• Laura (8/5): - Voy desde hace años y valoro el precio , la amabilidad del personal para reservar la habitación sin previo pago, hacer el check in de madrugada. Pero en este caso la habitación olía a tabaco ( no es culpa del hotel porque lo prohíbe) pero me resultó incómodo.

• Stephen (10/5): A warm and caring welcome - We had had a difficult day due to a vehicle breakdown, and arrived late in the evening. The lady on reception was very kind and looked after our luggage before check in so we could get something to eat before the restaurant closed.

• Mónica (8/5): - El personal es muy amable. El hotel está algo anticuado pero las camas son cómodas y la ubicación es genial. Se encuentra fuera de la capital pero a tiro de piedra en coche, se tardan 4 minutos en llegar a León y la carretera es recta.

• David (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at Hotel Camino Real, only stayed for one night as passing by but the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was spacious and well kept, very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely use again with no hesitation if in the area.

• Jeffrey (8/5): - Hotel is older but everything works. We only needed a place to stay for 1 night with parking. If your driving through Leon this hotel is perfect with lots of parking and easy to get too off the highway. Short easy drive to Leon center as well.

• R (10/5): - Great spacious property with spacious rooms. Breakfast was extra. The only downside was that the room has angled ceiling (top floor), which was very inconvenient - the angle of a white painted ceiling was hard to spot, so bumped the head a few times 😃. Otherwise, a lovely hotel.

• Paul (8/5): Goed, maar "zeer Spaans" passantenhotel - Dit hotel ligt langs een toegangsweg naar León, maar toch is die weg tamelijk rustig, zeker 's avonds en 's nachts. Het hotel biedt voor een redelijke prijs een zeer verzorgde kamer en lekker eten in het restaurant. Het geheel is smaakvol ingericht. Wat jammer is dat men het ontbijt alleen "op zijn Spaans" aanbiedt, wat wil zeggen dat je heel basic kan gaan ontbijten in een eigenlijk mooie, maar schel verlichte en lawaaierige ruimte, natuurlijk met het in Spanje vaak onvermijdelijke televisiescherm. We vonden in de consumptieruimtes geen publiek van toeristen, wel passanten en mensen uit de buurt die iets kwamen drinken, iets te vieren hadden.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent room for a fair price - Staff at the front desk and restaurant were really nice. For the price, you can’t complain, bed was pretty comfortable and we had a little balcony overlooking the front of the hotel/road. Two things would have made this stay better: 1) it was hard to adjust the temperature in the room so it was either really warm or freezing. 2) there were a handfull of mosquitos in our room. This could surely be prevented by putting screens on the windows. Overall, it did the job for a quick stop on our roadtrip.

No breakfast was available, and the staff member didn't understand us, so we just had a cup of tea, so it did put a dampener on our stay.

• Louis (8/5): CONVENIENT LOCATION - Good access to all the major routes in this region. About10 min drive to the historic area of Leon. Good parking and some covered. Room had a nice balcony with a great view of distant mountains and you could also the walkers on the trail to Santiago. The cafeteria bar had a nice tapas. Good shopping including a Carrfour and many restaurants less than a 10 min drive. Overall good value.
