- Paul (7/5): All in all a decent place - The location was quite good and it had a big bed. The wifi wasn't good, the hot water was unpredictable, lots of school children staying there so lots of noise when we stayed and we had to go up stairs to tell them to stop jumping on beds and running around at midnight. I went and they ignored me and then my husband went and they did settle down.

- Bibek (9/5): Superb - The Hotel is in Prime Location lakeside; a few minutes walk to the lake and lakeside market. The rooms were clean ; the setup when I got into the room were not 100% exactly as shown in the photos uploaded in booking.com but I assume they were from the very first when the hotel was started the service. The customer service is awesome. The staffs were friendly and always cheerful. No need to worry if you are one of them who dint carry cash much as Debit and credit Cards can be used. Greenery all over the hotel premises with lots of indoor plants. I would definitely recommend if anyone wants to make uo their mind for stay. Would repeat my stay again if I have to visit pokhara.

So i usually call 1 hours before for food but the food never came on time😔😔. Changed room 3 times. Which was bad experience for us . I will never Recommend this hotel 😔😔 Really dissapointed When you ask the staff why food is late There answer will be Food will not be ready same time You order 😟 which i always use to order before 1 hour . I have been in many hotels But never Seen such behaviours and Hospitality 😔😔😔 Never come back To this hotel 😔
