• John Angus (8/5): - Stayed one night. End of april 2026. Lokation is good for the market. And next to the river. The room was big and the beds ok. Parking under roof. And free. Breakfast room on top floor, with a good view. Breakfast buffet: midium Thai style. The hotel all over good enough. Everything ok.

• James (9/5): Nice old school hotel. Lots of fine woodwork and helpful staff. - It’s close by the River where a cool breeze blew constantly. It’s a short walk to the night market.

• John (10/5): I have stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it! - The breakfast was so delicious every morning and the view was amazing! I loved the view of the river with the cool wind while eating every morning. The shower was not very comfortable. It was hard to keep the entire bathroom from being soaked and the water pressure was too strong and hard to control.

• Brian (4/5): Improvement needed in housekeeping. - The location was great Great views. It’s worth waking up early to catch the sunrise 6/6.30. House keeping was not good. Never any daily refill of coffee. Bathroom not clean. Grouting on tiles covered in mould. There are many products on the market to remove mould. Many cobwebs on ceiling and walls. This holiday I have stayed in 9 hotels and this is the only one were I did not leave a tip for housekeeping.

WiFi and parking spaces poor on 1st day,but hotel was full to capacity due to a conference Everything improved the following day

• Richard (7/5): Good - The included breakfast was phenomenal. Breakfast was much more than just a continental breakfast. The noise from an adjoining room. People were moving furniture around and there was loud music well after 11:00 pm. The music may have been from outside.

• Robert (7/5): As above . - Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly, view from the room balcony across the Mekong to Laos, below was a street market. Great view of the town / river from the restuarant. I suggest the hotel reviews its fire detection policy. Building is 6 stories high, fire detection / fighting equipment basic at the best. Currently dredging work is going on in the river, stone is bought ashore and used to form sea defences outside this hotel.

• Francis (10/5): An ideal hotel in a great city to visit. - We liked everything from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff. The breakfast was excellent. The staff efficient and polite. Parking was safe and clean. A wonderful view over the river. Great bed. Quaint decor. Good bed and shower. Noisy people having conversations in hotel corridors. What is wrong with these people? They have no idea if the other guests are still sleeping at any time of day or not. Save your talking for in your room or outside!
