• Errol Rper (1/5): Very uncomfortable. - I didn't like anything. The whole room, the smell, the dingy refrigerator, the old furniture, the smell of the blanket on the bed. I couldn't wait to check out. It wasn't what I was expecting, and it's not a place I would stay at, even for free.

• Saif (1/5): - Nothing. It was the worst experience ever. I reached around 12am and waited in the lobby for 45 min for someone to show up and check me in. Once I got keys at 12:45 I went to the room which was full of roaches everywhere. I went back down and there were no attendants again. So I just left. Worst possible hotel.
• Marie K (1/5): Very bad. This place should not operate this way. - Nothin The front desk clerk looked like he was being disturbed; he had ear phones on and seemed like he didn't care. The bathroom has mildew; the fridge in the kitchen has a corrosive door, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Our guests in an adjacent room had roaches on their bed. This hotel needs to be inspected. It's a hazard to people's health. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

• Audrey (1/5): My worst nightmare of a dirty filthy hotel. Booking.com needs to reimburse me my money. - The place was a stench of marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke. The bedrooms had roaches, and the bathrooms were unclean. It was frightening for me because it was my first time. Booking.com took my money and never refunded it, even though I cancelled. The place is awful inside and out. It was a nightmare for me. I couldn't sleep. I checked out the following day, and no one was at the desk to assist. My worst nightmare is staying at a hotel.

• ATUL (1/5): Checked out within 10 minutes - dirty and stench smell - Booking.com useless no refund powerless - Nothing Foul Urine smell all over and inside the room. Residual previous food and oily stains all over, toilet had not even flushed and seemed used before we went in. Had planned for week long stay but couldnt stand smell and stench for even 5 minutes. We went back and requested for refund. The reception gave some papers and said refund will reflect in few days. Nothing came, called Booking.com to advise of the situation, the customer service said they will talk to property but then saic they are helpless and have no powers with the property.So in a nutshell approx thousand dollars gone for a few minutes and incompetent companies and business practices.

• Lyric Ricardo (10/5): Another two! - All went well... so well that I stay an extra night/day... Romeo was good as well with his standard good customer service. Internet wifi started acting up even when I got the enhanced deal... and not enough good dish channels... but that is the least.

• ERIC (2/5): Roaches!!!!! - We only stayed for 1 night but it was terrible. Bed sheets with stains, floor dirty that you couldn’t walk without shoes, the hallways smelled really bad, people smoking weed at the main entrance door, no receptionist when we arrived it was a phone number that we have to call but nobody answer and we waited for 15 mins not knowing what to do. The tv didn’t even work and on top of all that when we woke up to get ready to leave early morning we found roaches walking on floor and crawling on the walls. Never again. Ohhhh, our reservation said that breakfast was included but when we asked it was no breakfast. Not recomendable!!!

• Kara (6/5): - Stayed for 3 days to take my daughter to college. It did what it needed to do and that was it. It was a bed and a shower. But there were roaches and it was very loud. There were cops there every night.

• Jamiel (3/5): I will stay at Extended again but maybe another location. - The property was clean and efficient and very nice. I did not like how the staff handled my unexpected sleep pattern. The ambulance was called because I wasn’t waking up accordingly to the staff and since I was taken to the hospital my end up having my room forfeited with no refund and therefore with the staff cleaning out my room no one is able to find my house keys (that have MY ID/badge) which indicates who I am so hard to believe I can’t be found and with that happening leaves my house open to being robbed until I can change the locks.

• Ksy (10/5): Grateful for Extended Stay - This hotel was very accommodating for us and our dog. My previous hotel I'd booked months in advance didn’t work out but this hotel welcomed us and our dog without hesitation.

I was given a random, uncleaned room that had roaches in the bathroom and the TV wasn't working. I was told I'd be given a credit but that has yet to happen. Will NEVER stay here again. People smoke outside the front door and around the hotel. Everything is old, the fridge is rusted inside and out. The elevator shakes and makes not normal noise. This hotel neds to be remodeled.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Booked this for one night at the last moment for first time and didn’t want to spend much but it’s the last time I would stay in a place like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to family and even solo. There was a weird smell in and around the property despite being a non smoking place and when I entered the room there was a roach which I assumed was a bug at first on the wall and informed the staff at front desk to take care off as I headed out but after I came in at night there were not just one but 2 roaches, one on bed frame and other on the closet rack. There was only one soap multipurpose for everything. The toilet flushed yellow and at first I thought it wasn’t cleaned. All in all I don’t recommend this place.
