• Janet (8/5): Lots more pluses than minuses. Will recommend. - The staff, especially Dmitri, were always friendly and helpful. The AC, bed comfort, size of apartment, cleaning, quiet rooms on 5th floor, clothing storage, internet, tv apps, and location were all excellent. Dull kitchen knives, washer/dryer never did work right, bathtub is too slippery and unsafe to stand in for a shower, stained wallpaper needs replacing, no place to store wet jackets, umbrellas, & shoes.

• Sigurlaug Hrund (9/5): - Rúmgóð íbúð, passlega stór fyrir 6 kvenna hóp. Þægileg rúm, notaleg stofa og allt til alls. Góðar sturtur. Staðsetningin frábær, nokkurra mínútna gangur á lestarstöð og matvöruverslun. Afbragðs starfsfólk sem aðstoðaði með bros á vör. Mun bóka aftur í næstu Londonferð.
• Tamar (9/5): דירה מקסימה, מצויינת למשפחות - צוות מקסים ושירותי מאוד, נענו לכל הבקשות שלנו כמו עוד סבון או מלח או כלי מטבח. דירה מודרנית, נקייה וחדישה, ממוקמת 3 דקות הליכה מתחנת טיוב וסופר מרקטים, שכונה נעימה ובטוחה מאוד. נתנו אפשרות להשאיר את החפצים בלובי אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט. בכל יומיים עשו ניקיון בסיסי, כולל החלפת מצעים ומגבות ונייר טואלט. ממליצים מאוד להרכב משפחתי שצריכים 2 חדרי שינה ו2 שירותים ומקלחות. המקלחות קטנות מאוד וללא אוורור. מייבש הכביסה (מכונה משולבת) לא עבד, אבל הצוות סיפק מתקני כביסה במקום. המבחר בערוצי הטלוויזיה היה דל, בלי ערוצי ספורט. היו חסרים קצת כלי מטבח, אבל הצוות סיפק לנו את כל מה שביקשנו. החסרונות קטנים מאוד לעומת היתרונות הגדולים של הדירה. ממליצים בחום.

• Pablopedia (10/5): Fantástico..! - Ubicación excelente, a 200mts el subte, a 100 mts un supermercado. A 20 mts de la avenida Cromwelm Rd, Kensington es una zona tranquila y segura. Tres habitaciones 2 con baño en suite ( depto 302) y uno grande aparte , buenos sommiers, buen espacio en la cocina comedor living. Excelente calefacción si te toca invierno. Único detalle, el black out de las piezas debería ser más oscuro.

• Tiina (9/5): Nautimme olostamme tilavassa ja siistissä asunnossa. - Majoittuminen sujui hienosti, asunto oli siisti ja tilava. Plussaa oli kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja toisessa oleva amme. Majoitus vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Sängyt olivat hyvät, lakanat ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin majoituksemme aikana ja säilytystilaa oli hyvin. Asunto sijaitsi lähellä metroasemaa ja alue oli rauhallinen. Lähellä oli kaksi ruokakauppaa ja hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Luonnontieteellinen museo sijaitsi pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Majoitus sopi hyvin meidän neljän vuorokauden lomallemme. Asunto sijaitsi kellarissa, joten ikkunoista ei ollut näköalaa. Asunnossa sai vain yhden ikkunan auki, joten tuuletus oli vaikeaa. Asunto oli tullessamme todella lämmin, mutta pystyimme itse onneksi säätämään lämpötilaa. Astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän asunnon kokoon nähden.

• Andrea (8/5): Excellent location, clean, perfect for London visit. - Location was perfect for all things Chelsea & Kensington. Local vibes and wonderful to access train lines - tube from Gloucester station less than 5 mins walk away, and goes directly to LHR. No housekeeping throughout the weekend, which means you have to keep it tidy yourself and bins don’t get emptied. Extra towels where offered if required. We booked one bedroom deluxe apartment but after seeing it at check in changed to the two bedroom which was much brighter an welcoming.

The elevator was broken the first four days of our trip and we were on the 5th floor. It fell over Easter so that was the delay in repair. While we were out our first day before the unit was ready, the representative was kind enough to carry all of our luggage to our unit.

