Hui-Hsien (6/5): - Room is clean. Air Con took abit of time to cool the room down but at least it does the job. However, the pumbing did not work in the room we had booked. They advised there are plumbing works at the moment but water should be back in about 2 hours which we thought would be perfect time to go out and grab dinner. Returned 3 hours later still no water (we believe it is only our room as the hotel was fully booked)... The receptionist staff was great, calling around trying to figure out what happened. In the end, he didnt have an answer for us. But instead he has organised to move us to another hotel (same chain) just a block down the road. The receptionist waited for us to pack and personally took us down carrying our luggage in the pouring rain (while we used the umbrella he gave us). The replacement room was ok. It did the job. There was running water, but the drainage for the shower is questionable. Hey... At least the bed was comfortable and air-con was great.

Constant (8/5): - Located in District One which makes it centeral to most tourist areas. I cannot speak more highly of the staff that were helpful in all situations even if we used Google translate to communicate. Rooms were clean enough with effective air-conditioning and a lift to the 9th floor. There are many fabulous eateries within meters and a large market close by. This is definitely a budget hotel where general room maintenance is severely lacking. I would still recommend this hotel if on a restricted budget.

Although some things around the hotel seemed to be a little dated and could use an upgrade. This hotel is also located on a very busy street, so it was difficult to adjust to noise traffic when falling asleep. But overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was very helpful especially the bellboy. He helped us carry our bags all the way to our taxi and waited until it had arrived.

Ronald (8/5): - Property is located near Ben Thanh Market so it was convenient to take the local bus from the airport (short walk from the domestic terminal to bus station/signage in English) to the city center and then walk less than 1/2 kilometer to the hotel. Front desk person was friendly and I had a quick check-in process. Room was clean, in room safe, no window to the outside, separate shower from toilet area w/rainfall showerhead. Usually hotels that I have stayed in throughout Vietnam have 2 free bottles of water in the room for guests and/or packets of tea w/cups and spoon and ability to boil water quickly but I didn't see any in my room.

Paul (4/5): - I had no particular issue with the staff of this facility and they were always helpful when possible. What I take issue with with this hotel is it didn't come as advertised. When I booked my trip on Expedia I was offered an add on for just over $163 which I thought would be a good idea. However the hotel did not offer food service nor even had a restaurant. Whether this is on the hotel or Expedia I do not know. I do know that the hotel refused to refund the money. My only other issue was that my room was little more then a cell. It didn't have an outside window, had no room for a chair, and was small enough that I could barely walk around two sides of the bed. The mattress was wanting. While I have low needs and primarily wanted a clean bed shower and bathroom, my room was advertised as a Superior Double Room. I only didn't give it the worse rating due to the very positive staff on site

With so many hotel options in Q1 area, this one is good middle choice for price and convenience if you don't care about the other amenities.

Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel Room Unfit for Stay - Bug was found on the bed. A layer of dust was observed on the bed frame, and I had to wipe it with wet wipes. The bedsheet was crumped. The room was poorly maintained with leakage in the toilet/bathroom. Burn marks of cigarettes were observed on the side table camouflaged with a telephone while this hotel was supposed to be smoking free. In short, what is shown in the picture will not be what you are going to get. Condition was not fit for stay and not in accordance with the requirements specified prior to the point of purchase/ booking of hotel accommodation. When I sought refund through Hotels.com, I was denied a refund. Based on Hotels.com, the Property Manager had refused a refund despite that we did not stay and left the hotel soon after observing the unpleasant condition. Although The Noble Swan Saigon Hotel's receptionist had verbally agreed to this cancellation and gave a note to confirm that we did not stay in, the refund was unsuccessful according to Hotels.com. Document was shared with Hotels.com for follow up.

Sang Wook (6/5): - Easy walking distance to all the attractions
Ji-Min (8/5): - Super close to the Ben Thanh Market. The room was overall clean, and the AC works really well. One thing is that the sound proofing is terrible, we could hear kids screaming from other floors
Miles (8/5): - This was a nice place. A long walk to two of the main tourist streets, but doable. We stayed a few nights and it was quiet at night.
Xuan (2/5): - I never come back this hotel again in my life. This is first time in my life, terrible dirty unsafe no AC my kitten say look like in the jail. I am unhappy. I wish I can get my naughty back. It’s not worth that. I don’t recommend nobody come here.

Verified traveler (4/5): - On the first night the staff woke me up at 2am because some random women in a red dress was trying to access to my room (am assuming she was a hooker). I havent asked for anyone nor even told my room number or even the hotel where i was staying to anyone. Really disappointing that the staff didnt even bother to apologies from this. Also the tv didnt work.
Ann (10/5): - Had a problem checking in (new employee) after 24 hours in and out of airports just wanted to rest. No car to meet me at airport as ordered from hotel, tired and also angry by now!!! Got overcharged by taxi. Now after a very bad start of my stay in early May till early June, I fell in love with the hotel. The housekeeper is very kind and does an outstanding job. The sweet girl at the front desk was all so helpful in opening the front door when I was coming or going out, bring food I ordering to my room and a smile at all times on her face. The new employee needs desperately to be replaced. The guy mostly overnight was sweet did not have much interaction with him. I would stay here again good location.
Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient place to District 1 - Convenient and walkable place to District 1 area. Clean hotel as well. However, if you are a light sleeper, do try to request a room that is not facing the main road (Le Thanh Ton), as you will be awaken by music and/or local residents singing early in the morning. Also, if you are someone who usually use hotel wifi, the wifi here is extremely weak, even in the room. Had to use own purchased wifi most of the time.

Verified traveler (4/5): Entirely Bad Conditions - The advertised pictures are very well covered their real room cleanness and condition. Don't believe the advertised pictures. I don't recommend this place I know this place is cheap but the condition was so different comparing withe pictures in hotels.com

Haki (2/5): - Me and my girlfriend have been traveling hotel to hotel for 2 months and we have yet to experience a worse hotel. We got to the hotel late as we had a late flight and when we got to the hotel it took the guy at the front 20 mins to get us checked in and he said the room we had booked was taken and offered us a free upgrade. We got settled into the room only to hear him knocking at the door at 2 am saying we needed to change rooms. The next day we noticed that our safe wasn’t working and when we asked for the front staffs help there was zero effort to fix the situation. We also didn’t have towels in the room and when we asked the front desk lady said there are no towels because house keeping had the day off. The water in the shower was ice cold night after night. When we first arrived I noticed there was damage to the hotel. I took photos of it just incase they tried to pull a quick one on us. They did. On the third night we came back to our hotel to notice that the sink was absolutely full of little bugs. So we took a video of it to show the front desk and the first thing she tried doing is blaming us for the cracked sink ignoring the hundreds of bugs in the sink. Luckily I showed her that I took photos the night I went into the hotel so she couldn’t say much after that. I’m not one to normally complain this is actually the first review I’ve ever written. But this hotel was exceptionally bad and you can get a much better experience for the same price else where.
