• Sarah (5/5): This hotel needs an area for pets to be a better pet friendly stay - there is no grass for blocks! - We ordered breakfast for pickup because of having a pet with us and it was delicious. It was hard to get ahold of the kitchen because the direct line on the phone in the room rang for ages and wasn't answered, but when I called the front desk they put me on hold and were able to get someone to speak to to order. The lobby was really nice as well. It's a pet-friendly hotel but it didn't feel that way. We took our puppy outside and walked the block around the hotel and there are zero areas with grass or where a dog can go to the bathroom - it's all sidewalk/roads/cement. There were also quite a few homeless people hanging out in doorways right around the corner as well as broken glass all over on the sidewalks outside so it didn't feel safe and not pet friendly at all.
• Desiree (7/5): Not delta Marriott standards, beware - Recovery of error made with room booking, across the street from a great casino Location is sketchy, wasn’t aware that I had to pay $30 for parking in a separate garage detached from the hotel, the cot that was sent up to the room was a torture device, didn’t get any sleep, the staff on the first night refused to help resolve the issue, eventually another staff resolved the issue the next day, the carpet was lifting in the original room that was small and stunk of mold, there was no fan in the bathroom. The first night should’ve been free of charge, only got compensated 50%

• Miranda (8/5): Concert Weekend - The hotel is super nice, its in a very walkable part of the downtown. The connection to the mall makes going places even faster! The connection to the casino is amazing as well!! The hotel rooms are not a bad size, the bathroom is a little small but not bad to work with. The pool is also warmed its not cold at all. The pool being warm was amazing. The spa inside of the hotel is amazing, the restaurant is pretty good! Having a fancy coffee place right inside of the hotel well also super good and the coffee was amazing. If you like tea the London fog is awesome as well! The towels were a little scratchy and the pillows had like no filling in them.

The shower temperature kept changing to cold during the shower without touching the tap, which was very uncomfortable. The room heater was very loud.

• Ryan (9/5): Good location but the “luxury” suite is absolutely not worth the money. - Property is in a good location. For the exec suite the price point was so bad. I’ve stayed in rooms much nicer with full kitchens and living areas that were $50+ cheaper. Will never stay in their exec suite again for $400+. Felt quite ripped off with how sub-par the room is.

The whole swimming pool area was very dirty with body hair floating in the pool and laying everywhere on the floor. I saw feces by the shower area. The whirlpool was broken and very dirty and the water looked very grey.. Never staying here again

Also convenient access to local shopping mall and casino. Cleaning staff do an excellent job. All staff very friendly. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was not available during the period I was there. Also the hot tub was not working which was very disappointing.

If you are lucky enough to get the underground parking, there is no comparison at winter!! Excellent customer service! We had two requests and they rectified the issues very quickly! Needs more elevators! Long waiting times. We were there two nights actually. We had a staff Christmas party the second night that was booked separately, so we are to blame with how many of us were there!
• Doyle (1/5): Please call me ASAP - The downtown location was what we booked the Delta for. We booked a suite so that we could use the couch to pull.out and the separate room as there were 4 adults. When we got to the Delta... The underground parking was full.. then we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready and it was closed. When we got to the room; . We had to call the desk to get pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The blanket he brought was so.old and gross we ended up bringing up our own from the vehicle. When I checked in the rep asked me how many adults were in the room I told them 4; but yet no preparation was completed to prepare the room for 4 adults. No pillows no blankets and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Why ask how many people if youre not going to prepare the room properly? I paid 450 for this 1 night.... It's was terrible service for the cost. I'd like my money back and for someone to contact me. I tried to call Justin... The manager at the Regina location but I have not been successful.

• Barry (9/5): Ok…but - It’s perfectly located for playing in the Poker Tournaments I was a little disappointed that when I got back to the room on Saturday night that they hadn’t finished doing up our room.. I was there when she came in to clean and I told her that I was just finishing up my makeup and then I would leave her to do it all..she made the beds up and replaced the used towels and emptied the garbages .. and said she would be back to finish cleaning the bathroom and vacuuming etc. When we got back nothing more had been done.. the glasses were still dirty and by the coffee maker.. we didn’t even get any more coffee or coffee cups.. So we had to leave without having our morning coffee

• Tanya (7/5): It’s a nice hotel but I probably won’t book there again because of the paid parking and also becausei wasn’t offered are - Clean, nice decor, nice restaurant I paid for a room upgrade but didn’t get it. The front desk said they didn’t have any upgraded rooms available and they couldn’t do anything about it since it was booked through a 3rd company. So I lost money there. Plus the paid parking was a turn off.

• Londa (8/5): - Good location next to Cornwall Centre and across the road from the casino. I got a room on the 24th floor - this is one of the tallest buildings in the city, so I had very good views. The room had a comfortable amount of space, which I also appreciated. And my floor was a quiet floor. The pillows! They were all too high for a stomach sleeper~ it would be great for the hotel to replace 2 of the 4 pillows with lower pillows so as to cater to all sleeper types.

• Gina (4/5): - You have no choice but to pay for parking $25-35 a night. There is very limited dinning around the hotel but the in hotel restaurant food did not disappoint.
