• Harm (9/5): - Staff showed me 2 rooms upon arrival from which I could pick one. Rooms are spacious and clean and had no issues. Breakfast was the same every day I took it. It would be great if they could introduce some variety. Asked for toilet paper and after 30 minutes had to return to the lobby to re-ask. Minor thing but when nature calls, sometimes you don't have that amount of time, especially in India.

Please convey my heartfelt thanks from our family. Its unfortunate that we could not meet him as we checked out in the morning and he works in the evening shifts.
• Gabriel Traveler (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Aurangabad - Great place, nice rooms for a good price and in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants. But the food at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel is amazing so I recommend going there. Wifi wasn't working for about 24 hours but not a big deal, finally it started working again.
• Mária (5/5): Affordable hotel, suitable for short stay in the centre of the town. - The price was very affordable, the staff was helpful. At the beginning the wifi did not work properly and they fixed it by the next day. The restaurant on the top floor offered breakfast and dinners also for a good price. Before arrival, it was quite difficult to get the staff to respond to questions I messaged through the booking site. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and not once was the room cleaned, nor the bin emptied or carpet cleaned. We don't understand how, but especially in mornings there was an unpleasant urine smell (seemingly coming from outside). The bathroom was not in a good condition, the tap was full of limescale, there was no place to hold toiletries (toothbrush, paste), no place for a cup.

• Gary (6/5): Comfy room but location not great - Positives: Rooms were a good size, a good selection of English movie channels, air con was very good. Wifi was stable. Clean rooms, although the bathroom had limescale. Bedding was clean, but a few stains. Aashish on reception spoke good English and was helpful. When we checked in, the fridge didn't work, but luckily they replaced it straightaway. Negatives: location is down a side street, which has a lot of young men hanging around the car park out front, we think there was a college nearby. There was a man living in the building next door (5 metres away) who was constantly coughing/hacking/spitting loudly....no soundproofing... luckily the hotel moved us into a room on the opposite side There was a restaurant on the roof, which was empty and didn't look appealing so we didn't eat there. We ordered food delivery by the swiggy app instead.

Room facilities poor - Bed was comfy When o checked into my room there was a crisp packet behind my chair and the Shower didn’t work properly only had 4 streams of water coming out. The air con didn’t work at all. You can only eat in the hotel’s restaurant they do not allow outside food for “sanitary” issues. This wasn’t advertised on the booking at all.

I highly recommended everyone to visit once and onething I wanted to add is you will get all amenities once you call them on Reception desk and it will be provided within 5 minutes. I loved that part as compared to other t Hotels the service is just awesome 👌

• TAKESHI (8/5): メインスタッフとレストランスタッフが最高。部屋が汚い場合がある。 - メインスタッフの対応が非常に良い。サブのスタッフはいまひとつ。シーツが汚れていたのを申し出たら対応してくれた。また、ホテルで手配したドライバーが本来払う必要のない燃料費を請求してきた際の対応を迅速に行ってくれた。他には、両替のデリバリーまで引き受けてくれた。メインスタッフの対応は一流です。あとは、朝食が美味しく、レストランのスタッフの対応も良かった。 お湯が出た。 シーツ等が汚れていた。何日も前のバナナ等のゴミが片付けられていなかった。そのせいか、小さなゴキブリが部屋にいて、退治するはめになった。 清掃スタッフにかなり問題があると思う。

The pictures I’ve posted is just - Apart from the 2 restaurant staff and 1 porter who helped us with our bags There was nothing about this place that we liked. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never been to a place this dirty. I don’t understand why it has a high rating. We booked for 2 rooms- upon check in we were taken to a run down room that was dusty, bed sheets had stains, the bathroom had Mould. We thought surely there maybe a mistake with our rooms because we paid a lot of money for this. We then went downstairs to reception and told him to check our room as it was dirty. He took no action and just said he has to speak to his manager. We waited a while and had to go back again to request a room clean. The room had a bad sting as well. The guy then asked the Porter to clean the room- they also changed sheets on 1 bed only and left 1 room completely untouched. We were so disgusted by the room then we went out ourselves and bought cleaning supplies and had to clean the room ourselves. We then made a reported on booking.com and ended up calling customer care to help us. At this point my wife and I just wanted to leave. Only after this did the manager came rushing to us and wanted to offer us another room claiming that they accidentally booked us into a different room when our booking included a deluxe room. We had already booked a different more cleaner hotel and am glad we left. I would not recommend this place to any international and local travellers.

