Joan (5/5): Not completely happy with the'upgraded' room - It was nice to have a full size kitchen facility. They were overbooked and supposedly upgraded us to a larger room . There was a king bed and a sofa bed. Would be more appropriate for a 'couple' and not two si gles traveling together. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

B126UUcharlesp (10/5): Great first impression - I’m somewhat prematurely reading this review I had called to make a reservation several days ago for a room this coming Friday, 13 March I spokewith a very nice lady who was very helpful and accommodating. Her name was Carolyn the pricing on the room. It’s quite reasonable at this time. I just would like to say that my experience talking to her was very good and it was so nice to be able to excellent customer service these days from people who can convey their thoughts pleasantly. And concise I’m sure they stay. There is gonna be just as pleasant Charles Page.

I loved how they had a menu of what they're having on the specific day of the week. Also, I did like their cute little souvenir shop. The bathroom tub was a bit small. There was no plug so one could have a bath if they chose to.
Sarah (10/5): Always a pleasure to stay here. - I didn’t get her name, but the front desk was AMAZING. She was pleasant, helpful, professional and kind. It can be extremely stressful dealing with all of the hockey families and she was a champ! On our way to the pool she asked if we liked our room which was super sweet. She is a shining star!! The sauna was closed for repairs.

TheSimpleTraveler (10/5): Great Value - My wife and I stayed here in September. This place had everything we needed to use as our base while exploring the North Unit of Teddy Roosevelt Nat'l Park. Easy check in, clean, comfortable and quiet room, hot shower, decent breakfast and very reasonably price, not to mention the friendly and welcoming staff. As a bonus, there was also a very good restaurant across the street. We loved the North Unit and hope to return someday. And if we do, we'll be staying here again.

Room very comfortable spacious but walls are not very sound proof. The breakfast both days was fantastic. I am on a cross country trip so it was really nice to have hot food and a large selection. I stayed 2 nights and never expected my bed to be made or linen replaced after my first night but they were. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to take the hotel with me as I continue my travels. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

Calvin (10/5): - The Roosevelt Inn is a historic hotel for Watford City. I heard the (now) governor of North Dakota talk about how he used to stay there when he was working in Watford City as a lawyer. It is very convenient to downtown, to the Rough Rider Center, to the McKenzie Ag Expo and of course the Northern part of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Come stay here and admire the big TR bust in front and the 10 foot tall sunflowers along the walkway to the reception.

GoeieWitte (6/5): Classic Stay with Friendly Service - The Roosevelt Inn & Suites is a classic hotel in the growing town of Watford City. It’s easy to reach, with free parking on site. The property shows its age in both a rustic and slightly worn way, but the atmosphere is welcoming with plenty of Roosevelt memorabilia throughout. Staff are very friendly, and housekeeping does a great job. Rooms are somewhat tight but include useful amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent and a highlight of the stay.

DaisyWI (10/5): Family Suite Surprise! - Our family of six stayed at the Roosevelt Inn while on a road trip through ND, when we were visiting the northern unit of Teddy Roosevelt National Park. We have four kids, so I'm always trying to see if I can get everyone an actual bed spot if possible (i.e. not a sofa sleeper). So we rented the family suite. I had NO IDEA that this was like an actual house. We were blown away. It was at the end of the older section and had three full bedrooms, living room, fireplace, kitchen, LAUNDRY, and one full bath. Main floor with super easy entry from parking area. Some rooms appeared to be recently re-decorated; not sure if there are different long-term plans for this unit. We were only there one night but it's an amazing space at the price of a regular hotel room. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the TR theme and memorabilia as well.
