It was extremely uncomfortable to have to share the bathroom with the whole floor and sometimes people from other floors. the room had no AC so the room was extremely hot and they never cleaned our room just changed towels. There was no elevator. The manager refunded me 100 euros for the inconvenience and did charge the tax which I thought it a good gesture. I liked that you had the metro right outside the front door and several restaurants and bakeries
• Arthur (4/5): - There was no Elevator!! and the stairs were very narrow and spiral. It was difficult to get the luggage up the stairs. Also the WIFI did not work. VERY noisy. Service was bad However, the was steps from the Metro, and close to shops.

• christophe (6/5): Fournaise et petit déjeuner inexistant - Établissement montrant une salle de petit déjeuner et une corbeille de viennoiseries dans ses photos de présentation, alors qu'il ne font plus de petits déjeuner depuis le covid. Il serait bon de supprimer ces photos qui prêtent à confusion. Le coffre fort n'avait aucun descriptif de fonctionnement. En demandant à la réception, on nous a répondu "je ne sais pas comment ça fonctionne" et le lendemain, on nous a donné une dizaine de clés en nous disant de voir si une fonctionne. Avec la chaleur de ce week-end, il n'y avait qu'un propre ventilateur pour rafraîchir la chambre. Quartier très bruyant. Mauvaise isolation sonique.
• Claudia (6/5): Hostal más que hotel - El lugar es más hostal que hotel, solo entraron a tender la cama pero no a limpiar, el piso no vio el trapeador o la escoba durante los tres días y noches que estuvimos. Para mitigar el calor que había, nos pusieron un ventilador que apenas servía. Deberían advertir que este es un lugar que no tiene política para accesibilidad ya que las habitaciones están en pisos superiores y no hay elevador. Lo positivo. Su ubicación es buena, está cerca del metro y hay opciones de comida a precios razonables, más que en los lugares turísticos de Paris.
• Fabiano (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Ficamos 8 dias em Paris e foi um ótimo custo benefício. Todos os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e sem dificuldades de comunicação. Trocaram as toalhas e tiraram o lixo todos os dias. Precisamos deixar as malas pós check in até mais tarde pelo nosso voo é foi super tranquilo. O melhor ponto é a estação de metrô EM FRENTE o hotel, na mesma calçada! Isso foi excelente. Ali perto do hotel também tem 4 mercados, Farmacia, restaurante. Nós serviu muito bem. Únicos pontos a considerar: não limpam o quarto, só tira o lixo e toalhas mesmo. O quarto é bem compacto. Não tem elevador, só escada! Mas no geral amamos e voltaríamos!

• Ana (8/5): Bastante bien - El señor que nos recibió por la mañana muy agradable y simpáticos, los de por la tarde noche un poco más serios. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo esencial, nevera, secador, hervidor de agua, microondas... La cama muy cómoda, por las noches no se oía ni un ruido asique se descansa bien. Todos los días limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas. Por poner una pega el barrio, es un poco... raro e algo inseguro pero al estar el metro justo en la puerta no hay problema

El metro está justo en la puerta del hotel, y cualquier monumento principal (arco de triunfo, torre eiffel, louvre...) está a una media hora en metro del hotel, por lo que el precio compensa ese rato de transporte.

• FATHIYA (10/5): Nice and pleasant stay - We like our stay in this hotel. the hotel is really comfortable, clean and nice. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. The metro station is in front the door. But we got the 6th floor which a bit tiring for my Mother to climb. In return the view was nice. Would definitely come back again.
• Sheila (10/5): Limpio, bien situado y con un personal de 10 - El personal del hotel se preocupó en todo momento de ayudarnos. Siempre que volvíamos de pasar el día fuera, la habitación estaba limpia, con la cama hecha y toallas nuevas. El único inconveniente que le encuentro son las escaleras sin ascensor; a mi novio y a mí nos alojaron en la quinta planta (unas vistas muy chulas, ya que estamos) y temíamos el momento de enfrentarnos a esas escaleras de caracol tan estrechas, sobre todo cuando llegamos y nos fuimos con las maletas. Aun y todo, merece muchísimo la pena. Está muy bien situado (tiene la línea 9 justo al salir y la línea 1 a unos 5 metros andando; ¡POR CIERTO! Si alguien se encuentra con la huelga de transporte, id directamente a la línea 1 porque es automática y, junto con la 14, son las únicas que funcionan). En definitiva, relación calidad-precio sobresaliente.

