- Cathy (5/5): Just so so - Unable to access Internet
Lost TV reception
Wasted LOTS of water to get hot water
- Shareen (10/5): -
- William (7/5): The lady at check in was very nice and accommodating. - Location was close to interstate & popular restaurants. Was a little outdated (restoration project in process), but a good value for the price.
- Willard (8/5): - Room was clean and recently remodeled
Very friendly check in
- Vickers (8/5): Would visit again! - Night manager was kind & helpful, even though we arrived after midnight. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Location was near gas stations and restaurants.
- Robert (8/5): -
- Rose (10/5): Diamond i the Rough - Diamond in the rough. Entire place being remodeled updated . We were very pleasantly suprised . Room was very fresh clean and spacious. Beds clean and comfy . Lots of lighting around entire property .Felt safe walking around property. Greeted kindly by the owner on arrival went about and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay . We'll be back and we recommend..
- Sandy (8/5): - Friendly staff who were very accomodating Updated room. Quiet.
- Julie (10/5): Affordable, Clean and Accommodating - The desk clerk was personable, professional and friendly. He greeted me by my name as soon as I entered the lobby. I was taken aback by his greeting as he immediately inquired the reason for my stay, which progressed into a lighthearted, funny conversation. He even delivered complimentary water to our room and even thanked us for choosing to stay with Deerfield Inn. Thanks sir for your hospitality!
- Thomas (7/5): -
- Kenneth (3/5): - Run down
- Gregory (4/5): not so good. - The hotel is under renovation and looks abandoned. Very few cars were in the parking lot, making it look isolated.
- Tom (1/5): Bad -
- Josephine (2/5): Pass this one by! - Should have known from the entrance/lobby - sparce and unkempt. The room had sufficient air conditioning, but the rest was downhill. The furniture was old and looked it's age (I wouldn't sit on the couch). The bed was beyond its years and then some. It made noise whenever you moved and was UN-COMFORTABLE. The coffee pot, I would not use because it looked like it had not been used in quite some time. The large screen TV had 8 stations, 5 of which were the same home shopping channel. The bathroom was old, small packets of shampoo and tiny soap bars offered, toilet handle jiggling and after flush, the tank sounded like it was regurgitating. The hair dryer was sooo old and dangerous. No air coming out, heat element bright red and had burning smell. I unplugged it and left a note to BEWARE. This place was not worth what we paid.
- Mary (10/5): - Very dirty
- High (3/5): Poor -
- June (8/5): Very good, just what we needed. - The manager was very helpful and pleasant. We felt safe. Our room had recently been refurbished and was nice, neat and very clean. This was a one night stop so the value was excellent for our purposes. We plan to return. Heater a bit noisy, manager will check it.
- Cox (4/5): Disappointing - The location was decent The price is way overpriced for the facility the staff told me the rooms was freshly remodeling and they are in a very cheap way the beds are probably 20 years old no channels on the TV but one local news channel
- Alan (5/5): Passable - Pretty run down . Didn’t look like picture on website.
- Jim (9/5): Very nice! Excellent value for money! - Construction was loud starting at 9 am, but we understood.
- Trevor (2/5): You get what you pay for. I guess I will have to start paying more - The pool was under renovations. The pool looked like it had not been used for years. The fellow at the front counter was very nice
- Hancock (9/5): excellent! - good stay for the money. ....
- Ann (5/5): Passable -
- Mary (10/5): - Upon our very late arrival, we were still eagerly greeted by who I believe to be the owner. He was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was efficient, clean and all we needed for a quick over night stay. The room was in a safe neighborhood. We did not have breakfast, as we left around 6:15 am. I have no complaints about our stay and it was worth the money that we paid. I would stay again for a short term visit.
- Victor (5/5): Passable -
- Khiem (3/5): Poor -
- Shakeria (9/5): Superb -
- Morgan (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (9/5): Everything you need ! - Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located.
- Kathy (2/5): I think sleeping in the car says it all! - There was not one There were bugs in the beds so we ended up sleeping in our car! The room had been cleaned but the toilet paper was not a new wrapped roll which means it was used by the people in the room before us!
