Wonderful location, easy check-in via digital key (all we needed were our cell phones), loved having two full bathrooms, nice to be in a real neighborhood, very close to any kind of transit we needed, and comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with management was easy and they responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

• Ellie (7/5): Satisfactory stay - The apartment was modern and comfortable, with a convenient automatic entrance system. Communication with the hosts was prompt and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and the property was exceptionally clean. The location is very central and convenient for getting around, which was a positive. However, the surrounding area felt quite unsafe. The listing photos were misleading, as it appeared to be a two-storey apartment, but in reality it was a single flat. The bedroom in particular was very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the process was more complicated than expected, as Booking.com confirmation was not sufficient and multiple additional forms had to be completed before arrival, which added unnecessary stress. The apartment also lacked basic essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and even a coffee capsule, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.
• Ronny (9/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities need for our stay. The Wifi was strong and reliable. The metro station is a four minute walk away. There a plenty of shops, and multi-cultural restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is lively, ethnically diverse and safe. With metro and bus stations nearby, it was easy to get to anywhere in the city. We would recommend the apartment and stay there again.

Simple check in/access once all the info had been filled in. It would have been nice to have a few pods included for the coffee machine given the price...

• Annie (7/5): Decent but not fabulous - We liked having room to cook as we have dietary restrictions. It was pretty. 1. Taxi driver cautioned that we were in a fairly unsafe neighborhood. 2. There was a key/ code mix up and strangers opened our door to enter when we were in bed. They were accidentally given our apartment number and key code.

• Katerina (10/5): absolutely fine - The location was great, the furniture was modern, and the apartment was very clean. We were a bit unsure about the area at first, but everything turned out to be absolutely fine. The only minor thing was the quality of the toilet paper — the cheapest option isn’t always the best choice. But that’s just a small detail, and overall everything was excellent.
• Jurgen (9/5): De verwachtingen werden helemaal ingevuld. - Superligging. Dicht bij het centrum en toch geen enkele last van lawaai. Het gebouw is vrij smal en hoog. De lift is heel krap voor 2 personen en dan zijn het toch heel wat trappen. Ik stelde me ook vragen wat betreft een noodplan bij brand.

• ZahariasK (7/5): Παράπονα - H τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος. Στις παροχές του διαμερίσματος υπήρχε αναφορά για πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο κι αυτά δεν υπήρχαν. Επίσης ζητήσαμε κι άλλες καθαρές πετσέτες που μας τις έφεραν αλλά δεν μπήκαν στον κόπο να πάρουν τα σκουπίδια από τις τουαλέτες και την κουζίνα.

• Hanna (7/5): Comfortable Apartment, Disappointing Customer Service - Quiet street with lively, bustling areas nearby full of bars and cafés. MACBA is within walking distance. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and were very quiet at night. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped (toaster, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge). Plenty of towels, and the main areas were generally clean. The apartment looks better in photos than in reality, and the living room lighting is poor. Only two regular-size mugs for three guests (the rest were espresso cups). There was no luggage rack or proper space for suitcases — we had to keep our luggage on the sofa, which made the living area unusable. I had requested an extra blanket in advance, but only a flat sheet was provided the next day, with the suggestion to increase the heating, which was not practical for our family. A maintenance person entered the apartment using the access code shortly after arrival without prior notice, which was unsettling. The apartment is in El Raval — while the immediate street is calm, just a few blocks away there is visible illegal street-level activity and groups of individuals monitoring passersby. We accidentally walked through those streets in the evening and did not feel comfortable. Reception is located in a different part of the city and is not within walking distance. When the online payment for the city tax and security deposit failed, the system displayed a message indicating the issue was on the merchant’s end. My bank confirmed there were no problems with my Visa card, and at the time there were broader electronic processing issues in Europe. Despite this, no alternative solution or flexibility was offered. We were told that if we did not arrive at reception before closing to pay in person, we would not receive the access code — even though the apartment had already been fully paid. For a company managing multiple properties in Barcelona, the lack of flexibility and customer-oriented service was the biggest disappointment of our stay.

• Mariana (9/5): все добре! 9 із 10! - Зручні апартаменти, близько до центру і площі Каталунії 5-10хв пішки, на кухні все необхідне. Апартаменти досить красиві, комфортно, чисто 9 із 10. Для людей із габаритами більше 100 кг може бути тісно у коридорі на схожах при підйомі на поверх. Є ліфт, але дуже маленький, удвох досить тісно, а якщо із багажем, то краще їздити по одному. Але ліфт чистий і працює добре. У нас було 2 телевізори, у вітальні все супер, а от у спальні не працював.

Apartament wygodny, przestronny, trzy łazienki, w salonie na antresoli i w głównej sypialni TV, Bardzo wygodne łóżka i kanapy (szczególnie ta na antresoli) - po dniu pełnym wrażeń, spacerów można komfortowo odpocząć z lampką wina . Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy ❤️

Jak na trzyosobową rodzinę to był mega komfort W związku z przylotem do Barcelony nie można pewnych rzeczy zabrać które są przydatne na plaży. Musieliśmy kupić parasol i matę plażową. Zostawiliśmy parasol w apartamencie. Myślę że powinien być taki na wyposażeniu.

• KYRIAKI (7/5): GOOD BUT IT COULD BE BETTER - The house was clean and comfortable, the location was ok, in the center of the city, the neighborhood not so good,, The house didn't have some coffee , sugar or tea like other Airbnb have in other countries and enough bags for the garbage.. and another thing we did not like is that no others countries that i have been to an Airbnb, no hosts told me that we have to clean the house while leaving. And if we didn't, they would charge us . When you book an apartment , it is said that you pay for the cleaning as well.