• FXSTD (10/5): - 仕方ありませんが、エレベータが無くかなり狭い螺旋階段です。大したことないと思いましたが、結構大変です。部屋は古いがロケーションを考えると料金的には十分。12月でしたがスチーム暖房が入っており、かなり快適でした。スタッフは二人のおっさんがいましたが、フレンドリーで良いです。駅出口の真ん前で、全く文句はありません。すぐそばにカルフールがあり重宝します。節約したいときはまた宿泊したいと思います。

• Verified traveler (6/5): オテル　デ　ルニオンに2泊 - ホテルの位置はパリ２０区とパリのはずれでしたがなんと9号線マレシェ駅でて目の前に位置しておりロケ―ションはとても良いです。レセプションの方も親切でした。エレベーターはないのでトランクを持ち上げるのは大変でしたが部屋は とてもきれいでパリ下町の街並みが一望できる部屋でした。トイレとシャワーなしの部屋でしたが広く清潔でした。他の方は朝方シャワーをあびていたので夜スムーズにシャワーを使う事ができました。荷物も預かって頂けました。機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。

• Dayra (10/5): Súper recomendable - Fabuloso si vas por primera vez a París y no dispones de un alto presupuesto para hospedarte en el centro, el hotel está a dos pasos de la entrada del metro línea 9 y conecta con todas las líneas para transportarte hasta cualquier parte. Habitaciones muy limpias, el espacio necesario para moverte y el baño impecable. Las Escaleras podría ser un problema si tienes alguna discapacidad motora o estás fuera de condiciones. Personal amable y no fue nada difícil comunicarnos ya que la persona que nos recibió hablaba un poco de todo, llegamos temprano y nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de entrada sin ningún costo y hasta nos subieron las maletas. En fin... lo recomiendo

Valise était montée à notre retour. Studio avec sdb privée, 1 lit double +1 clic clac (housse à nettoyer, tâches, =seul bémol ) kitchenette, très propre, équipé, quartier animé et métro devant l'entrée de l'hôtel. Réservé la veille cause accompagnions ma fille pour 1er concert à l'arena-bercy, excellent rapport qualité prix, nous y reviendrions volontiers.

Um pouco afastado das principais atrações de Paris, mas para comprar tem uma estação de metrô que fica em frente ao hotel, o que facilita muito o locomover pela cidade. O bairro tbm é bom, tem supermercado, cafés, farmácia, lanchonetes, e etc. O atendimento do hotel é excelente, são educados e bem prestativos. Por ser um prédio antigo, não tem elevador, como ficamos no quarto andar, isso incomodou um pouco. Se quiser tomar café da manhã, se não estiver incluso na sua diária, tem que reservar antes na recepção. Não há telefone no quarto, mas isso parece comum em hotéis até 3 estrelas aqui na Europa. O wi-fi atende. No geral, como disse logo no início avalio o hotel como bom.

• michel (8/5): Agréable séjour à l'hôtel de l'union. - L'hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas du métro et le personnel très sympathique. Nous étions au 6e étage (c'est mieux pour le bruit car la rue peut être bruyante)et on nous a aidé pour monter et descendre les valises (pas d'ascenseur). Si la salle de bain est de taille tout à fait correcte, en revanche la chambre est vraiment petite. C'est le seul reproche car le reste était parfait, y compris le petit déjeuner.

• GUILHERME (8/5): Muito bom! - Ficamos uma semana em um quarto com o banheiro compartilhado. O banheiro compartilhado era muito limpo. Não recomendado para idosos ou deficientes, pois se chega somente de escada nos apartamentos.

• ROUAG (8/5): Super séjour!!!! - Séjour avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L’appartement était très bien au niveau propreté et standing : rénovation. L’hôtel est à la porte d’une sortie de metro. Exeptionnellement pratique après des sorties longues pour les enfants. L’environnement est idéal tout les commerces sont à proximité ( pharmacie, tabac, boulangerie, supermarché, restaurant ouvert jusque tard le soir. Du coup là quartier est un peu bruyant mais qu’importe l’emplacement, l’hôtel, la gentillesse des hôtes nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour!

Единственное, что следует подтянуть - чистота в номерах. Сменили 2 номера, в обоих находили следы прошлых гостей в виде волос. Неприятно( А в общем атмосферно, доброжелательно и приятно! • Andrei (8/5): Okay for the price, rooms are very small - Stayed there for 5 nights, the stay was okay. The room was very small (although that was stated in the description while we were booking a room, so this is not a hotel's problem, just take it into account). Our room had 2 windows, but both looking to a busy street, so it was noisy from the early morning. The room was clean when we arrived, but diring our stay the cleaning which was made daily, was not really good. The lady was just making the bed and bringing new towels. We had no glasses/cups/spoons in the room but we asked for them and received everything we needed. Overall the stay was okay, fairly good for the price and very close to the metro.

