Guest Reviews
- Jael (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage und komfortables Zimmer!
- Ally (6/5): Good location but needs work - Great location Pool was not clean, water was murky. The room had a sewage smell which made the stay unpleasant, and the shower didn’t drain properly.
- Samrat (1/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): Great hotel, staff really went the extra mile! - I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights on an Intrepid tour and then booked an extra night through booking.com. I moved to a lovely room on the 4th floor with a huge bed, a bath tub (such a luxury after a couple of weeks trekking) and it even had a private outdoor area.
After I checked out, the housekeeping staff found that I’d left my glasses in the room. A member of staff then drove them to the airport for me - in time to catch my flight (and wouldn’t accept any additional payment). I can’t thank everyone at the hotel enough for going above and beyond!
- Filip Efraim (5/5): I do not recommend it for a longer stay. - The only plus is the roof terrace. Dahlia hotel has its best years long behind it. It is okay for one night stay, but if you want to spend more nights in the hotel, I would not recommend it. Breakfast is completely monotonous and without any idea. The rooms are not cozy, nor comfortable, the bathroom was leaking, so it was always wet.
- Saurabh (9/5): Beautiful property and a great value for money - This is a beautiful hotel with one of the best restaurants in town. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is situated next to the lake, although you will have to walk a km to reach the lake entarance. The rooms are old and could do with some refurbishment to match the grandeur of the restaurant. Shower area must have a curtain at lease in the Suite.
- Reka Lili (6/5): Old hotel, needs renovation and friendlier staff - Its right on the main street. Its very run down. Swimming pool is green… our room would not open and we had to wait over an hour until a member of staff climbed down from the 4th floor and entered through the window.
Aside of him, staff never cracked a smile or engaged in any conversation. Breakfast was not great.
- Fabian (8/5): -
- Brochand (10/5): - The manager was really professional and taking care of our every needs.
- Daryl (10/5): Beautifully placed on the edge of Pokhara with a lovely seating terrace. VEry reasonably priced so HIGHLY recommend - Beautifully presented with entrance at front and side. Food was delicious and big beverage selection. Rooms were large and balcony also. Has travel desk and a beautiful pool top terrace Minimal construction noise as in every city, but sadly, the swimming pool was a little green and ‘ unattended ‘
- joanne (9/5): Very comfortable stay with a very good, varied breakfast -
- Dirk (7/5): Aangenaam - Locatie Zwembad was groen
- Sumit (9/5): -
- Kristian Ørnemose (10/5): Stilfuldt hotel - Lækkert poolområde
Meget venligt personale
Dejlig restaurant
- turi (8/5): -
- Juliana (9/5): - Staff is really kind, room was big and new, silent area next to the park, nice outside pool area with mountain view when weather is clear Drain of shower was not flowing and water could be cold (some days it was difficult to get hot water)
- MIMAPIANDUO (10/5): -
- Mustapha (9/5): - Tout
- Keshab (8/5): Pleasant stayed . - Toilet and shower. Wasn't mini bar.
- nicholas (10/5): Good value and excellent location - The location right on the lake side and close to numerous reasonable restaurants. The rooms were very good value and the management effective and helpful. The breakfast was a little disappointing. I don't think instant coffee is adequate.
- Yingrui (10/5): Very nice stay! - Convinced, great breakfast, very good staff Nothing much, facilities aren't that well but so is the rest of Pokhara, so I'll pass this one
- Stephanie (9/5): - Nice hotel!
- SOPHIE (8/5): - Bonjour rapport qualité/prix
- Nicolò (10/5): - Albergo moderno, staff molto gentile e posizione buona.
- Lydia (8/5): Great location & staff cannot do enough to help. - Lovely quiet location on the edge of the Pokhara Lakeside strip. Hotel staff absolutely lovely and cannot do enough to help you. Ground floor area beautiful. Some rooms ready for a bit of an upgrade, probably my not worth paying for upgraded room with balcony. Would be good if easier to order drinks to the poolside. Phone not working fully at poolside.
- Markku (9/5): - Uima allas hyvä aamiainen
- Brian (8/5): - Position is excellent and facilities acceptable. No room safe and low water pressure but that seems to be the norm in Nepal
- Christoph (10/5): -
- PAWEL (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): Awesome Nepal 🇳🇵 - I thought the staff were extremely friendly… the Nepali was, what you expect. Thank you Nepal. It was very quiet and peaceful for lakeside. I have only good thinks to say. Thank you 🙏
Emplacement nickel. Petit dej ok. Cet hôtel ne valait pas son prix. Il est bruyant . Lit pas très confortable.
- binisha (7/5): -
- Luca (9/5): - Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool with great views.
- Frank (9/5): - The rooftop pool is amazing. It is quiet and exceptional view!
No need to go to a uphill viewpoint because you have this!
