That’s literally the only thing that’s going for it The whole place looked run down and oversold on it’s location. Nothing worked and what did was just not good enough. I stay in a hotel ar9this location once a month and I’d never go back here. The ‘view’ from my room was of a filthy light well full of pigeon crap so disgusting you wouldn’t want to keep the door open for some fresh air The kettle didn’t work A tv that had no working screen sharing capacity so it was Freeview or nothing No plug for the bath No plug for the basin No light to shave Not bathroom door lock A frying pan where the handle fell off

Premièrement , ils nous ont mit dans un appartement en RDC exposé à tous les bruits nuisibles pour ne pas dormir ( ventilateur , passage des gens....), ou tomber malade par le taux d’humidité et les moisissures très élevé. [Appartement changé le lendemain après plusieurs réclamation]. Deuxièment: quelqu’un a volé mon argent caché dans la valise.(1 jour avant mon depart) Troisièment: booking m’a arnaqué, en proposant un taxi gratuit au moment de la réservation

• Emanuele (1/5): - The place is extremely rundown. We stayed in a lower ground flat. Strong smell of sewage. The terrace was covered in pigeons’ excrements. Avoid it.
• Robert (9/5): Excellent choice for a London break - The location is fantastic & the apartment is comfortable & roomy. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Some staining on the sofa which was a little off-putting.

• Cynthia (9/5): The perfect place to stay in South Kensington for a family! - Spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. We appreciated the kettle and tea and the close proximity to so many restaurants, the tube, and even a surprise Saturday farmers market. The walls are a bit thin, we did find that we could hear the upstairs neighbors a bit but we brought sound machines to sleep with and that helped a lot. We also would have appreciated a few extra blankets as it was quite chilly.

• Ena k. (10/5): - Eine wunderbare Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse mit edlen Wohnungen, fußläufig an der Undergroundstation South Kensington , die eine tolle Anbindung an gleich 3 Linien hat. Die Wohnung ist 24/7 mit einer Rezeption bewacht die hilfreich für alle Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Wohnung selbst (8) war großzügig mit bequemen Sofas , Esstisch einer super eingerichteten Küche, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine... und einem guten Service . Alles war vorhanden Handtücher, Toiletartikel, Fön, ... Frühstück kann man sich in der nächsten Straße bei ettlichen Cafès , Shops holen , es ist eine belebte Straße daneben mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten von Pub, Pizza, Chinesisch.. alles gleich daneben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Mit eigenem Kinderzimmer ,Schränken und 2 Badezimmern war definitiv genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub als Familie. Es war warm, gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke , wir würden dies absolut weiterempfehlen.

• Yannick_C (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour à South Kensington - A 5 min à pied de la station de métro South Kensington, dans une impasse calme, l'appartement était propre et spacieux. Le personnel est très aimable et aidant. L'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur. Même si l'établissement n'y peut pas grand chose, nous avons été réveillés par nos voisins du dessus car l'insonorisation n'est pas idéale.

It would have been nice to have a small container of milk when we arrived as it was late and the shops were closed. We were both looking for a quick coffee when we arrived.

• Nicole (10/5): - The reception staff was ever so kind!! Always willing to help. Location is a dream. Quite street for good sleeping but smack in the middle of south kensington. Quite a large appartment too. I received a booking.com genius discount for my stay but if it would have been full price then maybe I would have demanded the finishing to be of a higher standard. That being said, you do get a fully equipped appartment with a good bed and fully spotlessly cleaned.
• Yee (9/5): wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Even the basement unit was sunny with many windows. - Awesome location, apartment was well set up and roomy. Very comfortable with everything we needed, including fridge, washer, hotpot, etc., Daily maid service. Took about 10 minutes for concierge to open front door to let us in. They apparently were not expecting us at 10:55PM, even though they had confirmed our check in at 10-11PM. I think I woke them up and they seemed slightly put out, mentioning they were not expecting us. Keys failed to work that night and had to get them reissued next day. But otherwise flawless after very minor inconvenience.

• Iskandar Mizal (8/5): Enjoyable stay at a nice apartment in a fantastic neighborhood - Location is fantastic. In the heart of South Kensington and Chelsea. Everything you need is just within 5 mins walking distance from the property. The staff servicing the property were very friendly and helpful This is not the property’s issue, but more of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s waste collector’s issues. Waste is often scattered around after collection. Specifically on the property, it could do with a better and proper reception desk.

Location and proximity to South Ken tube stop which is very well centralized is hard to beat. We were in the basement unit and the hall was filled with big laundry bags. It didnt really impact us but felt sort of like we were staying at someones house. Overall still great value.

The second bedroom beds were very small, so not very good for adults but great for kids. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to help us with our requests. Overall it was good, a nice quiet place, on a dead end street and we felt very safe and comfortable.

La verdad es que no podía haber elegido mejor alojamiento, superó nuestras expectativas con creces. El apartamento es una pasada en todos los sentidos (amplitud, limpieza, tiene todo lo necesario); el personal (David) súper amable y la zona increíble, tranquila y con todos los servicios necesarios (cafeterías, supermercados, cercanía del metro, etc... ) para hacer una estancia, como la que hemos tenido, genial!!. • Omar (9/5): تجربه جميله - شقه من غرفتين نظيفه والصاله مريحه وجميله وغرفة النوم الرئيسيه جميله بالرغم من صغرها ،، الغرفه الثانيه جداً ضيقه تقريباً 2 في 3 متر لكن بشكل عام جيده وفيها كل شي تحتاجه والاهم عندنا الحمام فيه شطاف وهذا اللي يميزها بعيده عن الهارودز اللي معه اطفال لايمكن يمشي على رجلينه ،، اصوات مشي وطقطقه بالدور اللي فوقنا جداً مزعج

This was a great solution: Space for all, plus great location, and friendly/attentive staff. All this and it’s reasonably priced too. I would stay here again and recommend it.

I had a problem with the wifi, but in hindsight that was me. I thought the code had an O but it was a 0. I wasn't sure how to get into the building! But there was someone on reception to help me in. It wasn't clear how to access the door.

Great correspondence between the host and us. We will stay here again if the property is available next time! On the checkout email Bookings.com warns of a 250 pound charge for each room key not returned. This is likely an administrative error since the room keys are the cheap plastic card type. We returned the two keys of course but the warning of the charge is attention getting.

Television very basic, no Netflix etc. very noisy outside at weekends. Upstairs apartment constantly dragging what sounded like furniture across the floor at 6.30am on Sunday morning
