right outside.
