- Clare (10/5): 伦敦的居家体验。 - 公寓地点适中，步行五分钟可到Green Park Underground 站（正在公园对面），沿途街区干净安全，有各种餐厅也有美味的cafe和甜品。地铁站往前两三分钟就是M&S可以买各种食材（相对近一点的Tesco Express没有新鲜肉类，酒店门口对角有一个小店可以买到冻的整鸡和番茄青瓜水果之类）；去大英博物馆也只有几站路，不过地铁两头要走十多分钟。一卧室客房面积四十出头，动线很舒适，厨房设施齐备（有咖啡茶包和糖包，但需自备调味料包括盐胡椒），洗衣干衣很方便，浴室宽敞，备品充裕。每天都有服务员来清洁更换物品，有趣的是每次都来3-4个人，很可爱友善。对于喜欢自己做饭的人，这里是个很好的选择。 浴缸边缘稍微有点高，进出要很小心。个子不高的人更要注意安全。

The staff were helpful and our lost friend even got in to us with any issues. The water was cold and the plug sockets didn’t work for chargers.

- Agatha (10/5): Perfect Mayfair location. Well maintained apartment. - The location was perfect. It was close to many places we planned to visit. There were many restaurants and parks closed by. But the building is in a quiet area. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable for two of us and it even comes with washer and dryer in the kitchen. Bedroom and bed was kind of small even though the living room, bathroom and kitchen are quite well sized.

- Terry (7/5): Big & comfy, with a washing machine - Location in the city was good for transit, via walk or tube, Mayfair js a pricier area. Kitchen, washing mc., nice bed and pillows When we got there they just gave us a room that room happened to be on the back side where every night the bars are dumping the bottles in the trash cans and then at 6:30 to 6:45 every morning the big dumpster comes to be emptied so quite noisy on the back side. Also kitchen dishes are unneccessarily fragile

- Darren (7/5): Perfect Location - The location was perfect for us. The room was plentiful and very good for a longer stay. The hairdryer did not work and the staff were happy to offer a replacement but we had already brought our own. We felt the space around the bed could have been better maybe swapping the living room around with the bedroom as these apartments seem good for travellers so it is more about the sleeping space than the living space. Just a thought and NOT a complaint.

Very comfortable and well located. Suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

- Haya Hadi (10/5): A five star property - We booked a flat in London for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The gentleman at the reception, whose name is Naeem , was extremely polite and helpful. He assisted us with everything we needed and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The service provided was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London during this period. Nothing word to mention everything was beyond expectation

- Elizabeth (8/5): - The front desk staff were lovely and very friendly. Check in was literally 3pm, not a second sooner-so a tad frustrating that you can’t really check in early. The place was clean and beautifully accommodating. One poor note is there was nowhere for me as a woman to do my hair curling with mirror access. I had to makeshift something. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would stay again. Thank you!

- layan (10/5): Safe perfect and clean - Great, spacious and safe. The apartment was big enough for 6 of us a family. Each room had a bathroom which we were happy with and an extra bathroom for guest outside. Kitchen was fully equipped and most important clean. There was cleaners available everyday for cleaning which made things even better. And the receptionist was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Everything was great the bathroom were smaller than expected but this is usually the case in London apartments so it really did not lower our rating
- Kaja Steel (10/5): Lovely Stay, in a Clean, beautiful Apartment. - The Place was easy to find on a lovely little street, Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, We stayed in a 2 Bed apartment, it was big & spacious, also exceptionally clean, absolutely mint, and well maintained, we did not use the kitchen as we ate out, but it was fully equipped. Air Con worked well. We loved the place, and if we stay in that area again will defiantly look this place back up, is quite Pricey, but its Mayfair, London, to be expected, the Vibe of the whole area is lovely. Nothing to write, no complaints.

- Lynda (10/5): Very comfy three bedroom accommodation - Great stay, good location in a lovely area. Brilliant for three couples travelling together we all had our own bathrooms and good size rooms . Very comfy beds and pillows!
- Paul (9/5): Fantastic location and staff couldn’t have been nicer - This property is the perfect location in central London. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back Some of the apartment complex facilities could be upgraded. But nothing that wouldn’t prevent me to stay there :)
- Ann (6/5): Consider carefully - The cost for 4 nights was acceptable. But not for the accommodations when we got there. Wheelchair accessible was difficult. Not the entry but navigating the doorways and hallway were narrow. The kitchen was ok but needed a few more/different pans and utensils to use with them. Also instructions for the washer dryer. The whole area of the apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Though it stated 4 kings, there was one queen and 2 kings. The bathrooms, one is attached to a bedroom and has big jacuzzi and shower, sink, toilet bidet, no grab bar and not outlets. Lighting is bad over mirror. One other is attached to bedroom but needs outlets and a better grab bar. The third bathroom is in the hallway. Needs grab bar in shower and shower floor is very slick. Also unit was on ground floor which is street level and people walking by on sidewalk were easily heard. Lots of street noise. The best was location if you what to see changing of the guard and the palace.

We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

- Bader (10/5): A Remarkable Accomodation - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mayfair House Apartment in London, and I can confidently say it was one of the best accommodations I’ve experienced in the city. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was efficient, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the apartment itself was absolutely stunning. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mayfair, just a short walk to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and some of London’s best restaurants and boutiques. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect balance of city energy and relaxation. The apartment was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was exceptional – from the high-quality linens and toiletries to the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, it felt like a true home away from home. One of the highlights for me was the level of service. The team was always available to assist with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations, arranging transport esspecailly after we had a bit of a problem with accsessing the appartment with the smart key or simply making sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality in an apartment-style accommodation. Overall, I can’t recommend Mayfair House highly enough. Whether you’re visiting London for business or leisure, this is the kind of place that truly elevates your stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! everthing was perfect