The shared bathroom are ok, but they need to be cleaned every day if not twice a day. There was a strong smell of pee in the room, probably because of the cleaner used for the floor. The walls were totally full of dust and from the room's sink, in the night, were coming little insects that we found on the towels. A part from that it was a nice staying. The personal is so available and it's so much reachable.

• Yash (10/5): - Host helped us with information on travel places to go and other things too! Spoke English! He also helped us to use the kitchen microwave and was generous as well! Room was nice and location is too good (just next to metro)!
• jenny (8/5): Nice hotel close to the metro - Perfectly located near the metro. Easily accessible. However the room wasn’t cleaned everyday. There would always be something missed. Towels or new cups or making of the beds.
• Elize (6/5): Less than expected - The Hotel is rated 4.5. The room was dirty, the curtains was dirty. The stairs and bathroom upstairs was difficult. No fresh supply of toilet paper. Very noisy area and the floors were never cleaned. The drain in the shower blocked with hair. The cleaner also stole from our purchases. The photos of the Hotel is misleading, will opt for a More expensive Hotel next time. Cleansiness is very important. Hotel Impossible.
• Colby (8/5): Cozy hotel with a great location. - It’s exactly what you would think. Check-in was quick. The staff was polite and kind, and the rooms were clean and cozy. It’s basically atop a Metro stop and in a lively neighborhood. Didn’t spend much time here, but it’s great for those who wish to be out and about.
• samir (6/5): Acceptable for short stay - Hotel location is good not far from part dieu station and shopping center , staff are helpful and friendly , room is wide , but there is no kettle , water for drinking , coffea , nor tea in the room

• Gabe (4/5): Loud, small, hot - The hotel is in a fairly nondescript, not exciting neighborhood, but that doesn't stop it from being very loud (sirens, traffic, etc.) if your windows are open. People came down the street screaming at the top of their lungs on a weeknight in the middle of the night. The lack of A/C makes summer stays unbearable, since having the window open helps, though not much. The staff do not have a great command of English, which makes communicating difficult. The tiny, cramped stairwell is the only way to access rooms upstairs, so if you have a big suitcase, forget about booking here. The room itself was larger than the last place I stayed in eastern Paris, but still pretty small quarters. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not good support (very flat).
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent value - The only drawback is there is no lift. Not good if you are on the fifth floor.
• F (8/5): Decent enough hotel, but watch for shared bathroom - Basic but decent enough hotel - just be sure to check the small-print when booking - some rooms have shared bathroom - I didn't realise until after I had booked.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay for the price - No lift, had to walk up 5 flights of a tiny spiral staircase which was tiring after a day of walking around Paris. Breakfast was mediocre. Clean rooms. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable however. Overall okay for the price, about 30 minutes from the heart of Paris by metro. free wifi.
• Juan Sanchez (8/5): Nice Hotel, lovely staff - For my vacations I went to Paris and stay in the Hôtel de l'Union, it was a very clean place with a nice location near a subway stop. The staff has a great actitud always and was very kind and helpful with me.

It was just generally not very clean with dust visible in the corners and hair on the bed. The shared bathrooms could really use some help as well; however, breakfast was free and it is really conveniently located next the metro.

• isaac (8/5): Perfect for budget traveller - Good location and very convenient as the metro station "Maraichers" is right in front of the hotel; surrounded by eateries and supermarkets such as carrefour city. It is perfect for budget traveller. However, you might find it uncomfortable as the hotel is lacking of an elevator and in-room aircond. We were staying on second floor, we opened our window to sleep as it is too warm. The traffic sound is very disturbing. We stayed for 8 nights, and there was a day they forgot to clean our room, and another day they forgot to give us coffee.

• Verified traveler (4/5): A budget stay at Paris - A budget stay at Paris. A bit expensive for location and condition of hotel, anyway it is Paris so understandable. Staff are nice. Not at center of Paris but right in front of Metro exit, so super convenient when going around Paris by metro. Room condition is okay. Bathroom is large enough with a bathtub, but room is a bit stucked with furnitures. Tea set is not refilled. Saw some bugs,maybe cocokroaches.
