• Thomas (9/5): We would use Stow as a base again and would definitely stay at Old Stocks Inn. It was a perfect fit. - Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Lovely courtyard in the rear of the hotel for dining and enjoying the weather. Ample parking and easy access in and out. Room was ample size. Not much closet space or storage. Shower was lovely. Cannot say enough about set temps on showers.

• Kelvin (10/5): Exceptional hotel in an amazing location - It was very central and and had its own parking which was very useful given how busy the town was. The seating area in the bar was limited. But as the weather was amazing, it was great to sit outside in their own patio garden.

• Naomi (9/5): Everything you could want for the quintessential Cotswolds getaway! - The room was so cosy and the atmosphere in the property was extremely welcoming - a home from home feel! The location is excellent and coupled with the private parking, it made journeys out and about very accessible. Nothing!

• Samantha (10/5): Great hotel with great staff - Absolutely lovely quirky hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and great size with everything you needed. Very comfortable. The food was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay. Great location in the centre of stow on the wold. Only downside was parking was limited. But you expect that in a small cotswold town. Even then there is rare free long stay parking a 4 minute walk away and free overnight parking in the market square. So not to much of an issue.

• Laura (10/5): Wonderful place to stay after a long day visiting clients. - The food was outstanding beautifully presented and really tasty. The staff were so friendly and made everything seem like it was absolutely no trouble, really has time to take an interest in their customers. The room was perfect and the towels and shower gel etc really good quality. Definitely want to go back again and have no hesitation in recommending it as a fabulous place to stay if visiting the Cotswolds. Absolutely nothing disappointed.

Our room was above the kitchen exhaust fan and so there was a constant humming until around 10 pm. Reception was polite, but a bit more warmth to match the ambiance would have made the stay feel all the more special.

• Kerry (7/5): - The location was excellent being right in the middle of town. The room was lovely and cozy, with lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge for tea. Classical music was playing when we entered the room and we kept it on our whole stay. The bed and pillows were extremely hard.
• Neil (7/5): - The location in the heart is Stow was great. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast tasty and worth the money. Only 8 car parking spaces - or risk leaving your car in a supermarket car park, out of site and sound of the hotel. An 8 - 10 minute walk. The room upstairs must have been taken by a family of rhino and their floor made lots of noise at all hours of the night and very early morning, making our night not so restful.

• Maurice (9/5): When advising about bathroom problems the gentleman on reception gave us a discount on our bill. - Room and lunch. Hand basin was not very clean and the shower did not work properly as there was a broken fixture for hand shower and the rainfall shower made a dreadful noise but no water came out.

• Erika (8/5): Amazing location - Location was amazing! We didn’t have breakfast included but had it on one of the days and it was great. Staff were all lovely and there is a bar in the venue where we had a drink each evening and the cocktails were amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel We stayed in one of the garden rooms and the walls are quite thin so occasionally you can hear people talking in the other rooms and taking showers. Car park at the back is hard to find so maybe better instructions on how to get to that car park before hand would be good? Beds could also be comfier as they are quite hard
• Cora (10/5): Perfect! - We can’t recommend this place enough. The rooms were modern and very clean. The staff were so attentive and the food was the best we have had in a long time!! We wouldn’t bother looking for anywhere else to stay next time we visit Stow!! The only niggle I had was that the pillows were quite hard.. which is fine if that’s what you like

• Donna (9/5): Loved this place. - Genuine, helpful staff at a quaint inn with a very cosy feel. Our room was well appointed with lovely furnishings. We could walk to everything in the village and the restaurant on site was amazing. The bar was a nice place to relax in after a day out exploring.
