The bed was to firm for my liking, there wasn’t very much water pressure, the shower door was off track and missing a handle.

TV came on but only on guide page. Called desk for help. Lady said she didn't know how to do the TVs but will come up when manager gets back in 30 minutes. At checkout we're still waiting. No pool no TV no service. Very disappointing wouldn't come back

- James (1/5): Zero stars - Seeing it in the rearviewmirror. Blackout drapes were hanging off, I had to fix them. Room / bed vibrates all night from a really loud noise/juddering sensation, so got no sleep after a 10hr drive. No hot water even though we booked a room with a bathtub. Towels were old, ragged and discolored. Staff were nice though. I would like a refund please.pool was closed. Emergency exit door was smashed. Disgraceful

- Martha (4/5): Our stay was stressful. - Location, pricing, breakfast. Shower inside door fell on my husband. Door was very heavy glass about 25 to 50 lbs. we were given another room. Room was very dusty, shower was dirty, we had king room for 2 but one bath towel, one wash cloth, 1 tiny shower gel, 1 hanger. We did get extra towel but no hangers. Bed mattress was too soft for my comfort. No apology from manager. Did not talk to us nor gave us acknowledgement.

Also, the check-in and the checkout staff were very friendly. I thought the lighting in the hotel rooms were too dim. I would’ve liked to have seen brighter lights.

- Charles (2/5): Worst La Quinta I've visited - Size and layout of the room was very nice. Had plenty of room for my toddlers pack n play and didn't get tripped over. The cleanliness of this entire property was absolutely appalling. The lobby/breakfast area was DISGUSTING. All the furniture had spots/stains/very worn and dingy, as well as the carpet. The juice machine was out of order. The bananas were brown and squishy. The milk for the cereal was sitting in a bucket of water instead of ice or in a cooler. Same with the yogurt cups. The room wasn't much cleaner. The shower had lots of little black hairs in it like someone dry shaved and didnt clean up. The fridge wasn't working and the ice box was froze over. I just overall felt like I needed to keep my child off the floor and didn't want them to touch anything which is really disappointing after spending 10 hours in a car. Lastly, the staff at the front desk has no business working in a customer service environment. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by checking in (after we made an online reservation and had already paid). Very unfriendly and in a hurry to go back and hide in the office.

We were directed to a random place away from the actual destination. We called the hotel and Becky the clerk was very nice and gave us the best way to arrive- which is the business next door is Tractor Supply off of Hwy 20. We were satisfied with all.
