• Verified traveler (6/5): ロケーションと快適度、後はサービス… - まずレセプションの場所からアパートが遠い。徒歩10分はかかる。鍵を貰いアパートに到着後、全くドアに印がなく、鍵に書いてある英語のドア番号が間違っていて知らない人のドアを空けようとしてしまった。結局現地の人の助けを得てなんとか辿りついたが、ドアの前には部屋番号すらなくどーやってココに辿り着けるのか疑問になった。部屋は広くロケーションも最高だが、チェックアウトの際の鍵の返却方法がわからず結局翌日レセプションにまた行くハメに。この対応さえなければ良い。
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Sehr altes Apartment. Haben nicht viel erwartet doch dieses Zimmer war eine Katastrophe über Haupt das Badezimmer. Soviel Schimmel hab ich noch nie gesehen. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Prakash (10/5): Nice apartment right in the heart of Kiev - Very nice location, check-in was easy and the taxi pick up at the airport was very convenient and reasonably priced.

We were offered a different/better location due to overbooking but this should not have happened and we should’ve been notified beforehand so we could change our tour pick-up location in advance. The apartment itself was good for the price. The hotel staff is not run 24 hours so we had to wait til 9AM to drop our luggage off for them to watch, even though we would’ve liked to start sight-seeing earlier.

• Mino Carmine (6/5): Ett rätt hyfsat ställe. - Man blir alltid litet negativt ställd när man tror att man ska bo centralt men istället 3 km därifrån. Dessutom informationen om hur man tar sig dit och in i huset var väldigt bristfälligt. Tur att jag är en van resenär och det fixade sig. De borde förbereda också i första hand om vara man ska bo i själva verket. Måste sig att kontoret svarade snabbt på mina frågor och fixade både värme och duschen inom knappt ett dygn...Tur var det annars hade blivit en riktigt problematiskt vistelse. I efterhand var läge dock centralt. Fick anpassa mig till olika ställen jag skulle besöka. Skulle trots allt anlita dem igen.
• Елена (8/5): - Были в ноябре, было хололдно т.к. батареи слабо работали.Радовало то, что хоть обогреватель был. Не работал также телевизор, но это обсалютно не мешало, т.к. мы были настолько уставшими, что не хватало времени на просмотр ТВ. Месторасположение - центр, но добираться до аппартаментов ( ул.Лютеранская, 13) немного тяжеловато, т.к. они находяться наверху и приходилось конкретно "заниматься спортом" чтобы добраться домой - был крутой подъём на вверх. Персонал - прекрасен.Помагали и подсказывали тут же.Молодцы! В основном мне понравилось. Воспользуюсь и в будущем их услугами и закажу аппартаменты только через них.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, sehr zentral zu den Attraktionen. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Bars, super für einen lebendigen Aufenthalt.
• Aleksander (8/5): - Mieszkanie duże i przestronne oraz, co ważne, czyste. Jedyny problem to woda podczas kąpieli: raz zimna, raz zbyt gorąca, niestety nie udało się wypośrodkować. Dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 部屋は広いが入り口までが不安 - 場所も中心部に位置し、部屋も広く入ってしまえば快適。しかし、地図にある事務所から部屋まで離れている。部屋に行くまでに暗いトンネルを抜けて現地の人がたむろっている広場を通り、床が抜けそうな古い木組みの階段を3階まで上がらなけらば行けなく、重いスーツケースがあるのであれば厳しい。
• Yegor (10/5): Weekend trip with friends - Very nice place! Right next to president administration building, so its right in the heart of Kyiv. Very close (within 5 min walk) to main square and stores. Clean, vert cozy, great for parties (with large groups 8-10 people). Only problem, lack of hot water, so we had to boil water in kitchen and dilute it with cold to make it for showering :( So there's no boiler and in Ukraine there are times when hot water is not served. Wifi works well, design of the apartment is great, rooms are very nice, and sauna is very nice too!