- April (5/5): Passable - The bed was pretty comfortable. There wasn’t a shelf in the shower, no place to hang clothes and no good channels on TV
- Jesse (5/5): Passable -
- Ann (6/5): Pleasant -
- Freda (7/5): Nice owner - The owner was very friendly. It could have been better but was good for the price The breakfast was very little and the beds could have been more comfortable. It was okay for the price though
- Monk (8/5): Very good -
- James (5/5): Passable -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wsw4ufgators (8/5): Very good - Bed was super comfy. N/a

- Shanta’ (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): Everything was great for me price and a comfort - Didn't eat breakfast the location is great close to all the restaurants I really have no complaints everything was good for me
- Larry (8/5): Will definately consider staying here again the next time we need a room in Madison, Ga - The room was clean and the staff was very accomodating. The furnishing are a little dated, but were still adequate.
- Daniel (8/5): Comfortable stay. -
- Teresa (10/5): - We had great service and room was quite clean. It was a little rundown though. Might be starting renovation but waiting on area construction to finish??? We stayed on a last minute whim because of an event nearby. Not my first choice with outside doors but would stay again if in area. Not sure that makes sense. 😀
- Jagger (1/5): Horrible - Nothing everything was horrible There are cameras in the bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- Victor (5/5): Passable - Fair price Bathroom bugs and mold, little dirty, weird repairs
- Alisherjon (9/5): Superb -
- Ebony (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brooke (6/5): Pleasant -
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (5/5): Bedding was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. - Location and very nice staff. Largely vacant and poor quality workmanship on repairs in room.
- teresa (8/5): Great overnight stop - Great overnight stop! It’s a no frills hotel but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean with everything you might need , including coffee maker, fridge, microwave and iron and ironing board. Owner is super friendly and helpful.
- Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Very accommodating and clean
- Denver (10/5): - Clean room. Friendly staff!
- Macon (1/5): Bad - I didn’t stay. It was nasty looking from the parking lot!
- Rick (5/5): Run down and tired - The ice machine worked well This place is run down and in bad need of repairs. There is an electric outlet with no cover and another with a round cover on a rectangle box. The entry door is rusted out at the bottom. The coffee pot cord wouldn't reach the plug. There is what appears to be a crack in the tub, but it is only marks. Springs on bed makes noises when moving.
- Thomas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rhoda (7/5): Good -
- Margaret (10/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable. Fast wifi - The Deerfield inn was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The wifi was fast and the water pressure was great. The room had a small fridge and a microwave. It was a great place to spend a rainy night on a road trip. The owner was super helpful with questions and gave us a rundown of the area and what restaurants might still be open later at night. I would absolutely go back the next time I'm passing through the area
- Tom (10/5): Stayed the night while traveling across country. - The price and the quality of the room. It was very quiet and safe. The very bright lights outside the window was right in my eyes and the curtains wouldn't close enough to block it out.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Turner (10/5): was very relaxing - was very nice in the inside and customer service was excellent the outside doesn’t look as great as the inside.
- Mcdougal (10/5): Easy to find, easy to check in, and very quiet. A great value. - The manager was off-the-charts friendly and helpful. WiFi was pretty slow even with low occupancy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Deerfield Inn - Clean / comfortable room.
Safe area just off the freeway.
Owner / Manager was very accommodating.
- David (8/5): - Fast and friendly check in , property under renovation. Came here on a Business trip would stay here again 😊
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The manager is friendly
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Customer service was good
- Krista (2/5): Don’t do it - Not great. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. Place looks abandoned.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I was a little nervous when I pulled in because the outside looks a little run, but the room looked just like the picture and everything was clean
- Goldberg (2/5): - Expedia mentioned that breakfast was included but it was not. We were not told anyrhing about it at check-in and had the bad surprise in the morning. When contacting Expedia, nothing but lies like: breakfast coukd have been beought to you for social distancing but it was never offered. This is a disgusting way to take advantage, and neither the hotel nor Expedia take any responsibility for it!
- Allison (8/5): - I just needed a place for the night and we ended up checking in close to midnight. The gentleman on duty was super friendly and helpful. You can tell renovations are going on but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. I would stay again.
- Brook (10/5): Nice place to stay - Clean room, friendly service, comfortable bed
- Pamela (10/5): ice inexpensive place to stay CLEAN - Nice owner! Clean hotel great parking even for big trucks. Clean room very comfortable bed! Longest sleep I've had in a long time!
- Linda (8/5): - Very quite and a pleasant stay.
Great location and very nice/helpful Manager.
Rates are affordable!
