- Bell (10/5): - This budget hotel has a charming and classic exterior. The moment you step into the room, it feels warm and cozy. The room is quite spacious, with gentle lighting and a peaceful atmosphere. The water pressure is strong, making for a great shower experience. It truly gives a sense of being at home. The front desk staff are friendly and polite, offering excellent service. The price is extremely affordable and totally worth it — truly great value for money. I really like the relaxing and comfortable feeling this hotel provides.
- David (8/5): - The room and property were clean and well maintained. The only issue I have is the facilities proximity to US-2 and the constant, loud, traffic noise all night long. Had I known this in advance it could very well have affected my decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Better blackout curtains are needed if you stay on the main drag side (M-2) and are in the back side, the sign and traffic’s lights come through, so often your eyelid’s can’t keep up. We had the window open, since the weather was perfect for sleeping, but the traffic from the stop light right outside our window was non-stop all night.

Not sure what caused that, might want to check it out. Everything else was lovely. I will absolutely return again. Great location, friendly and exactly what I needed in the middle of packing trip.

I'd like to see more outlets for those who use Cpaps and need outlets. room was quite, near food options at a fair price. we love the LA Cantina restaurant. we would certainly stay again when in the area

He was a bit unsure about places to find the kind of food we were seeking, but ultimately pointed us in a good direction. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bath had recently been updated. It was all that we needed-a clean, quiet, comfortable room for the night. .

This room was as clean as I have ever seen, well thought out. Very reasonable price. Easy access to highway, large parking lot. Highly recommend.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Good News Bad News New Owners - First stay with new owners. I was happy to find that the cleanliness was up to the same standard. It has always been impeccable. There were other policy changes that I was not comfortable with but don't want to expand on them here. Lincoln Host has always been a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and safe place to stay. Not checking all of those boxes right now for me.

I had a handicapped room with a microwave and small refrigerator. It was all very pleasant. There was no pool or breakfast but there was a Hardee's right next door and I had a delicious breakfast there. It was only 3 miles from the airport - very handy. The price was extremely affordable. The staff was very friendly and personal. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is content with comfort and simpler things.

- Linda (10/5): Super Clean and Comfortable - My husband (age 75) and I (70) spent the night at the Lincoln host motor Inn as our final stop in cross country trip. This hotel offers few amenities; there’s no pool or workout room, there’s no lounge or on site restaurant. However, this apparently locally owned motel is an unsung gem in the Escanaba area. We booked a room with a king size bed. In addition, we had a sofa, lounge chair, a table with three chairs for dining, a flatscreen TV, a microwave, small refrigerator, sink, and real plates, dishes, flatware, glassware to accommodate 4 to 6 people. Oh, and also there was a drip coffee maker. The bathroom was adequately appointed with the largest and most ample supply of towels we’ve had in a long time. But what stood out to us about this small hotel is that the room was so clean. As I told someone else if I had to lick the floor, I would not have been scared. It was spotless. Very quiet, very comfortable, nondescript, but a great place to lay our heads before our final push to our destination. I would highly recommend this for just an overnight stop And a safe quiet clean place to stay.

- G238ZBericm (6/5): They charge more than the quoted rate. - We usually stay at chain hotels, but we thought we'd give this non-chain hotel a try, since it got good reviews. Everything about the room was fine, but what really irked me was that they charged me more when I arrived, than what I was told when I made the reservation. When I arrived, they added a 3% credit card charge. And when I made the reservation, I had to give them my credit card number. So they knew I was paying by credit card. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I booked? And when I checked in, I had no recourse to dispute it, or no option to pay cash, since they had ALREADY charged my credit card the day before I arrived. I’ll never be staying here again. *** Be aware that the amount you are quoted may not be the final amount you are charged. *** At least with chain hotels, you know the price you are quoted is the price you pay. And they don’t charge extra for using a credit card.