• cesario (10/5): Tutto perfetto meno 2 cose... - Appartamento davvero bello, molto moderno e di style design, molto belle le luci e molto spazione la livingroom. Attrezzato ebne con elettrodomestici tutti funzioanati. Location perfetta vicino a piazza meidan e cattedrale di Santa Sofia. Note negatice 2, il wifi non ottimo il segnale è debole e dalla postazione del router alla livingroom gia si perdeva il segnale e non si poteva agevolmente usate internet, mentre la seconda più grave che giustifica la nota negativa che ho dato al servizio, ossia la tv non funzionava per mancanza di segnale, sono stato nel ufficio per chiedere di aggiustarlo, è stato detto che lo avrebbero fatto invece non sono venuti per nulla. questo per me è mancanza di profesionalita e serietà, peccato perchè lo staff di giorno è di persone molto gentili ed efficiente, mentre quello serale di uomini appunto lascia a desiderare, ufficio aperto 24 ore questo è una nota positiva importante. Comunque ci ritornerò.

• ania (6/5): In need of a good cleaning - Apartment in need of a serious cleaning, lots of fast and a feeling that the floors weren't washed in a month! The boiler for hot water is so small that it's not even enough for one person to take a shower and you ending up to shower with freezing cold water! Location wise it's great, centrally located

• SEUNGEON (10/5): Staying at whole apartment - It's a whole 2 bed rooms aprtment with a kitchen. Preety good stay with value for money. The location at site map is not your room, it's the office. So you must check where you will stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good but a few minor problems - Was very good and a great property. Only drawbacks were that the electricity went out for a while and that the towels didn't seem very clean. But all in all a good stay with great service.
• Alex (8/5): a high price for the place - great location and apartment is very clean and secured. I would love to have a better mattress on my bed and the shower faucet needs to be fixed.
• William (8/5): A Ukrainian home from home - We spent five nights in our apartment just 2 minutes walk from the city's main square for the weekend of the Eurovision Song Contest. The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. The building had a concierge 24 hours a day and secure entry. The apartment had a heavy triple lock on the front door too, I felt very safe and secure. The booking agents were great at responding to emails, they answered all of my questions by email usually within an hour or two. We used the airport pickup service because we were landing at 4.30am and the driver was there waiting for us. There was also a bit of flexibility with check out, we had an evening flight and didn't check out until the afternoon. I can't recommend this enough. If I was returning to Kyiv I would undoubtedly stay here again.

• Sami (4/5): ok apartment with dishonest service - Apartment was otherwise ok but the service was not. They gave another apartment, not the one that they confirmed in the email. There was no wifi even though they told that there is, after making 10 calls they admitted that there was not even a internet modem in that apartment and promised that they will install the new device, but they did not install. On the second day they simply refused in a rude manner that there is nothing that they can do, if we want to move out then we can.
• keith (10/5): Very close to the centre - I had an apartment. The people operating the service were first rate in organising the accommodation, pick up from airport, and so so on.

• Niels (6/5): - Jeg havde lejet en lejlighed med 2 værelser og betalt 2 dage senere fik jeg en mail at lejligheden ikke var ledig men kunne få en med 3 værelser til samme pris. Kontaktede da de danske udbyder og fik at vide at jeg fik lejlighed nr 1 Da jeg så kom til kiev var det en helt 3 lejlighed med kun et stort rum. Så jeg booker aldrig mere her igennem,næste gang er det så en jordhule? DET ER BARE IKKE I ORDEN Niels
• John (6/5): Central location in Kiev - This is an apartment service, not a specific apartment -- the photos are of all their apartments. I went to their central office near Maidan square, where I was told the apartment location, which was about a 15 min walk away. Great location near metro, older building and apartment but adequate, kitchen and furnishings basic but served the purpose well especially for the price paid. The biggest issues were the WiFi did not work for 12 hours our last night despite resetting many times and the hot water heater instructions are not in English so took awhile to figure it out.
• jean claude (8/5): - C'est un appartement dans une petite rue attenante le wifi ne marchait pas c'est un quartier proche du centre, très commode la television complexe à utiliser, il vaut mieux parler la langue russe pour se débrouiller tout seul et isolé dans un tel appartement et dans la ville. personnel au bureau à 500m très serviable en russe ou en anglais
