Recepción online, no están pendientes del teléfono, sabiendo a que hora iba a llegar no mandaron los códigos de acceso, llame por telefono...calles estrechas y sin luz, no se puede aparcar alrededor de la zona. El desayuno lo podimos a la 08.30am y llego a las 09.00am, hicieron que llegáramos tarde al tour. Quisieron que anulará la reserva de booking (entiendo para no tener derecho a poner comentario...) se paga solo en efectivo. Muy mal no lo recomiendo

• Valerie (9/5): This place is ideal for solo travellers and that's why I chose it actually. - Lucia and Gianni were so helpful and explained what to visit and where to go in Ragusa and surrounded areas. They also prepared a different homemade Sicilian breakfast every day and that was delicious. They were very attentive to what I needed and responded to it. They went out of their ways to make sure that my stay in their place was enjoyable. They made me feel like I was at home :) The B&B is very central in a quiet area within walking distance to Ragusa Ibla. And the bus back from Ragusa Ibla stops near the B&B. It is also within walking distance to the bus and train station so ideal for visiting the surrounded areas. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor so there was no balcony. It was very basic but very clean and has its own bathroom. They were no kettle inside the room but I was told I could use the one in the front room which was nice in the evening when I wanted to make myself a cup of tea :) It was also possible to use the coffee machine in the front room.

• CHRISTEL (5/5): - La gentillesse et la serviabilité des quatre personnes que nous avons rencontré et qui gèrent le logement. On sent qu'ils veulent satisfaire au maximum le client, qu'ils sont à l'écoute et qu'ils cherchent à faire plaisir. D'ailleurs on a pas trop apprécié le 1er petit déjeuner et ils se sont rattrapés sur le 2ème. Bonne literie. C'est un immeuble très vieux et malheureusement malgré les produits et parfums mis dans la chambre, ça ne parvient pas à masquer cette forte odeur d'humidité/poussière/vieux qui m'a énormément indisposée.

Śniadanie było urozmaicone, widać że własno robione a nie kupne. Pokój bardzo zadbany. Niedaleko znajduje się publiczny parking co też jest na plus. Dodatkowo bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielami. -

• Andrea (10/5): Consigliato! - Struttura nel complesso carina, la camera era molto pulita e confortevole, anche pre-riscaldata, i proprietari sono stati cordialissimi e gentilissimi, ci hanno preparato una colazione molto abbondante e ovviamente home made. Il parcheggio, difficile da trovare in zona, ma con un pò di pazienza alla fine si riesce a trovare.
• Barbara (7/5): You get what you pay for - Friendly hosts, good price for Ragusa, fairly quiet. Clean. We were given a smaller room than booked, but for the same price. Only one chair and small table with no space around it, so not great for breakfast. Beds not very comfortable. I can see that the owners responded to my review, saying that "The room is exactly as described." However, our booking was for a quadruple room (one double bed and two singles), but had only one double bed and one single. The room was smaller than as per the description (not 25m2) - which was ok for just one night, but not for a longer stay. Also, we had selected this place because it promised "free parking" - but actually there are no parking facilities at the property, one just has to try and find a space somewhere in the street, which was a little difficult. I appreciate that the owners are making an effort to be welcoming, but it would be good to also accept justified criticism.

De même que la pièce pour le petit déjeuner: il faut s'organiser pour l'horaire et c'est assez serré. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais c'est un peu galère pour parquer la voiture dans ces petites rues.

Foram muito prestáveis e apresentaram sugestões interessantes para a nossa visita à cidade. O pequeno-almoço típico é um aspeto distintivo deste alojamento.

Musieliśmy czekać na śniadanie z powodu małej jadalni dla gości. Śniadanie ubogie. Nie ma możliwości zaparkowania samochodu blisko obiektu - zakaz postoju od 5 rano do 20.00

• Remus (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Walking distance to Ragusa Ibla. Parking can be a challenge. There is a nearby square where free parking is available. Home-made breakfast. Full of carbs, but lovely nevertheless.
• Hendrik (10/5): Great Place, good location and friendly staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and comfortably equipped, had a refrigerator which was handy. It is easy to walk between Superiore and Ibla and the bus stops very near. You can walk to the train station in about 20 minutes. There is a Take away Pizza place around the corner in Corsa Italia with fabulous pizzas. A very nice place to stay. Unfortunately we had to catch a train before breakfast started so we didn’t have breakfast. I really recommend this B&B. Everything was great

• Pavla (8/5): Good choice but no private parking - Good location near the center - it is easy to walk sightseeing. Super-friendly host, easy communication in English, easy self check-in. Warm water and rooms in December. Cosy and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. It does not have private parking - you have to park in the street that is very narrow and full of other cars.

For the price that I paid, there wasn't anything that I didn't like or was missing from my stay. Everything was up to par or exceeded expectations.

• Dragantom (9/5): A pleasant place to stay in Ragusa. - The host is super nice, although they don't speak much English. The room was clean, the location was ok for Ragusa. It was quiet, ideal for sleep. We had a lot of towels and even a hair dryer. Overall, we were pleased. Breakfast options could have been better, but I guess it is standard for Sicily. The shower in our private bathroom was very small, making washing difficult. Our room was on the second floor, and the stairs were very narrow, which is not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was in the attic so one room side had a low ceiling, I had to watch my head every time I stood up from the bed. The pillows were bad.

The communication with host was by whatsapp and we had a little truble for the check in ! We were waiting more than a half hour outside the hostel But at the end everything was ok ! The room was clean but narrow and not what we had reserved for 4 people with 2 double beds as showned in the picture when we made the booking !
• Floor (10/5): Amazing - The breakfast was amazing, even though I dont speak Italian and they speak very little english we had amazing conversations. The room is located in a very calm neighborhood and is very clean, would definitely book again!

• Alena (9/5): Superb - Very nice people,comunication was perfect,they comunicate thru booking immediately,we had later check in wothout problem.Nice sweat breakfast,hot chocolate for childern. Parking is free from 20.00 to 8.00.Later is parking for 0,8 E/hour and from 13.00 -16.00 free,but you have to turn around the house to find the place.

• Dimitra (8/5): Very good - The room was close to the city center and the price was good. Communication with the host was good and the breakfast was appreciated. The fact that we were moved to another building, at another BnB which is not active right now. The room was indeed the one we had booked, but we were not informed prior to our arrival about this change. We went to check in and the host was waiting outside to take us to the other place.
• Mate (7/5): It is ok for a short stay. - It was centraly located, The host is very kind. She was responsive ( In Sicily everyone use WhatsApp). The room was quite. the bathroom is shabby, the floor was ok but not as clean as you expect at home. For safe parking we suggest to use the main road parking area (unforunatly you have to pay - ( You can use your creditcard+)) because the roads are really narrow around the accomodation so the risk of damage to the car is very high.
• Shih-kai (9/5): Superb - The owners were very welcoming and friendly, although they spoke only little English. The breakfast had many homemade pastries.

• Chelsea (8/5): Very good - Giani is a very welcoming and warm hearted host! His breakfast and especially his homemade cakes are definetly a must try when u come to Sicily! 💗
• Sebastian (10/5): sweet and cool ! - An authentic Sicilian experience. The stuff were pretty helpful and cheerful. They did excellent breakfast and the room was always well cleaned and tidied up. All in all, a great experience. I liked everything, however if you’re afraid to drive in very narrow streets to park your car, think twice before booking.
• Panos (10/5): Exceptional - Lucy was excellent! One of the most helpful and friendly people I ever met.
