More like two star hotel with the poor service When I stay they have a party and as a guest we even can not park our car inside the hotel but they move us to the street and said will inform when the party over. But until the time we would sleep no information at all until my husband went down to move himself

Most hotels accommodate a traveling customer with early check-in but not this hotel. Sheets on the bed were also stained.

- okayama (8/5): Thumbs up ! Anugerah Hotel ..... - The hospitality shown throughout my stay in early Oct'25 made me feel welcomed, from Security Personnel, Reception, F n B and H/Keeping. Glad the restaurant was opened 24hrs. The swim pool and gym, though small in size, was sufficient, cause only a handful of guests uses it daily. We stayed in the OLD wing where room wifi unexpectantly was non existant, unless you are outside in the open corridor. The wifi system NEEDS to be upgraded. We previously stayed in the NEW wing last April and wifi connection was good. Room was tidied daily, air con and bedding was good. Overall, what stood out, was the hospitality shown daily and that made a lasting impression.!

Nice room nice food There is no official notification to the guests regarding swimming pool cleaning schedule or at least a written reminder on the pool side . I was stopped by the same hotel staff every time I was going to use the swimming pool . It happened twice. It was strange because the other staff allow us to use the swimming pool while the other one insisted we can’t as swimming pool going to be cleaned . It is the same person . This was upset us until we decided not to use the swimming pool during our 7 days staying

The refrigerator in the room doesn’t get very cold,

Besides the open dining room near the pool where breakfast is also served, there is a bar/restaurant at the street side called ‘Praline’ which is absolutely great! During breakfast some birds were flying in and out of the dining/breakfast room and were picking from the sweets. I think the staff should have been more alert at that time.

- Nicholas (2/5): Dirtiest hotel in sukabumi - I booked this hotel twice before and this time the third was shocking, the rooms are very dirty, every surface from floors to counter tops were dirty, dust everywhere, staff not very accommodating. Not very good if you have dust allergies. Also your allocated only one pillow per room extra so if you and your partner require extra pillows for comfort you will need to bring your own pillow. Breakfast is very limited and everything is cold . We will never come here again and it's a shame as location is good so next time we will choose the horizon hotel. Had some lovely photographs of the room but will not open the upload part of photos to show how convenient for the hotel

- Saritart (8/5): nice hotel in middle of Sukabumi - this hotel located in the middle of the city. the access quite easy. the breakfast is awesome there's many variety in the breakfast. the staff give us the room that my family always book. the front lobby staff not that friendly maybe due too many people check in. the quantity of breakfast capacity doesn't match the quantity of the room so they made schedule for breakfast

- Faiaz (3/5): Poor - I paid in advance and booked a king bed room and got 2 twin bed room because they gave it to somebody else. Then the receptionist also showed me attitude when I asked him about it. I booked room with balcony, did not get it. I checked in late at midnight all sleepy and guess what my room wasnt even ready! They sent staff to prepare my room in front of me and I watched the bed being made!!!

- King (9/5): Strategic Location, Comfortable Rooms, Great Staff - The location is just perfect, very strategic and close to all the suggested eating places. The staffs are all nice and accomodating. Both restaurants (Kayu Manis and Praline) serves great food. The breakfast place is quite small, so when the hotel is full, it will be hard to find a table.

- Isabella (8/5): Clean and friendly hotel to stay - Nice hotel, close to some lovely local restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again. A little crowded at breakfast time. The pool operating hours are somewhat limited. (Open only until sunset, 6pm)

- yasb125 (4/5): Too expensive for too little - I just spent my honeymoon there. Quite good location but dont be deceived by the looks. Special requests by email never attended to. Nice staff but not prefessional. Male and female staff giggle and exchange naughty gestures before customers. Breakfast very limited variety and water glasses stinck with fishy odor. Room service treat you too nice but are peekers specially if the customer is from the middle east. Price too high for Sukabumi. A lot could be improved there. Wasn’t the best honeymoon there.
