- John (5/5): It was boring - Breakfast was great. Thats about it. People at the front desk didnt represent what I think of when I think of Hilton. Front desk overnight guy was rude and short with me.

- Dianna (6/5): Not what other reviews state - We stayed here for OU parents weekend as hotels in Norman triple their rates. The reviews for this hotel were very positive; however, we had poor customer service from 2 of the 3 front desk workers. When we checked in there was no welcome, small talk or , info about hotel. They only clean your room every other night so when I went down the next morning to ask if we could have fresh sheets and towels since some were leaving and others staying that night - they acted like it was huge inconvenience!! It's a hotel -- this is what they do. I wasn't even asking for it by a certain time I said it can be anytime today we were leaving at 10:30am and wouldn't be back till after 5 so they had all day. When we returned they did not change or provide any new bedding - they did leave clean towels. Therefore we had no bedding for the sofa couch - which was also broken and slanted down. The AC made a screeching noise every time it turned off and on and the fridge also made constant noise. Hotel was clean, free parking and good coffee.

- Mitch (1/5): Poor management - Hotel looked clean, but didn't end up staying. Management. Not very understanding or helpful. We didn't need the room after all that night. We asked to move it to the next night and was denied. We were already checked in, and our room was untouched. We weren't asking for a refund, but to bump our stay to the next day. But the manager was not understanding or empathetic to our situation. They lost my future business .

- Frank (8/5): Friendly staff - Service friendly, housekeeping helpful and went out of their way to clean our room early and gave us plenty linen. The only disappointment would be cheap mattress, sunken in the middle (very used -need new) and couch had so many stain it looked liked it needed some steam cleaning and carpet felt like it had a film of crude, would not walk barefoot on the carpet.

- Myron (4/5): Was very disappointed due to no cleaning service. - The property was clean and in a good location We stayed there Friday through Monday and not once was our room clean by staff. There was always an excuse. Mainly short on staff.

- Charles (10/5): Spacious and comfortable - We picked the spacious room, which provided ample space for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. There wasn't a cooktop in the room, but I was able to quickly get an induction burner and skillet from the front desk. Definitely would pick this hotel again!
