- Carmesine (9/5): Séjour magnifique dans un lieu enchanteur. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le grand confort de la chambre, très spacieuse, ainsi que sa décoration et son aménagement général, bien pensé pour faire plusieurs "espaces de vie"; le calme du lieu, bien que très proche d'une rue très passante. , La climatisation n'était pas en route car il avait fait assez froid quelques jours plus tôt. Nous avons bien compris la difficulté technique mais il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre. Ceci ne nous a pas empêché de profiter pleinement de ce séjour.

- Anne (10/5): Un accueil irréprochable, une chambre magnifique dans une des plus belles villes du monde, que demandez de plus . - Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné, la chambre magnifique, très propre et avec beaucoup de commodités. Très bel emplacement car à 6 minutes de la place Saint Marc. Petit déjeuner servi soit dans le jardin ou dans la chambre avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons aucun points négatifs à donner.

- Ghazaleh (10/5): Hervorragend, jeden Cent Wert. - Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, wir sind als Familie sehr pingelig, aber die Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Unsere 2 jährige Tochter hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Sie Dampfsauna ist sehr empfehlenswert. Am besten hat uns Franco gefallen, er hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert und war stets ansprechbar.

- Karola (10/5): Einfach nur Wow!!! - Dieses Appartement war einfach nur Wow. So etwas Stilvolles, und das mitten in Venedig, ist schon außergewöhnlich. Der Frühstücksservice ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Wann kann man schon mal im Bademantel frühstücken, mit einer Auswahl, die keine Wünsche übrig läßt. Ob entkoffeinierter Kaffee, Rührei, Spiegelei, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Lachs. Alles ist einfach buchbar und möglich. Wir würden schon allein wegen dieser Unterkunft noch einmal nach Venedig kommen. Die Lage ist top! Wir waren im März hier, was absolut empfehlenswert ist, denn da ist Venedig noch „leer“.

The bed was extremely comfortable and everything felt clean, calm, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. What truly makes this place special, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. They genuinely care about the guests and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. In many hotels the room can be good, but here the people elevate the entire experience. A perfect 10 for the staff. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

Piccolo angolo bar comodo con caffè e tisane gratuite. Unica pecca se si può dire, è che la struttura essendo solo con pochissime camere, hanno una piccola cucina dove preparano la colazione a ridosso delle camere, quindi se qualche stanza chiede la colazione presto la mattina, si sente tutto, disturbando il sonno.

Emplacement de l’hôtel plutôt bon, pas loin de l’arrêt San Zaccaria pour se rendre à la plage du Lido ou à la gare ferroviaire. Le service et la réception rien à dire, bel accueil, conseils… Le petit déjeuner et de qualité moyenne. Mais copieux et de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner mais encore une fois pas mauvais. Chambre donnant sur le canal, très bruyant lors du ramassage des ordures, livraisons…

- josh (9/5): Really nice, highly recommend - Great location, staff were really good. Room was very clean and plenty of facilities. Spa bath needed a good clean out. When we turned the bubble jets on, it filled the bath up with dirt and bits that had been in the pipes. Coffee machine had been used by the previous guests who had left loose coffee inside it which took me 10 minutes to clean out. Should be checked However these things didn't ruin our experience, just a couple of little niggles.

- Ágoston (9/5): Liassidi Wellness - A személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt! 2 fő részére a lakosztály tökéletes méretű, tágas. A kilátás hangulatos. Sajnos a pezsgő fürdőkád nem működött, pontosabban nagyon koszos vizet fújt a fúvókákból, így nem tudtuk használni. Egy valódi erkély (a francia ablak helyett) a csatorna irányába jó lenne!