L’ascensore era fuori servizio (terzo pi - Forse la posizione abbastanza in centro Stanza sporca con peli sulle lenzuola e sui cuscini, trovati avanzi di pane dei vecchi ospiti e forte odore di fumo dentro la casa
• Minoia (9/5): - Posto molto accogliente con molti comfort come soggiorno con Smart tv e balconcino in camera da letto oltre quello in soggiorno. Un po’ di disagi ci sono stati, come le cialde del caffè e l’acqua non presenti, almeno nelle quantità necessarie per il soggiorno. Inoltre il divano era comodissimo ma con diverse macchie presenti che potrebbero dar fastidio.

Seulement les bruits des habitants . Appartement fonctionnel, joli parement en briques anciennes au plafond et sur le mur du salon. Couloir de dégagement pratique. Deux salles de douche pour trois personnes. Literie confortable Appartement sombre La lumière naturelle n'y pénétre pas beaucoup. Pas de torchon, pas de couverture supplémentaire, pas de tapis de douche.Entrée dans la douche tres étroite (il faut penser aux voyageurs grands et forts) canapé taché qui prend beaucoup de place dans le salon. Pas de produits de première nécessité :sucre, sel, huile, liquide vaisselle.

• Jodok (10/5): My favourite - For me it’s just the perfect location to stay. Been in almost every apartment. They’re all are great. Ola Living provides a kit with cleaning items for the kitchen. A kit with salt/pepper, oil/vinegar and coffee/tea/suger would be highly appreciated
• Feig (9/5): - Die Lage ist ruhig und alles ist so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten und Sofa sind sehr bequem. Der Lift ist extrem klein (1Koffer eine schlanke Person) haben Platz. Die Sauberkeit war okay aber geht besser. Die zwei Bäder sind auch sehr klein.
• Gianna Benedetti (9/5): Se sarà libero ci tornerò sicuramente - L'appartamento è in un quartiere della città vecchia ma completamente rinnovato al suo interno e dotato di tutti i servizi sia per la cucina che per l'intrattenimento. L'appartamento è ampio e ha due terrazzini. Nonostante il quartiere sia molto vivace l'appartamento è ben isolato, il letto eccezionalmente comodo e la notte si dorme in grande silenzio. A pochi passi ci sono piccoli market provvisti di tutto e si possono raggiungere facilmente i luoghi più attrattivi della città a piedi o coi mezzi. Dovessi tornare lo risceglierei

• Chris (10/5): Clean, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen - The location was perfect for my needs but after dark it’s a different beast. The beds were comfortable with a small balcony outside. It’s quite a height, the railings are very secure but a bit low for my height so I kept my distance. Kitchen was very nice. The lift is very small. If you’re a big fella like me you might find it hard to fit with another person. It would have been nice to have an extra thinner blanket / duvet option as the bed was comfortable but very hot. Sofa had a couple of stains.

• Elisabeth (8/5): - Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, die 2 Zimmer war top - und wir hatten 2 Badezimmer, was auch sehr praktisch war. Es gibt 2 U Bahn Stationen in der Nähe und man kommt sehr schnell überall hin. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Straße war sehr gut beleuchtet und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Nachts war es etwas laut - vor allem am Wochenende.

• Marie (5/5): We didn't enjoy staying at this apartment. - The apartment was central, close to the center, shops, supermarkets, etc. The sofa was worn out and stained, the shower head was broken, the floors weren't cleaned, hardly any dish soap (had to buy some), large nonstick pan was scratched.

• Dominika (8/5): - Vybavení je celkem moderní a pohodlné. Apartmán je v centru města v klidnější boční ulici ve 3.patře. Ložnice je orientovaná do dvora, takže je tam více klid. Veškerá komunikace s personálem probíhá přes Whatsapp, na místě nikdo není. WiFi v objektu funguje dobře. V kuchyni je myčka, dostanete i sadu prostředků na mytí nádobí. Vybavení je slušné, ale málo úložných prostor na potraviny, pokud si budete sami vařit. Lednice je velká včetně velkého mrazáku. V koupelně je tekuté mýdlo, šampon i sprchový gel, nemusíte si je vozit s sebou. Ubytovatel preferuje mytí nádobí v myčce, takže v bytě není odkapávač na nádobí ani utěrka. Na pět dní jsme ovšem dostali jen jednu tabletu do myčky. Takže jsme stejně myli průběžně nádobí ručně a dávali ho uschnout do myčky. Absurdní! Závady- pár nefunkčních světel jsme ohlásili na začátku pobytu, ale do konce (5 dní) nebyly opraveny.

• Estelle (1/5): Terrible. Find a different place to stay, unless you like blood and its halloween! - I stayed here on September 6, and it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still in the room running around trying to finish her cleaning whilst having her earphones in and chatting away on her phone. Once we got in, we were shocked to find blood stains all over the couch. While I appreciated that the management responded quickly over WhatsApp, the solution was to have the cleaning lady come back, and she simply poured bleach all over the couch instead of properly cleaning or replacing it. The stains remained, leaving the apartment with a strong chemical smell and a clear health and safety risk. The TV was broken and couldn’t be used at all. Then, when we moved to a new apartment, the cleaning service never showed up as promised. We were left to reuse dirty towels and had no toilet paper. I first asked about compensation on September 7 and was told I’d hear back the next day. I didn’t receive their final decision until October 17, after numerous of reminders to review, more than a month later. The 10% compensation offered wasn’t even enough to cover the deposit I had to put down, let alone the inconvenience and biohazardous conditions we dealt with. Overall, while the WhatsApp communication was initially prompt, everything else- from cleanliness and hygiene to management’s handling of the situation, was unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this property until major improvements are made.