• Kim (9/5): Perfect for our family vacation! - The location was perfect! Great neighborhood. Very convenient to the Tube. The staff was lovely. The flat was very spacious. The appliances were modern and it good working order. I enjoyed the cleaning service. I didn’t expect that. The bed linens were a bit stiff, and the pillows were not comfortable for me. Otherwise - no complaints at all!
• Hans (9/5): Super, mooi schoon appartement met vriendelijk personeel - Locatie was top, rustige buurt. Het appartement en de badkamers waren keurig schoon. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs-kwaliteit en de locatie, waren echt goed. Niet dat het ons stoorde, maar het appartement had een paar kleine gebreken. Zoals bijvoorbeeld een loszittende raamklink en een lade die niet helemaal wilde sluiten.

También cerca de el supermercado grande Sainsbury’s. Piso muy espacioso y silencioso, perfecto. La recepción donde se puede dejar las maletas antes o después del vuelo de ida o vuelta no tiene precio. El personal muy amable y profesional, sobre todo Dymitirij.
• Wolfe (9/5): Great location, spacious, and wonderful staff. - Great location near the tube station and an early morning bus tour we had booked. 24/7 front desk staff, and tons of space for our family of 6 on this trip. The bathrooms were a little smaller but 3 of them in our 3 bedroom which was perfect. Lots of room to spread out at night and play some board games in down time. Very close to Kensington palace, gardens and the museum areas are all walkable and plenty of quick tube access to get to other spots. Would recommend and stay again The carpet was a little older on the stairs and bathrooms were smaller but still a great spot

• Helle Riis (9/5): - Boede i en stor og moderne kælderlejlighed med vinduer og med komplet køkken med alt incl. opvaskemaskine, og vaskemaskine. Meget centralt beliggende tæt på bus, tog, supermarked, og flere spisesteder. På trods af den centrale placering var lejligheden placeret tilstrækkeligt langt væk fra hovedgaden til at være stille om natten. Især receptionisten Dimilsa Neves var fantastisk og var med til gøre opholdet super godt for os. Vi var der om vinteren og der var lidt koldt i køkkenet, da der ikke var indlagt varme her, og rummet alene blev opvarmet ved hjælp af varme fra stuen.

• masood (10/5): Excellent apartment in Kensington - Central location which is easily walkable to Hyde park, natural history museum, Harrods etc within 10-15 minutes. All amenities within a few minutes walk with plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets all around the apartment. Bedding changed and room cleaned 3x a week is great.

The cleaning staff were excellent, honest, and very helpful. They cleaned everything well, even the dishes. We were very happy with the service Everything was good. The only small issue was a smell in the master bathroom.

• Dr Dimuthu (7/5): - Location and staff very friendly, good heating and comfortable. The night receptionist charged the 350 pound deposit again to my card on my departure instead of returning it. I’m sure it was a mistake but it caused delays and extra uber fees while my family was outside and I was trying to rectify at the front desk. Caused me a lot of stress and extra costs. The staff were otherwise very friendly, helpful and kind.

• Lewis (9/5): Great stay, spacious and clean - It was really spacious, clean and a great nights sleep very quiet If I had to pick one thing I would say the carpet on the stairs could do with freshening up to keep up with the quality of the rest of the hotel

The blinds in the living room can do with being replaced. It would be helpful to have hooks on the bathroom door. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. A tea towel would be useful.

• ISABELLE (8/5): Great location and a good sized studio flat. - Warm welcome from the reception staff and helpful during the stay. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Clean room overall - quiet studio at the back of the building on 1st floor. Heater and windows that could be opened for air. Good kitchen facilities including a small dishwasher with tablets. Super location 5 minutes walk from the tube station, cafes and restaurants. From the pictures, the room looked very glamorous but it was a bit bland in real life. Be aware that the shower room is very small. Unfortunately the room smelt of stale smoke (we think) when we arrived despite it being a 'non-smoking' room. (Staff helpful and brought up air freshener.) Kitchen could have had a few extra plates / cutlery / glasses and bedding & towels were a little tired but clean. Once we had settled in, the facilities were fine.
