- Guest (10/5): - Estuve dudando si ir al ver las reseñas de muchas personas, pero la verdad el hotel me pareció muy lindo, muy cómodo, las habitaciones súper grandes y bonitas, el sonido de la naturaleza 10/10. Todo está pensado para relajarse. Me gustó la clase de relajación y la caminata que es un plus que se maneja dentro del plan. La comida súper rica, saludable y varias opciones vegetarianas / veganas. Creo que es normal el desgaste de las instalaciones pero si uno ha tenido casas/ fincas en una zona donde hace tanto calor sabe que por más que se le realice mantenimiento seguido esto es esperable y normal.
- Mongui (6/5): - Nos gustó la atención por parte del personal y más de los del restaurante. Es un lugar muy agradable. La comida es muy pero muy rica Falta mantenimiento en la mayoría del hotel, en una de nuestras habitaciones la mini piscina soltó toda la pintura azul y quedamos todos pintados de azul, la zonas de la piscina y de hidromasajes central le falta mucho pero mucho mantenimiento hay zonas del hotel que no tienen bombillos, el servicio del restaurante se demora Mucho. Pensaría que la administración está fallando y lastimosamente están dejando decaer un sitio que es sus inicios era un lugar muy pero muy agradable y premium. La relación en este momento precio-calidad, precio-instalaciones, estaría en realidad en mucha discusión. Ojalá no lo dejen decaer. Porque es un lugar muy lindo.

- Jose Fernando Caro (8/5): Buen sitio para descansar pero sobrevalorado - Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el lugar es bastante silencioso y está rodeado de naturaleza. Se puede descansar bastante bien y el sitio está ubicado en un lugar muy bonito. Al lugar le hace falta mantenimiento y está sobrevalorado. Para el precio que se paga, deberían estar cubiertos todos los detalles, pero no es así. La piscina estaba sucia, la ducha muestra la opción de uso de agua caliente pero no es cierto que hay agua caliente y tuvimos problemas con el funcionamiento del baño. Aunque el agua no es potable en el lugar, no ofrecen opciones para acceder a agua para beber más allá de comprar botellas de agua bastante costosas.

The hotel was completely booked that will have to be anticipated by managers in charge of the weekend operation, the management should have planned additional employees for this high season weekend, the service at the restaurant was extremely slow and the guests were very uncomfortable with this situation and preferred to leave without dinner, it is sad not to have the service expected for what was paid in the reservation, it is a matter of planning and management, since the hotel is very nice but these types of situations completely change the experience.

- danielrachmanis (10/5): Fantastic weekend close to Bogota. - Fantastic retreat 2.5 hours drive away from Bogota. The property is located in a remote rural area between green hills of lush vegetation. Each Villa has its own private pool a patio with hamac. Activities are around water circuit , massages , yoga and meditation classes. Healthy food. Good service. Perfect to get away from it all.

Any true nature lover and peace seeker will fall in love and appreciate the magic and beauty of this gem on Earth. The nature is among the most beautiful I have ever seen, and I am an experienced world traveler. There are very few places left in the world with such untouched, raw and unspoiled nature like this. Each morning I was awaken by an orchestra of birds- the sounds of these birds alone completely relaxed my nervous system, coming from the stress of city life, this to me was the ultimate luxury. The rooms were eco chic, simple luxury, and I could lay in that hammock just staring at the mountains for hours. The food is absolutely delicious, completely organic, and will nourish your soul. The massages were among the most relaxing I had ever received. Every single detail about this place is geared towards relaxing and bringing you back to a state of wholeness and well-being. This is not a place for someone who needs a lot of distraction: this is a place to come back to simplicity, but in complete comfort and luxury. It is this very simplicity which I appreciated the most : as I believe we have enough distractions in our day to day lives: one craves just to be somewhere and listen to the birds, feel the warm air, eat nourishing organic food, bathe in healing waters, and come back to stillness. Thank you Entremonte for bringing me back to a state of harmony and balance. I can’t wait to visit again.

Not worth it at all! Food is bad, it lacks of amenities, customer service is careless!! They rate themselves as 5* while they should be 2*

The amenities are very poorly, (old bad towels and watery soap need to be changed) Organization and restaurant service is very bad. Food was definitely not good ! The place doesn’t have drinking water! We were changed 3 times from the room due to damages in the first two. First room light was not working, second room toilet was not working.

Las cabañas son super amplias y tiene una zona privada con hamaca y piscina. Solo les mejoraría la limpieza, en los tres días que estuvimos la piscina no fue limpiada y tenía muchos insectos muertos dentro por lo cual no la pudimos disfrutar. De resto creo que el circuito hidrico es muy bueno, y la atención en el restaurante es impecable y rápida. Las porciones nos parecieron adecuadas, la comida está bien. Puede parecer restringida para quienes buscan comida y opciones en abundancia. Hay pocas actividades en los alrededores, creo que está bien para una o dos noches.

There is a lack of information on activities which would be great if told. Another person told me it was possible to take a bike ride around but we nevee knew. Other than that, it is a great and healthy experience. I recommend staying for two nights as one just isnt enough.
