- José (10/5): Limpio, cómodo pero falta mantenimiento - El hotel es muy bello, pero si falta mucho mantenimiento. Limpieza de camas y toallas muy bien, pero le quita mucho la alfombra ya muy gastada y cortinas rotas. La cama muy cómoda y muy limpio. Habitación amplia y agua de adecuada temperatura, solo el grifo ya con sarro y no salía tan bien el agua. La secadora de cabello no funcionó. En general si regresaría ya que si es cómodo y estás de paso en esa zona de Ags.

- Jonathan (10/5): - I had a conflict with room selection at check in. I booked a two room garden view room suite but when arrived was given a single room with street view. I approached service desk and showed my reservation and was informed my room was not available and I would need to pay the difference if I wanted a two room suite reservation. Based on the purpose of my travel the two room suite was a necessity. I paid the difference and the family enjoyed the hotel, the staff, and service.

- Paul (10/5): - This very historic property has been nicely renovated. The restaurant is first rate. The personnel at the property, to a man or woman are simply tops. Polite, friendly, helpful and always gracious. Easy access to the thermal baths across the street and on a main route to the historic downtown area. If you want to stay at a great property not overrun by tourists, this is the place for you. You will really feel like you are back in Mexico of olden days, but with all the modern amenities.

We removed from our first rooms because there were cockroaches and looked into a second room, which was much nicer. I would recommend requesting a room without carpeting.

Lo que estuvo pesimo fue el servicio de el 99.9% de los meseros y el jefe de meseros del restaurant, nos dejaron esperando como 15 minutos para ofrecernos la carta, otros 20 minutos para tomarnos la orden y otros 15 para traernos las bebidas teniamos que estra llamandolos para que nos atendieran, Despues nos enteramos que todos estaban atendidendo a la mesas de toreros que estaban en un saloncito privado junto al bar, por supuesto enterarnos de esto estuvo peor ya que si el hotel sabe que tienen un evento especial por que no contratan un servicio extra de meseros para no desantender a su clientela de huespedes. En fin muy desagradable experiencia.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Falta mayor atencion en restaurante - El servicio del restaurante fue pesimo, baje a desayunar 7.40am y no habia gran variedad ya que habia varias viandas solas, me retire de ahi 8.25am y apenas estaban saliendo los hotcake, los meseros muy desatentos, el capitan poco amable, cabe mencionar que habia maximo 20 personas en todo el restaurante.

We arrived while a group was checking and while we waited in the waiting area, a staff member tried to check us in; staff member kept coming back and forth between her and her desk rather than having us sit at her desk. It made for a very chaotic and unprofessional setting as she could not find our reservation and just kept backing walk and forth between the waiting area and her desk. She never once asked us to sit at her desk to facilitate the process. Hotel does not have hot water and this was a major drawback. Water was lukewarm at best. Hotel is older and quaint but the facilities need to be updated as carpet was stained, walls need repainting, trash bins need replacing and the tile in bathrooms need to be redone. I don’t think their nightly rate warrants the accommodations they are offering.
