Good access to Union Marketplace nearby. Friendly, accommodating staff Saturday night it was difficult to sleep due to a club nearby that way playing loud music until about 4Am in the morning. I'm not sure the hotel can do much of anything about that, but it did diminish the experience. Sunday night the noise level was fine.

- Ilaria Baldini (5/5): Soggiorno deludente per scarsa attenzione al cliente e alla pulizia - La colazione era buona e piacevole, anche se con poche opzioni europee. Le aree comuni, come palestra e piscina, sembravano curate e ben mantenute. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza della cucina in camera, dotata dello stretto indispensabile per gestire i pasti durante un soggiorno di più giorni. Purtroppo la gestione del servizio è stata molto carente: già prima dell’arrivo non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta a diverse richieste di chiarimento sulla camera. Una volta in struttura, la stanza non era pronta per tre persone (asciugamani insufficienti e divano letto senza lenzuola) e abbiamo dovuto sistemare tutto da soli dopo un lungo viaggio. Le lenzuola fornite erano sporche e non sono state cambiate nemmeno dopo segnalazione; quelle del divano letto sono rimaste le stesse per sei notti consecutive, nonostante richieste quotidiane. Anche gli asciugamani venivano cambiati in modo irregolare e mai in numero adeguato, costringendoci spesso a richiederli in reception. La pulizia generale lasciava a desiderare: cestini non svuotati con regolarità, pavimenti sporchi e mancanza di prodotti base come spugna e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.

I didn’t eat breakfast each morning, but the selection was good with healthy options too. Whether it was the front desk in the morning or the evening, they were all always so friendly and helpful with any transportation or specific things to do in the area. Always kind and seemed happy like they enjoyed working for Hilton I liked the additional measure of Security with needing a room key to use the elevator. It was a little bit further out from DC main attractions so we had to use Uber more than what I was anticipating, but I would do it again because my experience with the staff and value of room was good. The digital key stopped working after a day, but I had the room card key for the elevator so I just went back to using the card only. I was disappointed the pool was closed for renovations, but they did say that on their homepage.

- Sandra (8/5): Overall, the stay was comfortable and clean, but inconsistent service, limited breakfast variety, and maintenance issues - The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good overall, though the options were the same each day, primarily taco-style items and scrambled eggs that lacked much flavor. On the first morning, I asked for a bottle of water and was asked if I was a member. I said no, and the staff member told me he would provide it this time, but noted that it was normally for members only. Additionally, the washing machines were not clean, and washing and drying a small load took several hours, which suggested there may have been an issue with the machines.

- Apichai (9/5): Clean, roomy and good value for money. - The location was great! It is only 20 minutes away from the union station if you need to travel by bus or train. Room was spacious and clean which was a plus since we had many large luggage. Bed was comfortable and staffs were friendly. They provide free shuttles to union station (1 mile range service). Breakfast was also okay. We tried to use the provided shuttle, but it took too long to come so spare more time than we did (we spared 1 hour and it's only 20 minutes drive away, but the shuttle came after 30 minutes of wait which by that point we already called a Lyft to the station instead).

- Crystal (10/5): - Me and my best friend everytime we hangout go to Homewood Suites. We love the fact we can cook our own meals. The suite itself we love, because of the bedroom and living room set up. Where there is TVs in both areas, and you can adjust the temperature. The breakfast in the morning is made fresh and warm. The hotel is nice and quiet, the gym is sound proof on the second floor. So you don't hear slamming equipment. The shuttle takes you where you need to go. 10/10
