• EWA (9/5): POLECAM - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , pokój czysty i wygodny, pod Wawelem, blisko do rynku czy na Kazimierz. Parking co prawda dodatkowo płatny, ale przestronny i zamknięty. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadanie fajnie, że przynoszone do pokoju, ale niezbyt nam smakowało. Tu można by coś zmienić.

• Dudart (10/5): À recommander sans hésiter ! - L'emplacement est parfait, entre vieille ville et quartier juif. À deux pas (littéralement) du château Wavel. Énormement de café et de petits restaurants/street food/bar autour. Les appartements sont spacieux et il y a le souci du détail (escalier et porte en bois). Le personnel est extrêmement réactifs et souriants. L'un des appartement donne sur la rue principale et on entend un peu les tram passer. Cela n'empêche cependant pas de dormir :)

I would definitely recommend and if I ever visit - The location was fabulous, the staff were friendly and more than helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The apartment was just perfect with everything needed for our stay. There was also the use of luggage storage after checkout and the use of the lounge to wait for airport transfers. Nothing

• Mariola (10/5): - Bardzo czysty apartament, pościel czyściutka, łóżka wygodne,wspólny salon,kuchnia ( brakuje tylko 1 małego garnka, patelnia jest)parking w pobliżu, na zamkniętym terenie. Nie ma niestety miejsca przed hotelem żeby zaparkować na czas wyjmowania walizek z auta-ale to nie wina hotelu - za to jest blisko do wszystkich atrakcji Krakowa.

• Anne (10/5): Perfekt, vielen Dank - Tolle Ausstattung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist zubuchbar aber nicht zu empfehlen, da bereits fertig abgepackt, wird aufs Zimmer geliefert. Lieber in einem der vielen tollen Frühstückslokale essen gehen oder selber machen.

• Loukis (1/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor service, lack of clear information, and facilities that did not justify - The location Firstly, the breakfast options were very limited. Out of the five available choices, the only suitable option for children was the sweet one, which was also the least healthy. This made it difficult for us as a family. Secondly, the price charged was significantly high and, in our view, not justified by the level of service provided. Additionally, we were not aware that cleaning services were not included. This was not clearly communicated in the app, and only upon arrival were we informed by reception that this service required an additional charge. It would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated in advance. We also faced several practical issues during our stay: No guidance was provided on where to dispose of garbage The safe in the room was not functioning There were not enough hangers to hang wet towels There was no towel hanger near the sink Finally, we found the staff to be insufficiently supportive in a situation where assistance was needed. In particular, when we required help contacting a hospital, the support provided was limited. We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.

• Jennifer (9/5): Would stay again and would recommend to others (but do be forewarned about tub). - Location was perfect. Quick walk to either old town or Jewish Quarter. There are cafes, drug stores and convenience stores really close by. Room itself was clean, stylish and comfortable. Kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. Nice to have an extra half bath as there were three of us for a few nights. The bedroom was a bit small. No place to stow suitcases in the bedroom itself. The shower is a tub/ shower arrangement and tub itself is very deep, making entry and exit to shower somewhat challenging. No grip underfoot in tub, so tub could get slippery, as well.

• Norbert (10/5): Unbedingt buchen, wenn Sie Krakau besuchen - Stradonia war das perfekte Appartement für den Aufenthalt in Krakau. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass man auch für eine kleine Pause kurz Rast machen kann. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten Zeit zusammen liegende Einheiten mit schöner Küche/Aufenthaltsraum und zwei Bädern. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die netten Damen an der durchgehend besetzten Rezeption waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ganze wurde durch einen, für dieses Appartement fairen Preis abgerundet. Wir können Stradonia absolut weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße an das nette Team ——-

Fiquei no prédio de trás, com vista para um jardim muito bonito e silencioso. O colchão é muito mole, ele afunda. Os travesseiros tb não são confortáveis.

