• Surjit (10/5): "Comfort and Elegance at Hotel Suba Elite, Vadodara" - First thing first, the hotel management has upgraded our booking to a comfortable suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The suite has all the best facilities, very comfortable. We are very happy. All the credit goes to the fantastic staff. I like everything about the property.

• Abdul (8/5): I had the pleasure of staying at SUBA Hotel in Vadodara last night, and I must say, the experience was truly wonderful. - The way of dealing, behavior of the staffs Health faucet was very old and electrical switches were not properly installed

They treatd us very well and made our stay comfortable. The room service even at 2am was fast and fantastic. The Breakfast in the morning was tasty and Sumpcious. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and seved us well from the live counters. Thanking the staff and Management for the wonderrful experience. Nothing that was a problem as such, the beds need to the a little bit harder. They r too soft.

Keeping customer waiting for hours to allott the rooms. Room was in Bad shape. Air conditioner broken down, needed maintenance. causing very high and irritating volume. maintenance staff says this is usual and broken since many months. staff not polite at all. bad location, all roads have been dug for reconstruction. Dust everywhere. very old property. not maintained. just want to mint money.

• Milan (4/5): - From the time you check into the hotel to checkout, property has been disappointing than what was pictured online. 1. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a hair that was found in food. At the time, there was a pancake where we request a maple syrup however, there was manager with glasses who said this is how pancake is eaten without maple syrup. He didn’t know what was maple syrup was. Instead of saying they don’t have it, he started arguing back. 2. They advertised there is car parking availability however it is pretty much dirt road in front of the hotel. There is no parking. 3. Hotel rooms and bathroom were decent. 4. GM Aslam was quite appreciative of the feedback that we had given him and willing to make some changes.
• Kirtiraj (8/5): Good stay but not great to recommend - Good breakfast options , good food , clean , Friendly staff Bathroom need minor changes like curtains etc to shower, Ac is too noisy , booked room for 2 queen bed for 4 people but at end adjusted with one king bed and roll mattress on floor .. what shows while booking is not there on site .. need to transparent while booking on room condition and category.. I was charged with 2 queen bed premier bed and at end they give one king bed only so it was uncomfortable to family to sleep

• Katrin (7/5): Nice stuff, bad ventilation - Clean sheets, quite confirtable bed and pillows. 2 big cups and water heater in the room were really good. Stuff was very helpful and nice! They guided us about the shoping etc outside and behaved very friendly. Thank you so much! The ventilation was really poor and 8th floor we couldnt open window, new AC system was horrible noisy and there was not enough air and peace what is very important for good sleep. We prefer to eat breakfast outside but even there was a big terrasse, it wasnt possible to offer us 2 chair and a table that we could eat outside. No normal coffee. Only instant coffee.

Not allowing business meetings in a room. not allowed even a friend. Its a hotel .....how they can do this???? Seen fist time

Ola autos are easily available and location is pretty safe to come back late night also as it's on the main road Quality of breakfast could be better. Surroundings aren't love at first sight but it kinda grows on you. Wish it were little cheaper though. That said no complaints really. I'd definitely go there again.

Wish the stall was enclosed and it's not so I can't use it relaxingly else the entire countertop around the sink and all of the floor space in n between sink and toilet will be soaking wet.
