Huoneessa oli omituinen haju, jonka vuoksi ikkunoita oli pidettävä koko ajan auki. Jotain ihme roiskeita seinillä, lampunvarjostimessa ja verhoissa. - Jérôme (6/5): Correct et bien situé mais ne pas s'attendre à un hôtel conventionnel - La chambre était très bien, tout comme la literie, très confortabe. Le personnel était accueillant et la communication, aussi bien avant l’arrivée que pendant le séjour, excellente. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du métro Reppublica, Termini et à environ 20 minutes du centre historique (Fontaine de Trevi, Colisée, etc.). Beaucoup de restaurent autour. L’entrée de l’immeuble est franchement peu accueillante : poubelles et déchets sont visibles dès l’arrivée. Comme c’est souvent le cas à Rome, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel « classique » tel qu’on les connaît ailleurs en Europe, mais d’une formule hybride entre hôtel et Airbnb. Trois établissements différents se trouvent dans le même bâtiment, chacun avec sa propre réception à des étages différents. Une fois passée l’entrée commune et l’ascenseur vétuste, l’établissement en lui‑même correspond davantage à un hôtel conventionnel. La consigne à bagages est proposée, mais les valises sont entreposées dans un couloir accessible à toute personne pouvant entrer dans l’immeuble (en journée sans digicode) et monter au 4ᵉ étage, ce qui soulève des questions de sécurité. Le rapport qualité‑prix ne m'a a pas convaincu. De plus, l’insonorisation est insuffisante.

- Georgia (9/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή στην καρδιά της πόλης!!! - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης σε απόσταση 15 με 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου και πολύ κοντά στάση μετρό. Υπήρχαν εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια και καφέ πολύ κοντά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πάρα πολύ ήσυχο όπως ζητήσαμε. Το πρωινό ήταν ότι ακριβώς χρειαζόμαστε για να ξεκινήσουμε την ΄μέρα μας, με τέλειο καπουτσίνο ή εσπρέσο που σου ετοίμαζε το προσωπικό. Είχε ψυγείο με δωρεάν νεράκια και βραστήρα όπου μπορούσες να ετοιμάσεις ένα στιγμιαίο καφέ ή και τσάι. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες αν χρειάζονταν κάθε μέρα. Υπήρχαν αρκετά εμπορικά καταστήματα στον δρόμο του ξενοδοχείου όπου μπορούσες να κάνεις τα ψώνια σου. Ευχαριστούμε το Floris Hotel για την εξαιρετική διαμονή μας στη Ρώμη. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά. - X2541JDlindat (10/5): Lovely stay at Floris! - Very close to the train station, cosy room, good beds, very friendly reception! Assisting us with tips on sightseeing and restaurants close by. I forgot my e-reader and the reception staff was amazing in their communication to help me solve my problem. They packed it very securely for pick-up by a courier service. Very thankful!

El personal de recepción no tenía tantos conocimientos de idiomas, se hizo dificil la comunicación. La ubicación era lo mejor que tenía el hotel. El ascensor muy chico, por momentos estaba un rato largo esperando y nunca llegaba. La habitación tenia un olor horrible, hacia mucho calor y no podia encender el aire acondicionado, tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta teniendo el cuarto de limpieza al lado con todo el ruido. El personal del desayuno me trato muy mal.

- Laureen (7/5): - L’accueil, le personnel très sympathique, propre, très bien placé on peut tout faire à pied, personnel de l’hôtel qui garde les bagages (on partait à 16h et de 10h à 16h ils nous ont gardés les valises) Le petit déjeuner reste à revoir (pas de réassort,premier arrivé premier servi donc 9h c’est déjà trop tard plus trop de choix sur le buffet), des chambres mériteraient d’être rafraîchies (nous avions un carreau de la douche manquant donc cassé, le pommeau de douche était cassé)

- BRIAN (8/5): Good location, nice room and delicious breakfast buffet but they need to move the trash cans. - The location was convenient to Metro and some restaurants. The room was good with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was very good with a very friendly and accommodating attendant. As you entered the area into the building to get to the hotel elevator, you had to pass by several trash containers that smelled bad. The bathroom was ok. There wasn’t anywhere to set my toiletry bag.

- Teodora (9/5): Good value for money - Our stay was comfortable overall. The room was spacious and clean. The location is very good, close to many main attractions and easy to get around the city on foot. The downside was that the room door didn’t fully seal against the frame, so some noise from the hallway could be heard and it didn’t feel as secure as it could be.

- annie (9/5): - Emplacement, le confort de la chambre,le personnel en général et son attention pour nous satisfaire La proximité de la salle petit dej, bruyante pour la mise en place du matin. Peut être en cause la porte de notre chambre pas complètement étanche. Donc bruit et lumière.

- CRISTIAN (10/5): Ritornerò la prossima volta che sarò a Roma - All'interno di un palazzo, al quarto piano, personale gentilissimo. Posizione strategica. Ottimo nulla
- Sarah (2/5): - Pobyt v tomto hoteli bol pre nás veľkým sklamaním. Už pri príchode nás zarazilo, že na recepcii nebol nikto prítomný. Zamestnanca sme po chvíli našli v inej miestnosti, kde sa venoval tabletu. Po vstupe do izby nás udrel silný zápach, bolo tam neznesiteľne teplo a klimatizácia nefungovala. Izba bola v zanedbanom a nehygienickom stave. V kúpeľni bola taká špina, že som si nechcela sadnúť ani na toaletu a do sprchy by som si najradšej obula šľapky. Posteľ aj jej okolie boli fľakaté a špinavé, spať tam by bolo veľmi nepríjemné. Z tohto dôvodu sme si vypýtali inú izbu. Po našej sťažnosti a po tom, čo sme si vybrali inú izbu, nám bol ponúknutý upgrade. Ani ten však situáciu nevyriešil. Izba bola síce väčšia, ale rovnako špinavá. Ak by sme si za ňu mali priplatiť, veľmi by sme to oľutovali. Na „tip-top“ izbu mala ďaleko – obité a špinavé steny, zanedbaný stav a celkový pocit nepohody. Ako ďalšie negatívum musíme spomenúť raňajky, ktoré ani zďaleka nezodpovedajú fotografiám a prezentácii na internete. Skutočnosť je výrazne horšia než to, čo hotel uvádza online. Hotel absolútne nezodpovedá popisu ani očakávaniam. Pobyt bol natoľko nepríjemný, že sme sa tešili len na odchod domov. Tento hotel určite neodporúčame.
