janerJ3293DT (4/5): Online pictures are not the same as actual condition - We needed a place that allowed pets and this one fit that bill. Unfortunately, the carpet needed to be cleaned or better yet, replaced. We only had one washcloth, Kleenex box only had two tissues. Stains on the walls. When we first got there the cable TV wouldn’t work so the front desk (only person I saw working) had to come and reboot the box. It was definitely a hotel for construction teams. Even though I checked in online, I had to stand in line while about 10 people went through the time consuming process of completing paperwork.

David (8/5): - Staff Check in was friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room however, there was Mold all over the wall(s). We went back down to front desk and she quickly got us a new room that was in good shape. Everything else with our stay was just fine.

Sharon (10/5): - The south door near handicap parking does not work. Very hard to open and close. Parking lines for handicap are painted wrong! You have to back out, turn your car around from marked space to get out of parking.

469sylvaniam (6/5): Would not go back. - Checking in at the front desk was a pleasant experience. Receptionist was nice and it was a quick process. We went up to our room and started to look around. Both bed sheets on both beds had red and yellow stains on them. It looked quite disgusting. Inside the bathroom and on one of the pillows, you could easily see dog hair. We needed a room for the night so we sucked it up and kept the room. We checked out about 3 hours early just to get out of the room. It was a disappointing experience, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Lisa (10/5): A hidden jewel in Oklahoma. - This La Quinta in Enid had a bright, cheery vibe from the moment I walked in. The room was large, clean, well organized, new, and had wonderful high ceilings. Unfortunately I slept through the breakfast service, the bed was so cozy!

The breakfast had a good choice of items. We loaded our stuff in the morning and went back to check the room when the desk clerk flagged me down and asked if I’d left my phone. The cleaning gal had found it and reported it to her. I was impressed how fast they tried to get me. We enjoyed our stay. They allowed us to park close to the front door as most of the other places were taken.

Angela (6/5): Not a great experience with this hotel. - The room I booked online was a handicap accessible room, with a walk in shower. I was given a room with a tub on the 2nd floor. The elevator was not working. My bf has muscular dystrophy, and other health issues. I have bad knees and stairs are hard for both of us. We stayed one night because after drive 4hrs to get there I was tired.

I had my husband go to the front office to handle this. Therefore an employee of your employment inspected our room to find false accounts. Very concerned for our well being as a paying customer to be treated in an unjust way!
Arla (8/5): - I wasn’t happy that the elevator was broke and had been for 3 weeks. Another person I knew staying there stated that they found bed bugs in a room. Mine was fine, however, still unsettling. The bathroom trim, you could see where it wasn’t fixed correctly. Also, the toilet handle was broken and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet. The pull out, had crumbs on the mattress, which was extremely bad and painful with the springs (even for kids).

I travel to enid very frequently thought i would try somewhere new but i definitely regret not going with the normal place. That being said the lady who worked overnight and the afternoon lady were very pleasant.