• Ciara (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Krakow City Centre - Beautiful spacious apartment, very well equipped. We stayed for 4 nights but would be also perfect for a longer stay. Great location, easy walk to all the main sights in both the old town and Kazimierz. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Will definitely stay again if visiting Krakow
• Elena (9/5): - Die Lage des Apartmentgebäudes ist sehr gut und zentral. Wir hatten Zimmer im 3 Stock zur Hofseite, es war sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem, mit einer sehr gute Matratze und Kissen. Die Bettwäsche war schneeweiß. Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das personal war Tag und Nacht immer am Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch gebührpflichtigen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe genutz, es war für uns wichtig. Wir wohnten 5 Tage in diesem Apartment, einmal wurde gereinigt und Bettwäsche gewechselt, es ist ok. Sehr schmaler Kleiderschrank; wirklich nur für paar Hosen und paar Kleider. Viele Auszugflächer, aber das hilft nicht, leider. Es gibt niergends eine Möglichkeit, Winterjacken, oder Möntel aufzuchängen! Nicht einen einzigen Haken. Das ist ein chronische Problem in vielen Hotels. Wir musste einen Weg finden, unsere Jacken an die Schranktüren zu hängen. Der schmale Spiegel an der Innenseite der Schranktür könnte man nicht wirklich dadurch nutzen. Das ist kein Komfort. In Badezimmer sind nut zwei Haken. Warum? Warum sollte man an Haken sparen? Warum sollte man an Spiegeln sparen? Das sind alles scheinbar Kleinigkeiten; aber genau das macht den Komfort aus, für den sie eine beträchtliche Summe verlangen.

The apartment is well appointed with a washing machine and had heating racks for towels (& washing). We had a balcony that had castle views, although didn’t use balcony too often due to the cold weather, but was nice to be able to go outside. Also enjoyed the free coffee available in the communal lounge area. The bed is elevated and you have to climb up into the bed. A little tricky at night if you are not agile to get out of to go to bathroom, especially in the dark.

Our unit faced into the courtyard which was pretty but meant little light - it was also quite overcast so there is little to be done for that!

• Matt (8/5): - The young lady (Amelia) who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely spacious apartment that is a stones throw away from the castle. The kitchen was well stocked and even included a few freebies. The beds were huge and very comfortable. As we had a late flight, we really apreciated the later checkout (11am), the luggage storage and the opportunity to use the lounge. The appartment felt a little dated. Some of the rugs were worn or stained, the shower screen leaked and there were few things that had come loose (kitchen door hinge cover and knob from the kitchen sink). There was a large smart tv that we were looking forward to watching in the evening. Unfortunately, they had issies with the TV, which made streaming services unusable. There was a DVD player in the room and DVDs in the lounge, but I didn't realise that until the following day and we'd already checked out. The shower was poor. It was warm enough, but not very powerful and lost temperature when another tap was run.
• Alona (10/5): - We received an early check-in and were welcomed warmly. We were a group of 6 people, including 3 children, and the rooms were very spacious and perfectly suited for us. The beds were large and very comfortable. Emilia was absolutely outstanding kind, patient, professional, and always available. She helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay, including arranging transportation, and always did so with genuine care and a big smile. The service throughout our stay was excellent and made us feel truly looked after. The location is great and close to attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

So you could come back for rest or change clothes and carry on. The apartment was clean and very comfortable Although you can cook there then bring your own salt, peper, oil etc.

The staff went above & beyond to be helpful. Would definitely return. Small extras like lending us travel plugs as we'd forgotton ours and booking us a restuarant table, were very much appreciated. The hotel organised all our trips and airport transfers. Wasnt anything to dislike.

• Iris (9/5): Super spacious one bedroom apartment in walk everywhere location - The one bedroom apartment is large and very spacious. The property is in a great location next to Waval castle between the old town and the Jewish Quarter. You can walk to most of the tourist spots. Convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are all close by. Our apartment was very spacious and quiet. The Kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking proper meals. There were 2 bathrooms each with large walk-in showers. The WM / dryer was clean and worked well and they supplied a very good drying rack. The space around the toilet in one bathroom was very tight so even a small person could easily knock their arm on the bench.
