- Fan (7/5): Spacious but a bit unpractical - Very spacious room. Free self-service laundry. They provide daily free tea and cookies. One of the bedside tables was about a meter from the bed. The shower head couldn’t be positioned properly and the shower overflowed with water while showering. The bathroom mirror was also not super clean.

- Ulf (9/5): An enjoyable stay - I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is modern with spacious and nicely designed rooms. My room on the 12th floor had a great view. I also enjoyed their free tea time with sweet tofu, as well as their advice on how to toast properly at breakfast (see attached photo). 😁 I would stay here again. And a shoutout to Cynthia from the front desk for being attentive and providing great service, and for her excellent English! 👍 There was a hair on the floor. Other reviewers also mentioned this, and I had the same experience. I think this shouldn’t happen and the hotel needs to do a better job with this, given that it is mentioned often in the reviews.
