Greg (8/5): - The reception staff were pleasant and courteous. Gained a room upgrade (thanks) as the booked room was not ready. All else was good except the internet connection. The original room connection didn't work, so an alternative was provided. However, this was 'supposed' to be better, but only one appliance could be connected instead of 3.
Verified traveler (10/5): Polite attentive staff - I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest.
Lindie-Joy (10/5): Pleasant Family Trip - We had a one night stay for the footy game at Suncorp. I booked the two bedroom Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with.
Cathy (6/5): - Our unit (1101) caused my husband and I to get profound hayfever, especially when air-conditioning was put on. So we had to NOT use the air-con and just open the windows. Overnight this meant we were woken several times by maniacs driving loud and fast down Milton Rd. So I’d suggest checking air-conditioning filters and giving them a BIG clean, and also checking and possibly THOROUGHLY cleaning the carpets.

Erin (6/5): - This is a property you can tell is made for apartment inhabitants, not a hotel. The bed was cheap and upon looking underside when packing to leave, the bottom of the mattress had burst open where a leg had been broken off. The bathroom was tidy, but the grout in the shower wall tiles need a bucket of bleach. 4 elevators but one is strangely unfinished or needing repairs as the walls are hanging canvas sheeting. There is no in-house food, only the option to use Menulog with an additional fee. The location is great, but four stars? Where? I have to get dressed and leave my hotel to get a coffee, you want me to pay -you- extra for the honour of a chain-made burrito that I collect at the front desk? Exploitative of older folk who are not fluent in food delivery (you don’t need hotel permission, you don’t need to pay them, there is other options than menulog) and not great for disabled people who perhaps thought meal availability was an amenity. This is not a hotel, it’s apartments that get clean towels.
Igor (10/5): - as expected it’s great in every aspect close to the city. Plenty of dining options nearby walking distance actually choice of plenty, public transport to the CBD which is five minutes away accommodation wise it’s modern up-to-date comfortable and clean.

Nice sauna & spa, however the pool is a joke - shallow end 900mm whilst the deep end is 1m deep. That's right, 1m! And I don't think it was that full during our visit. Great access to train and river cat plus a couple of good eateries near by. OK if at the right price.

The only negative about the whole experience was the additional cost for parking. The price for the hotel should have covered the parking cost and it was unfortunate that there was an unexpected additional cost for parking. Property is well maintained with common amenities such as gym and pool. Internet connection is spotty and there was none in the room I was in. After check out I could not stay around to work as staff was not able to provide internet access - they advised me to go to nearby cafes. It was cold while I visited in Brisbane and there was no heater in the room. Disappointing stay overall.

Verified traveler (10/5): A great hotel for an anniversary trip - My partner and I stayed one night in The Milton. Check-in was super easy, location was excellent for us as it was within walking distance to the Barracks and to the Milton Markets, and the room was really comfortable and roomy. We were on the station side of the building on the 17th floor. Occasionally, you could hear the train, but it wasn’t that noticeable and certainly didn’t bother us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the expensive parking fee.
Glen (10/5): Great stay in fantastic location - Recently stayed for 4 nights in this perfectly located complex. Situated above Milton Station and walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a supermarket. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern with all the facilities you need, including excellent kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The TV has pay channels including movie and sports channels. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows ok. Plenty of powerpoints and comfortable balcony furniture. Only 1 stop to Roma Street Station for trains to the Airport and Gold Coast, and 2 stops to Central for the city centre. Staff were helpful. Great stay and will definitely be staying here again!