• THIERRY (8/5): Bon séjour et vraiment un super accueil, merci Ankjr - L’accueil a été très bon, vu l’emplacement exceptionnel de Spiritual homstay à 20 m du Dashashwamedh Ghat, là où il y a les cérémonies le soir et aussi tout près du souk où l’on peut trouver des endroits sympa pour y manger. Évidemment Varanasi est très grouillante et les conditions de vie très pauvres, beaucoup de personnes dorment dans la rue, pour accéder à l’hôtel il faut 10 à 15 mn de marche car ce secteur est interdit aux voitures et une partie interdite au tuk-tuk, Ankjr, le boss a organisé le transport des bagages en scooter et une fois passer les zones interdites le transfert en taxi à l’aéroport, ce qui prend environ 1h30. En ce qui concerne les chambres, c’est très simple, on en a eu deux qui ne donnaient pas sur la place, donc silencieuse, mais pas de vue, pour l’hygiène c’est l’Inde leur standard n’est pas le nôtre, vu la saison ils nous avaient mis des chauffages, super, les lit étaient un peu durs mais pour 4 nuits ça passe.

F&B Menu needs to be precise - Quiet Room, Rooms was big, Bed was good, there was one housekeeping staff of the hotel very excellent service, I tried to pay from my Amex Explorer, but as usual some hotels in India it didn't process so I had to use my Visa. Restaurant prices were little expensive and some foods in Menu not available, restaurant roof top takes more time to attend for in-room dine in. Location great to reach most of the places in city. Far to historical sites. Rooms curtains, bed sheets not cleaned well, two cockroaches were there that I had to kill. Reminded me cockroaches in some Middle Eastern country rooms. I tried to pay from my Amex Explorer, but as usual some hotels in India it didn't process so I had to use my Visa cash. Restaurant prices were little expensive and some foods in Menu not available, restaurant roof top takes more time to attend for in-room dine in. It is very difficult to find a taxi from here so I waited almost 2 hours to get an Uber. Uber guys hardly come in Aurangabad, India overall needs to increase Uber as it is more safe in all states. Some Uber guys try to double charge hotel also suggested me a cab which was overpriced.

Rooms spacious and super modern. We slept so well , as they do have comfy beds and you can’t hear a thing , I’m a super light sleeper , and couldn’t hear anything!!! Defo book it for a cute getaway .. definitely coming back !!! Nice breakfast. So many nice places around for food, and to walkway around. Convenient to arrive from airport. They also arranged car to Ellora and Ajanta, in good price. The manager was super helpful, guiding us for places to visit. Highly recommend.

• Rashmi (4/5): Ok for lone travellers. Not ok for food. - The Hotel is new and hence looks clean on the outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The issue is there is no deep cleaning the curtains and covers have finger prints from people wiping their hands and the dirty curtains have never been washed. The sofa and seating is full of dust. Dusting nevr happens. Bathrooms are cockroach infested. The kitchen and food are disgusting. Very very unhygienic. Donot fall for the free food gesture as it is in a very bad condition.

• John (7/5): Nicely located, pleasant, good value place to stay in Aurangabad- I'd happily stay again here. - Great location, walking distance from central bus stand, the main market area, (Gul Mandi), and a fun area to explore for food (Buddi Lane). Room was large, clean, and with very strong airconditioning. Staff and reception were efficient, and their prices for transport to Ajanta Caves are very reasonable. I don't know if it was because it was the weekend followed by a public holiday, but my room wasn't cleaned for two days. I asked for to be cleaned on the third day and they did.