- Betty (8/5): Travel nurse - My overall stay was good. Deerfield is convenient to near by interstate and food/stores. It was clean but the furniture is old and the bed was so so. Premium channels was not available as advertised. However, the manager was nice and helpful. I felt safe and will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was under construction. They are upgrading all the rooms . I had one of the new rooms very very nice and comfortable . They still have a ways to go but when finish will be very nice . I’d stay again when In the area .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for the Price! - Nice hotel. You can tell it’s an older place and renovations are being done. My bed was comfortable! For the price, it was worth it!
- Glory (10/5): - From the outside it looked old and run down place. I was worried if it was a safe area. But the owner who checked me In put my mind at rest. He took great care of me. He even made me Indian style tea with ginger. God bless him.
- Joy (10/5): The best! - Pulled off the interstate after driving from Louisiana because the headlights, taillights and stoplights were all blurring together. Booked within 10 minutes of arrival. The manager was extremely pleasant. My daughter had just had surgery the day before and was on crutches. He made sure we were on ground level and even moved his car so we could park in the handicapped spot in front of our room. Unlocked the room for us and offered to help carry out stuff in. He said we could call anytime during our stay if we needed something and although we didn’t, I truly believe he would have done whatever he could to help us
- Charles (8/5): Go Dawgs - The place is certainly in need of upgrades and out dated. However, me and my son stayed after the GA/Notre Dame game. Arrived nearly 3am. The owner was extremely nice, told us to not worry about 11am checkout to get the proper rest. We were very tired but next day refreshed. We were about leave and he saw us and came up. Asked were we Good and very appreciative. The nicest Hotel Hospitality we have ever got, He is the exception of Southern Hospitality, charge us A insane rate like all the other Hotels in the World!!!! One of the most surprising things was he had some of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on in a hotel. Again not even a 2.5 star by any stretch, but for his Generosity and price the Value was worth it. If able we will stay there Again!!! Go Dawgs!!!!
- Matt (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever - Garbage town central.
- Mark (2/5): Dirty and unpleasant - Horrible place to stay. Dirty, unconformable and bad location. Multiple rooms under construction, leaving rooms they were giving out dirty and dusty. The room I was given was still not complete, floors dirty, towels dirty. If I hadn't been driving all day I would of requested a refund and moved on. Will never stay there again
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was quite. Note many guests. Property under construction. Husband set this up and didn't notice the 2.5 rating. Would have liked a better smelling room. Went to Wal-Mart to get an atomizer to help. Service was good. Hope the owners get their construction done and ready for future guests.
- Kristie (4/5): Reconstruction everywhere - There was a lot of work to the hotel going on and they had furniture from what looked like almost every room out front and everywhere. The room we stayed in honestly looked like 1 of maybe 3 that was available for renting and they had major construction going on all over. The stairs to get to the second floor were really messed up and very hard to walk on which made me nervous that my father or I would fall because of how bad they were. The front desk girl was nice but it was only her second day so she didn’t know much and the owner didn’t seem to be the friendliest when she had to call him durning our check in which took almost 30 minutes. Would defiantly try any other hotel in the area or even go up and exit or two.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The breakfast was pricey. It should have been a better selection.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dirty carpets, towels so thin you can see through them, mold in bathtub, noisy air conditioner, no tv station guide, breakfast is a disappointment, no ice machine.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Exterior was old and run down. Rooms were clean but old. Furniture was scratched, chipped. Only had two electrical outlets in room. Door would not seal and was drafty. Hotel has started updating rooms and may improve over time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Courteous staff and quick check-in. The representative remembered me from my last visit.
- Insung (10/5): - The hotel owner is friendly and reasonable price hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Outdated but functional. Quiet and clean room. Breakfast included packaged muffins/ danish, bagels and cold cereal.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pretty good - This hotel was very good considering the price. I felt safe even though the rooms were entered from outside.
- Kelli (4/5): Never again - Room smelled of mildew; chairs and iron board cover WERE NASTY
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel in bad need of maintenance/renovation
- Robin (4/5): Highly would NOT recommend - The non smoking room smelled very strong of smoke. There were several holes in the walls where you could see insulation and the wall to the next room. All around the baseboards were caked with dirt and the towels literally felt like sandpaper.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was quiet and very pleasant. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family for a place of comfort and rest.
- Paisley (10/5): - Empty of guests, had place to ourselves.
Lovely!