- Agata (10/5): The best hotel in Nepal - The staff in this hotel is amazing. The manager - Prem and all his employees took very good care of us. We changed our plans last minute and he helped us book the bus ticket, called the company for us and organised the taxi. What is more we could store our luggage after check out and use the pool. The hotel is beautiful, the room very clean and comfortable. There is a/c, nice bathroom, kettle, coffe, tea. The atmosphere is very nice as well. The breakfast was better than in any other hotel we stayed during our travel in Nepal. Wide variety of foods and delicious egg omelet freshly prepared especially for you by very nice and talented chef. Location is great, in the lakeside area but not in the busiest part. Next time in Pokhara we will definitely stay in Dahlia Hotel. The water in the pool was not clear because of the monsoon rains. It wasn't a problem, the staff informed us about it. Maybe covering the pool from rain could be considered in the future.
- Dmytro (10/5): -
- Sagarmusix (5/5): - Staff Room and swimming pool
- Binod (9/5): -
- Sepideh (10/5): - This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect! From great hospitality, to location being lovely and tourist friendly, to spacious rooms, and generally everything that a visitor needs during their stay! I highly recommend it!
- Stefano (9/5): Unbeatable value for money in excellent location, great pool with amazing view and delicious breakfast. - Unbeatable value for money. Excellent location on the main shopping street. 8' walking from the Bus Terminal. My room was spacious, quiet and clean, with a private balcony. Fast WiFi. Nice swimming pool with amazing view on the Himalayas. Amazing breakfast with local dishes avallable à la carte.
Super friendly service, special mention for Sanchit. Poor WiFi on the rooftop-pool. Hot water sometimes was taking ages. Also the water pressure could be improved.
- Pascal D. (8/5): Sympathique hôtel très bien situé. - Situation géographique parfaite. Personnel très aimable. Bonne nourriture.
- Evelien (9/5): Great location, helpfull staff! - Very nice hotel, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is a small buffet, but good! Very helpfull staff, they helped us to book our bus ticket to go to Lumbini and Chitwan. Location is next to the lake and close to many restaurants! nothing.
- YUDHVIR (10/5): -
- K.C. (10/5): Worth every penny. - Very warm and friendly staff members. Room was clean and tidy. Rooftop swimming pool with the view of Pokhara is simply unbelievable. Had a great experience.
- sunil (9/5): -
- Stephen (9/5): Perfect for a three night stay. - Loved the pool and air conditioning was sensational. Breakfast was great. Shower space is very tight - elbows bang glass wall when washing. Pool could do with more chlorine.
- Alex954 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - The panoramic view of Pokhara valley from the rooftop pool is amazing. It was all good.
- Dan (6/5): - Little far from main lake side.
It ok who likes quiet area.
- Jaiswal (9/5): Superb -
- spaka2013 (2/5): Security concern – DO NOT USE THE ROOM SAFE - I stayed at the Dahlia Boutique Hotel in May 2025 as part of an Intrepid Travel group. Unfortunately, during my stay, a serious security incident occurred involving the room safe. When I reported that the safe in my room wasn’t working, hotel staff came to repair it. After placing my valuables inside, I later discovered that high-denomination currency had been discreetly tampered with and replaced with lower-value notes.
Other members of our group also reported their safes were not working upon arrival, raising concerns that this may be a pattern. The fact that the issue occurred after reporting the faulty safe is especially troubling.
Advice to future guests:
• Do not store valuables in the in-room safe, even if it appears to be functioning.
• Use tamper-evident envelopes or photograph/document valuables before storing.
This experience was disappointing and distressing. I strongly urge the hotel to review its internal controls and ensure stronger protections for guest property.
- Upreti (9/5): Superb -
- Sandy (10/5): We will be back. - Lovely hotel, great roof top pool with a view of the mountains. Very helpful staff. Very central.
- Liubov (9/5): Superb -
- Olga (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (8/5): Very nice - Well located, beautiful building, rooftop pool and terrace with a view of the mountains and also quiet. Good breakfast and cappuccino for a small fee.
Only two things we likes less, water quality of the pool and small bathroom.
- Pranav (8/5): Very good -
- Neven (8/5): Very good -
- Buddha (8/5): Very good - lovely roof top swimming pool to cool down. nothing, everything was fine.
- Ashma (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Great staff, quiet rooms. Clean. Shower is located in an odd place in the bathroom
- Kara (10/5): Amazing staff who will help you with your traveling needs. - The rooftop pool was our hang out place at the end of each day. It offers a stunning mountain view.
- Tobey (10/5): Comfortable rooms and lovely staff! - The pool and the suite and the service Nothing
- Verma (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ethel (9/5): Superb -
- Sandip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pragyatt (10/5): Perfect stay - If you're looking for a perfect blend of city energy and serene lakeside vibe, this hotel nails it. Tucked just a few blocks from the downtown buzz but facing a peaceful stretch of the lake, it gives you the best of both worlds.
Spacious, modern rooms , and rooftop lounge with infinity swimming pool meets all expectations
Friendly and professional staff ensuring smooth stay at this wonderful property.
