• Erik (10/5): Probably our favourite stay in India. - This was about as perfect as it came. Hosts were very nice and able to accept credit card, provided a take-away/to-go breakfast as we had to leave early, and room was comfortable and clean, with all amenities. Truly perfect! Nothing!
• SUJAY (9/5): Just awesome. - The whole ambiance of a homestay in the heart of Jaipur was the USP. The host, Col Vijay Rawat, and his family was very cordial. The menu in breakfast was quite a wholesome treat. Nothing specific to mention.
• Dallas (9/5): Very happy with our stay and would recommend to others. - The Rawla Rawastar is a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others who were planning on visiting Jaipur. The hotel is situated on a very quiet street and has a large garden and lawn area. It was like walking into house rather than a hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was large with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The owners made us feel very welcome and accomodating. The breakfast was great as well. The only thing I would like to recommend is that quilts or something more substantial than a blanket with a sheet underneath, be used on the bed. We had no problem receiving them upon asking, but having them in the room or on the bed already would have been a bonus.

• Maria Clara Jose (10/5): Un lugar perfecto para descansar - El hospedaje es muy lindo y acogedor, la habitación muy cómoda, tiene un jardin muy bello lleno de vida, hay ardillas, aves, también un pavo real hermoso. La zona es muy tranquila, los encargados muy amables. Para el desayuno hay opción occidental o India. El lugar tiene encanto y personalidad, eso nos gustó mucho, te sientes muy cómodo y relajado, perfecto para descansar del caos de la ciudad. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí! La habitación era un poco oscura, la luz natural no entraba al fondo de la habitación donde estaba la cama principal, sin embargo era fresca y silenciosa.

• KALITHODY MURALI (9/5): Rawla Rawatsar - I 'll come again - The location of the hotel, its ambience, the overall set-up, the staff, the food quality, room size, bed, pillows, facilities in the room, etc. were all good. Everything had been done very thoughtfully. There was nothing bad. There was nothing that I didn't like. However, I thought that improving the ventilation and drainage of the bathroom could improve. If the provision of a lift was provided, although it's just a 2 storied building, it would be just great.

La climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit mais au bout d'un moment on s'y habitue 😁

• Lisa (8/5): Beautiful stay in a quiet but central area of Jaipur - The property is incredibly beautiful, very well cared for and situated in a quieter residential road of Jaipur. We loved staying in the family-owned Haveli, loved the terrace and wraparound porch and the garden was alive with happy chipmunks and birds every morning (including a gorgeous peacock who showed up most mornings). The Colonel, his family, and staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast room included lovely heritage furniture and family portraits. The breakfast was good and it was possible to order lunch or dinner too. There is some need for maintenance, e.g. loose toilet seats, some broken lighting and a fan that only worked on the highest setting. We prefer washable bed linen over duvets for cleanliness. Generally, however, these are only minor detractors and we really enjoyed our stay!

In a super location for a quiet sleep, waking to birds, even peacocks, in a gorgeous setting. I had a private terrace which I'm so happy I selected. I loved my stay here, and highly recommend it! As a solo female traveller, it was exceptional. Thank you to Vijay and all the wonderful staff - for my 3rd time in the city, this made for and exceptional stay in Jaipur! Absolutely nothing.

