Karen (3/5): Disappointed no pool and hard beds. - Staff was great! The pool was under construction. It would have been great to find that out prior to arriving at our unit. An email would have been great. We were not notified at check in, but rather when we got to our room. The bed was really hard. Only a couple of very thin towels. Window would not close.
Nicoll-russell (3/5): The staff were friendly. Bed was uncomfortable. - The staff and the cleannesses. The pool was closed, was not offered a discounted price because of this. No colder beer when we arrived. The website didn’t not mention the pool was closed.
Derek (3/5): Pool under construction - We booked it specifically for the pool and after we checked in, we found out that the pool was under construction. Very disappointing. The staff was lovely but we should have been notified of the pool.

Jesse (1/5): Do not stay here. - I have nothing positive to say about this property. The resort did not match the description and photos. It was run down and largely empty as construction was everywhere. The pool was dirty and not being filtered or chemically treated. The cabin with 1 bed had extensive water damage and a large amount of black mold. The “restaurant” was a collection of dirty outdoor tables and when we ordered the food arrived via scooter from off the premises and was cold and barely edible, not to mention very expensive.

VALERIE (6/5): Super bungalows dans la nature mais... - Nous sommes restés 2 jours : super calme après Saigon, bungalow dans la nature mais par contre excentré du centre ville et de plus, il y a une super belle piscine mais qu'on ne peut pas utiliser car non entretenu (eau verte !) quelle dommage ! nous avions aussi réservé cet hôtel pour profiter de cette piscine ! De plus, il y a un parc auquel les résidents ont accès gratuitement avec animaux (crocodiles notamment)