• Craig (10/5): Great hotel, highly recommend - Staff were excellent in helping with all aspects of my stay. They provided expert local knowledge on where to go, what to see and how to get there. Flexibility around check in and check out was much appreciated too. Room had best hot shower I've had in india, bed was super comfortable and aircon worked well. Breakfast was great and restaurant staff were very efficient. Hotel is 20 mins from airport via tuk tuk. Walking distance to mini Taj and central bus stop to fort, Ajunta & ellora caves. Hotel manager can guide you on best way to get to all tourist locations. Hotel has room service and there are plenty of restaurants near by to have dinner.

• Balvinder (2/5): STAY AWAY - Please do not book. Walked into saw cockroachs. The bathroom sink was cracked.The flush was leaking, There was only 1 toilet roll that was wet through. No towels. The fridge was empty and not cleaned. The cupboard needed wiping. The seats were dusty. They said on website tea and coffee maker ☕️, there was a kettle and cups, no tea or coffee. There is supposed to be a pant press. Not there. There is supposed to be a mini bar. That was empty. The t.v. switched on but no programs. Asked for toilet roll and iron and tea/ coffee. Eventually, after 3rd request, a single roll was delivered. Towels came first. No iron, and now the 2nd day still no t.v. Service is diabolical. Restaurant on 4th floor.  Asked for fries and fish. We ate the fries before the fish was ready. Asked for a cup of tea for breakfast, it came after 15 mins, and it was very sweet. We asked for the parantas to be less spicy. They gave us tasteless ones, no salt or pepper. Not much choice for breakfast. Went down to reception to ask for tea. They did not understand me. I asked if anyone would come to tidy up the bedroom, as it mentions housekeeping. They said no. So I asked if the advert on Booking.com was false, they just nodded and shrugged their heads. Tried 4 times to ring the restaurant for breakfast in the room. Went up to the restaurant, he said the phone was not working. Came back from site seeing. Around 3:30. Went up to the restaurant to have a cup of tea. Bloke said we're closed. Opens at 7pm. Went back to reception and asked for teabag. They sent 2 teabag. Asked for a bottle of water, they sent a bottle that had been opened and most probably filled from the tap. I'm still waiting for the TV to work. Went for evening meal. Half the things on the menu were not available. Checked out. Waited for taxi. Nobody helped us with our luggage.
• Roland (7/5): Another India experience. - I have learned to temper my expectations in India so this hotel was actually better than expected. AC worked, wifi was good, tour assistance was good and prices good. The location is okay but I don't think the locals much like foreigners there.

• Thiri (9/5): The price is fair. Good to stay as a tourist. - The staff are nice. Ready to help all the time. All information available.
• Sergei (7/5): OK to stay for a couple of nights - The hotel arranged for a private taxi to go to the caves. The breakfast at the hotel was quite unimaginative and basic. It was supposed to start way too late - at 08:00 but in fact it was late and didn't start until 08:15!
• Kylie (7/5): Good choice for the area - The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped us to organise taxis and ensured we had plenty of bottled water. The breakfast in the upstairs restaurant was tasty and fresh. Considering what we saw of the rest of Aurangabad, this was one of the nicer places though. The bathroom wasn't very clean and it was a bit annoying that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom so the floors were wet most of the time to the toilet and sink. The TV and Aircon did not work.
• Vishal (1/5): Find something else if you can. - There was no hot water in bathroom in the early morning, and hotel manager told me it was my fault, I don’t know how to operate faucet.

• Christopher (7/5): Lovely helpful staff, shame about its location. - All the staff, Nailash, Chundu and restaurant staff made us very welcome. Assisted in organizing trips to Ellora and Ajanta at realistic prices. For us the location let the venue down, it was such a pity that more to visit wasn't available locally. For a couple of days visiting the caves ideal.
