• Ian (4/5): we’re not be back to this apartment - Location only rooms only got cleaned once a week and towels only got changed once a week no luggage room so if you’ve got a light flight back your walk around Tenerife with your suitcase

The accommodation and our host Guna was most helpful even arranged our taxi to airport on morning of departure. Comunicazione solo via WhatsApp. Risposte in tempi lunghi 12 ore di media da parte dell host nelle richieste di manutenzione. O varie ed eventuali. L'host necessita miglioramento nell'empatia e cura del cliente. Ad esempio ho chiesto la sua carta d' identità non avendola vista di persona e non me l ha inviata. È un mio diritto visto che giustamente per legge l ho inviata. Filmato dove trovare le chiavi in una bussola ed invece erano 3 bussole, non aggiornato. Ha mandato solo video per presentazione servizi.

Kuvissa huoneiston parveke oli etelään ja sen perusteella valitsimme sen mutta kun saavuimme paikan päälle niin opastus video paljasti parvekkeen olevan pohjoiseen eikä sitä saanut muutettua siihen mistä mielestämme olimme maksaneet.

• Corinne (8/5): Une endroit sympa pour se reposer au bors de la piscine - Une résidence à taille humaine par rapport aux hôtels XXL d'à côté. Du coup piscine calme et sans musique avec beaucoup de personnes âgées (qui réservent leur transat dès le matin) mais pas de problème en février il en reste. Possibilité de se garer dans la résidence sur un parking collectif où là aussi il y a des places en février. Heureusement car se garer dans la rue est quasiment impossible avec les gens qui s'y garent pour aller à la plage ou dans les hôtels autour. Plein de petits surpermarchés très proches. La route côté chambre où il y a du trafic jour et nuit.
• Anthony (7/5): - Address location , kitchen facilities, cleanliness Apartment location prevented the sun shining on the apartment / balcony and so could not get any sun when in apartment and also resulting in being unable to dry clothes adequately out on the cloths horse supplied on the balcony. Very disappointing given it's a sun holiday but had to be elsewhere other than the apartment to get the sun. Apartment itself was good but not position in the complex, in absence of sunshine, as explained.

• Johann Alexander (1/5): Schön ist anders: alt, laut, einfach nur schrecklich! - Wenn man die Unterkunft verlassen hat! Bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein altes abgewohntes Apartment in einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage aus den 70/80er Jahren was nun als Ferienunterkunft und Dauer Apartments vermietet wird. Es besteht aus hässlichen, billigen Möbeln. Es ist wegen den alten Fenstern/Türen sehr laut! Zur Hauptstraße liegt das Schlafzimmer, dies macht ruhiges schlafen unmöglich. Im Badezimmer (ohne Fenster) sind weder Strand-Handtücher noch Duschgel und das Wasser ist meistens auch kalt. Mehrmals wurde versucht, mit den Gastgeber zu kommunizieren, um in beiderseitigen Einvernehmen eine Lösung zu finden. Eine Kommunikation war leider nicht möglich. Da das Apartment auch nicht gereinigt wurde, sind wir dann ausgezogen und in ein anderes Hotel, um den Urlaub noch halbwegs erträglich zu gestalten. Es entspricht hier weder der Kategorie 4 (Sterne/Schlüssel/Sonnen/..), noch sind die anderen Bewertungen nachvollziehbar!

• Clodagh (7/5): Location is great! - Location was perfect, right on the bus route. We got bus from airport, bus to Siam Park and within walking distance to beach and to the stadium (softball tournament). Fob system so you feel safe in the area. You have to leave the facilities by 12pm, you can’t hang by the pool as it requires a fob. Therefore if You have a late flight you have nowhere to leave your bag and thus just end up staying in one area of the island until your flight as you have to bring luggage everywhere. Also there is no basic condiments, ie salt, oil, shower gel, a scoop of washing powder. Only item you get in 2 rolls of toilet roll

A few minutes from everything, beach, restaurants, shops and main thoroughfare etc. Lovely property. Everything including surroundings in the complex very clean. Great communication from our host on arrival and during our stay. Would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

• Boglárka (10/5): A nyugalom szigete - Minden szuper volt. Kényelmes, tiszta apartman, tudtam főzni, nagyon az elhelyezkedése, közel a tenger, közel a buszmegálló, a kilátás is gyönyörű volt. Nagyon szeles időt fogtunk ki sajnos, és a bejárati ajtót ki kellett ékelnünk egy kis papírral, mert elég hangosan csapdosta a szél az ajtót,nappal és este is, viszont ez egy kicsit sem rontott semmit az élményen.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, even with a washing machine. Private parking was a life saver during the NY week. Very very poor WIFI speed