Highly recommended
- Stuart (10/5): You must stay here if in Pokhara. Great stay after trekking. - If you go to Pokhara, you have to stay here. The building inside is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great big bed, amazing to rest in after hiking. Shower was great and come with gel and shampoo as well as toothbrush. Balcony is a great bonus as well. Location is great. Short walk to all the action and the lake is a stones throw away. The staff are very helpful and will help with all your needs. Breakfast is good and the coffee is rather nice. Would be nice to have some Nepalese food for breakfast option. Charging points are not close to the bed.
- Lavinia (9/5): Superb -
- P (6/5): Pleasant - Food items overpriced. No roof access after 8pm
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Rv (4/5): You can find better hotels at lower price - The bathroom was western standard and for breakfast they made fresh eggs. Staff was unwelcoming, it's the type of interaction when you try to check-in and "how you dare bothering them". The lobby is really nice and true to the pictures on Booking, but the rooms are super basic and sad, quiet disappointing to be honest. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is party every night at one of the nearby hotels, and they don't stop until midnight, so there is no chance to try to sleep earlier. The rooftop pool is a sad one too, it looks nothing like on the Booking pictures, there has been a lot of photosopping done.
- Charlie (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing break. - Great pool - it was hot when I arrived and I used it to its max. Location is a little walk from the hub of region but still in a good central location.
- Bina (10/5): Excellent place - Location near the lake was excellent but the staff made it extra special. They could not have been more helpful. The reception staff in particular went out of their way to look after us. Nothing not to like
- ngiemac (10/5): A must stay place in Pokhara - The hospitality was very top notch, food was very delicious. I advise trying nepali thali set. Room is super clean and lobby by has lovely ambience!! The staff arr so friendly you will feel super comfortable in this hotel. A true boutique hotel🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 👍 👌 💛
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- 718prudenceb (10/5): Great hotel! - It is a nice hotel! It's kind of an older hotel but the beds are clean and comfortable and the shower was clean and had hot water. It is also walking distance from the Main Street and Phewa lake activities. Also, the 4th floor(roof) has a swimming pool with a view of Annapurna and other mountains which was cool.
- Imrul (10/5): - As excellent as it says.
- Elena (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Good value for money. The breakfast is also nice with fresh eggs done on the spot. Good location by the lake and good value for money The dinner was not as great and the placemats were a little dirty
- Zahin (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- 999sujitk (10/5): Wonderful Stay and Great Service! - I stayed at Dahlia Boutique Hotel for two days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful, with cozy rooms and excellent amenities.
A special thanks to Mr. Prem, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay!
- taniav789 (10/5): Great hotel with great staff - Great hotel with old world charm but modern rooms. Prem, the front office manager really looks after all his guests and makes you feel welcome. He can help with any problem and it’s never too much trouble. We were waiting for our transport and Prem saw us and rang ahead and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s in a great location too. Just a great hotel with great staff.
- Yanki (10/5): - Good experience and awesome.Ambience is nice.very friendly staff.Food is also excellent. The swimming pool was good (from Yang).
- arpito2016 (10/5): Best Hotel in Pokara - Love this Hotel. Second stay seven years on they now have a rooftop pool and spectacular views. Big thanks to the manager Prem Lai Jaishi for organizing medical assistance as I became sick eating Mad Honey. Definitely recommend this hotel.

- benab2014 (10/5): Great hotel with lovely staff - My son and I stayed here before an Interepid Trek. Prem and his reception team could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had to delay our trek departure due to illness and Prem went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and had a room - even though the hotel was booked out. He made sure we were OK. The hotel itself is delightful. It has a brilliant view of the Annapurnas and Machapuchre and is in a great location on the lake.
Rooms are a good size and super clean.
The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The restaurant served tasty Nepali food. One of the best Thukpa I had in Nepal.
It was super handy having the lovely Intrepid rep at the hotel and to be able to leave our luggage there while we trekked.
- Explorer23054903417 (10/5): Comfortable stay - I had a fantastic stay at Dahlia Boutique hotel ! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was very welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Prem for going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. His attention to detail and exceptional hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!
- Om (10/5): Exceptional - Food Quality
- gerrygalbraith5 (10/5): The best little hotel in Pokhara. - This hotel was perhaps the best find on our one month stay in various parts of Nepal. We chose it because our Intrepid travel group left from there and the hotel was excellent, clean, plenty of hot water and attentive, friendly staff. It was a standout and so we re-booked to return for an extra 3days after trying another hotel in a different area of Pokhara. The location also proved to be excellent within walking distance of most local attractions, particularly Lake Fewa, and it has a taxi service based across the street. We loved our time at Dahlia and would return there if we come back to Pokhara.
- Katrina (10/5): - The staff are incredible friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing - including a life egg station / where they cook your eggs of choice while you wait. Lovely rooms with balcony you can sit in with view of the mountains. Top deck with pool and stunning views. Highly recommend. We went back.
- Martina (9/5): very nice, relaxing hotel - lovely staff!
