- heelersk (8/5): Canada Dog Show Trip - Location was perfect for us as it was close to our dog event show grounds. Value was good and they were accommodating with the pet fee as we were there for four nights with two show dogs. Atmosphere was typical for a Travelodge and it was clean and neat. The rooms are what you would expect and the only con was the sink stopper was a bit messed up and the towels are a little rough .

J'ai aimé l'accès rapide à l'arrière pour nous faciliter la vie avec les chiens. J'ai adoré l'amabilité du personnel ! Pas super insonorisé, on entendait les voisins mais ça ne m'empêchera pas de revenir.

We were traveling with our dog and the only approved exit to take dog out to do her business was the front door, our room was located farthest away from the front door (the emergency exit door was steps away from our room).

I asked this of the 3 hotels we were staying at during our time in Canada and the other two didn’t do anything, which is fine, but you all exceeded expectations. We checked into chocolates and a note in our room and my kids were SO excited. They couldn’t believe that somehow you knew it was their first time in Canada and they LOVED the chocolates. Thank you very much for making their last night in the country very, very special. I also needed to talk to Dora in the morning because all of a sudden the strike shut all the museums and I had no plan for our day in Montreal and she was VERY very helpful. Above and beyond.

- Simon (9/5): The location and attentive staff made our stay most enjoyable. - The location was perfect for our needs. We were attending a CBSA graduation and needed a place to stay in Rigaud. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating our needs, even allowing a place for us to change after the ceremony, when we had already checked out. It only has stairs so we needed to carry our luggage up one level. This was not a big deal for us but could be for older people. There is no covered parking but the weather was okay during our stay so not a problem.

- Herzog (9/5): We liked this place and returned to it on our way back home. - Convenient, nice rooms The staff were SO helpful and personal. Large trailer parking area The green walls in the main entrance is a bit overwhelming. The lights in the bathroom look really smart, but they leaves odd striped shadows and I thought the towels and sink were dirty.

The room was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Boiled eggs, fresh and canned fruit, cereal, toast, muffins and quite good coffee. The facility was dated and quite tired. The linens, although clean were pretty lumpy.

Pour 3 jours personne est venue faire la chambre et aucun changement de serviettes,vider les poubelles. Dans la salle de bain un méchant gros bain tourbillon pas de bar de sécurité pour embarquer. L’eau au debut était brune. Air climatisé très salle et ne fonctionnait pas bien.

Nothing the proprietor did wrong. I made an error while booking I was looking for a hotel enroute to Toronto. This location was offered and was really out of our way. My error not looking at a map while researching. Won’t make that error again.

Chambre assez grande Propreté de la chambre dans son ensemble (y compris salle de bain) et espaces communs appréciée Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain passage ou séjour à Rigaud Améliorer l'aménagement de la salle de bain et WC : très basique et vraiment d'un temps ancien Entretien des peintures (portes, ...) à revoir Le pire est le petit-déjeuner : assiettes, verres, couverts en carton ! La qualité des produits mis à disposition : un seul choix de confiture, petits gâteaux industriels, un seul choix de thé, céréales de mauvaises qualités. Eviter de passer l'aspirateur dans la partie cuisine ou espaces proches de la salle de petit-déjeuner lorsque les clients sont au petit-déjeuner : attendre la fin du service pour le faire.