• derek (9/5): Would use these apartments again - Apartment was great in fantastic location. Near to everything including supermarkets and bars. Only slight issue was accessing the pool area but we managed ok so not a big deal.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja, samo centrum, blisko plaży. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Obiekt zamykany więc było bezpiecznie. Dostępny parking. Właściciele cały czas dostępni pod telefonem, odpowiadali na każde zapytanie. Napewno tam wrócę :)
• Louis (9/5): Great location, clean and fully equipped apartment - Great location. The property was clean and there was a cleaner 3 times a week. The property was well equipped. The beds are 2 singles together which takes up a lot of room but they were very comfortable. The pool was clean and quiet with plenty of sun beds. Guna was an excellent host and was very friendly and helpful to us. We would stay again.

• John (9/5): Optimist did not disappoint - The location. the cleanliness of the resort and the freedom of an apartment over a hotel We complained about only 1 pillow each and the next morning 2 more were supplied This is only a minor complaint only 1 fob to get in and out of certain areas pool /
• Ylenia (6/5): - Apartamento muy limpio y bien ubicado. Además la comunicación para hacer tanto el check in como el check out fue excelente. El apartamento no es ni cómodo ni acogedor. Supongo que en verano se agradecerá que la orientación sea norte y no de el sol directamente, porque estará más fresquito, pero en invierno es frío y oscuro. Por otro lado, aunque la cama es cómoda, cuando llegas está sin hacer (no tiene sábana y tienes que ponerle tú las fundas a los nórdicos (ya que aunque se trata de una cama doble la ropa de cama es para camas individuales)) y las almohadas son terribles, más finas que el papel de fumar. Por último creo que sería un detalle dejar tanto productos de aseo personal como unos mínimos en la cocina (como aceite, sal, una bayeta o papel de cocina).

• DONALDSON (8/5): 🧘‍♀️ Relaxing - Flat 25c. . Up 2 flights of stairs, so not suitable for people with poor mobility, but fine for us. No sun on balcony, but again, a nice cool place to sit out of the sun. Pool area was quiet, with loads of sunbeds. Apartment was spotless , and very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent, kept up to date with everything. About a 5/ 8 minute walk to beach, local restaurants, shops and pubs. Highly recommended

The apartment was very spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed. The pool area was also very good with plenty of sun beds available Nothing really to complain about
• Dennis (10/5): Schönes Apartment mit perfekter Lage - Diese Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber. Es gab sogar alle zwei Tage einen Roomservice der sauber gemacht, Handtücher getauscht und Mülleimer geleert hat. Die Lage ist super. Und trotz der nähe zur Straße ist es Nachts angenehm ruhig. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat sich im Vorfeld viel mühe gegeben, damit man ohne Probleme auf das abgesperrte Gelände kommt und auch sofort sein Apartment findet. Jederzeit wieder würden wir diese Unterkunft nochmal nehmen wenn wir auf Teneriffa Urlaub machen.

• Geneviève (7/5): Séjour assez bien passé. - La superficie très correcte, la terrasse intéressante pour pouvoir étendre le linge, la machine à laver pour les lessives, globalement la propreté. Le manque d'équipement : une petite table au salon, un petit four à la kitchenette (impossible d'utiliser le gril du micro onde qui dégageait une fumée terrible quand on l'allumait) une tablette à la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilette. Une nappe pas suffisante, il aurait fallut une autre nappe ou des sets de table. Il manquait des épingles à linge, avec le vent le linge ne tenait pas sur les cordes. Un drap aurait été appréciable dans les lits, la couette était trop chaude pour cette saison. La housse de couette comme drap NON ! Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu à l'arrivée une notice d'information pour la télé (difficile de trouver une simple chaîne courante) et surtout le Wifi concernant le code (chez nous au Maroc il est en dessous de l'appareil et pas dessus) Et appartement non ensoleillé qui sentait du coup l'humidité.
• Aidan (8/5): Great location. Great stay. Good communication. - Amazing location, great size room and good communication from operator/staff. Although no staff at complex, communication was brilliant and timely. We only stayed for a week, however a bit of washing powder or detergent would have been helpful. We didn’t use washing machine, as we didn’t want to buy a full container for 1 wash. So maybe a container with 1-2 pods or some conditioner. Also, there was no plug for sink, so when washing up dishes, we felt we were wasting water.

A little oasis. 5 min walk the the beach too. Apartment very clean and was very well equipped. Our host, Guna, sent us very informative videos of how to pick up our keys and gain entry into the complex, room and pool area. I would defiantly stay here again.