• Ben (10/5): Comfortable and homely stay in Jaipur - Lovely little property located near the train station and a short drive into the city centre. Quiet and peaceful area giving much needed respite from the rest of the city. We arrived far earlier than anticipated (5:30am) due to a speedy train and accidentally woke up the owner. He was exceptionally kind and helpful and managed to let us in our room well before normal check in hours - and even rang us later to see if we wanted breakfast. During our stay we were also able to rely on their advice about places to visit and the best place to grab an affordable tuktuk from (as Uber in Jaipur in general is not the best). The rooms were cleaned daily and topped up with a new bottle of water. Our stay was very nice and we would recommend to others considering visiting Jaipur. Also a cool residential peacock. We did not notice an extraction fan in the bathroom, so if taking a hot shower the only way to reduce the steam lingering in the room was by way of an open window which took a while.
• Svetlana (10/5): really care about their guests - This is the best hotel in all of India. It's very clean, there's a heater and hot water. Breakfasts are delicious, the staff is attentive, and the food in the restaurant is very tasty at good prices. It's a shame I haven't seen such quality and service at such an affordable price in other Indian cities. The grounds are beautiful and green, with peacocks roaming around. The rooms themselves are tastefully decorated. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Много постояльцев, но встретить их можно что на завтраке. Тишина, природа. Пение птиц, павлины. Фантастически дружелюбный персонал. Чистота. Довольно хороший завтрак (блинчики, яичница, тосты). Можно поужинать. Горячая вода, обогреватель. Зимой мы во всех отелях советуем брать термобелье. Самые положительные впечатления.

Территория ухоженная, с местами для отдыха, интересные и аутентичные номера. А домашние завтраки просто превосходны, определенно берите проживание с завтраком. The food is homestyle, simple and good. l Nothing that I did not like but the room I got was different from what I booked (one with an outdoor seating area). What I got did not have a seating area but had access to the Terrace and a view of the Nahrgarh fort if I stepped on to the Terrace. So, it wasnt such a bad thing afterall.

• Sebastián (9/5): - La chambre très confortable, fonctionnelle et bien décorée dans une maison magnifique et bien entretenue. L'accueil du propriétaire ainsi que le petit-déjeuner assez varié. Le fait que l'hébergement se trouvait près d'une station de métro et bien situé géographiquement. Un détail vraiment mineur : le système pour chauffer l'eau de la douche étant de petite capacité, il était difficile de prendre une bonne douche chaude après une excursion sans que l'eau ne commençait à refroidir. Et pour deux personnes, il fallait obligatoirement attendre au moins une quinzaine de minutes avant que l'autre ne puisse prendre sa douche.

Breakfast was decent and met expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Everything worked as it should, with no issues during my stay. A solid option for staying in Jaipur. Das Hotel mit dem schönen Garten ist eine ruhige friedliche Oase in der lauten hektischen Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch gut, eine ruhige Seitenstraße und mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man in ca. 10-15min in der Pink City bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war recht einfach aber ausreichend. Man bekommt ein frisch gebratenes Ei mit Toast, es gibt ein paar warme indische Speisen, Obst, Cornflakes. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen lassen. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und es gibt leider nur Instant Kaffee. Aber sonst alles top.
• Hugo (10/5): Havre de paix bien situé ! - Petit hotel famillial très sympathique. Jolie chambre bien équipée sur coursive et terrasse avec apercu sur le fort. Emplacement très vert et calme, des paons dans le jardin. Et pourtant proche du quartier très animé de Sindhi Camp, de sa station de bus et de métro. Très bon petit déjeuner compris, l’hotel propose également de bons repas en diner et en lunch (à commander en avance). Personnel très appréciable, le matin en partant très tot pour le train ils nous ont donné un panier petit-déjeuner.

• Antonius (10/5): - Very nice host. This place is run like a 3 star hotel. Everything works, everything what you need is present. We felt very welcome. The host also helped us with booking our day trip and taxi to Agra. Highly recommendable.
• Aziz (9/5): Superb sanctuary ! - Great location..away from the hustle. Enclosed courtyard is a like little sanctuary. VJ and his wife were exceptional hosts..great interaction and hospitality. Breakfast was superb..something different every day and best fried eggs on toast! Rooms, bed sheets very clean and the whole place is very well maintained. No complaints.

There is a huge patio in front and two terraces for breakfast and dining. A minor hiccup during a power outage, limited power backup. Although this was a rare occurrence

Cerca del centro para ir caminando pero alejado del bullicio en una calle residencial tranquila y limpia, es como estar en casa, el jardín relajante y super cuidado, el señor Rawla, un auténtico señor, siempre pendiente de todo, el desayuno en el acogedor salón, completísimo, la habitación amplia y cómoda. Volvería sin dudar.
