- NUR RASYIDAH (9/5): - The hotel is situated in the housing area. The landscape, water fountain and the fish pond is pretty. I feel relaxed and peaceful watching the fish and hearing the sound of water running. The breakfast is not like the typical buffet breakfast. They serve a good bali style breakfast, and you still can get a free flow of beverages, cereal and toast. For people who are looking for something new and peaceful, I think you guys can try this hotel.

- Noemie (10/5): Probably the best stay ever! - Our room was gorgeous, the koi fish being the cherry on top. What a joy to watch them swim. Breakfast was also very good, served at the table outside our room, overlooking the fish. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Honestly, nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, cosy and the people there make the experience even better!

The air conditioning was directly blowing air on the face and was difficult to control. TV channels with outdated programs. Also, the breakfast area is very hot with open air and no air conditioning. No lounge area to rest while waiting for transport only uncomfortable furniture. I did not like that reception staff wanted to keep my deposit because of small make up stain on towel. A bit unprofessional of her. Please do better hospitality. The man at the reception was much better. The hotel is also not flexible to refund my hotel stay when my husband could not join me due to Middle East closed air space. Most hotels other hotels are more flexible. So do better Bali Hotel administration. Service staff for rooms and breakfast were excellent.

La colazione a mio avviso è deludente, le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente TUTTO quello che dicono e fanno quelli della stanza accanto, anche i colpi di tosse! Lo staff a mio avviso è stato un po’ sgarbato, dovevamo ancora fare il check out e una signora ha annunciato al microfono che potevano pulire la nostra stanza, non l’ho trovato cortese.

Lot's to say, the bathrooms are not ideal for older adults as you have skip inside to take a shower eventhou you put the hose but the floor is too slippery, as Booking.com stated while I book the stay "pay at properties" but unfortunately the payment was already deducted before I reached the hotel!!! To expensive spa and massage!! The breakfast was fine but the alart options it's a bit troublesome, no any convenient store nearby no in house food option, its just the koi fish and bathtub!

I stayed for 2 nights. My first morning was disrupted by the service staff. The final morning I requested for packed fruits instead of breakfast, and went out for a meal.

- Kelly (10/5): Intimate boutique hotel nestled in quiet Ipoh neighborhood - Breakfast was included with our stay and it was superb. Served in the Balinese decorated main gathering area. That I had to check out..we’ll be back :-)
- Izzlin (9/5): Balinese Vibes, Malaysian Reality - Balinese vibe – The whole place feels like a peaceful retreat, with lots of wood, stone. . Spacious, cozy rooms – Big beds, comfy. Big bath tub. Calm atmosphere – Quiet, relaxing, away from city noise even though it’s near the center. No lift. Need to climb stairs. Breakfast options – You have to pre-select your breakfast the day before, and the choices are quite limited. Too many loose power plugs.

We felt like we were spoiled! - - high ceiling - good soundproofing - massive space / location to keep our luggage opened for easy opening of the bag / etc. - multiple water filtration refill stations - free parking at the front of the hotel for guests - location was a bit of a ways that you need to have a car - lots of mosquitos - we were feasted on everytime we ate breakfast! - the ac kept blowing on our faces - can’t seem to figure out how to stop the swinging
