Официанты моментально забирают грязную посуду, не успеваешь даже успеть подумать, а они уже нут! Обслуживание на 5 звезд точно! Номер чистый, постельное белье чистое! Еда практически круглые сутки! В общем качество, точно превосходит цену) -

Lots of British children that played with each other . Bar staff funny and accommodating to one’s taste ! AI drinks ok , staff willing to tempt you . Cleaners lovely hard working. Entertaining team heed to be more enthusiastic about their job . Need to get children involved and walk around and encourage them to join in .

Osoblje je neverovatno ljubazno, uvek nasmejano i spremno da pomogne u svakoj situaciji ... zaista se vidi da im je stalo do svakog gosta. Soba je bila besprekorno čista, prostrana i udobna, sa svim detaljima koji čine boravak prijatnim. Hrana je vrhunska i raznovrsna, sveža i izuzetno ukusna, sa ponudom za svačiji ukus. Lokacija hotela je idealna, blizu svega što je potrebno, a opet dovoljno mirna za potpuni odmor. Zaista jedno od najboljih iskustava do sada! Svima iskreno preporučujem i sigurno se vraćamo ponovo! 🌟

• Pavlović (9/5): - First of all, staff was very polite and friendly, especially with the baby. The food was exellent and there was the great variety. The hotel is near the beach. (about 200 meters). The hotel had entertainment for kids every night. Little bit of dirty and broken furniture.

• Viktória (6/5): Nem választanám többet, mert szerintem nem elég tiszta. - Kedves volt a személyzet, a reggeli és a vacsora változatos, a medence tiszta. A felszereltség nagyon alap volt, egy tányér, 2 pohár és egy evőeszköz volt a 3 ágyas szobában. A kihúzható ágy koszos volt, az ágynemű rossz illatú. A törölközőt egy hét alatt egyszer cserélték, azt is külön kérésre.

• ALAN (10/5): - We just had a week here and could not fault anything , very clean hotel and accommodation, I read on reviews about needing modernisation, the rooms used to be self catering but aren’t now so yes the kitchen area is a little outdated but can’t see how that affects your holiday, I also read the food was cold and repetitive, well we didn’t find this once and loved the food, I think people just moan for the sake of moaning. Lots of sunbeds, no having to save one at 6am like most hotels , there were empty beds still at 10am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some nice local bars and restaurants if you want to try the local food as we did for one night , lovely small close beach. We couldn’t fault anything as I said. Thanks for a lovely stay

• Anatoly (5/5): Уставший эконом-отель эконом. Чисто место для ночлега, но не стоит тех денег, что просят. - Большой по площади номер, заселение в поздний час прошло без проблем. В номере и ванной видно, что уборщики стараются навести чистоту. Есть своя мини-кухня в номере. На завтраке понравились яйца и овощи. К интернету нет нареканий. Есть парковка с другой стороны, чтобы подъехать к корпусу. Под входной дверью заметный просвет, через него ползут насекомые (муравьи, тараканы). Номер совершенно неуютный. Древняя уродливая электрическая конфорка на плите. В ванной нет ни одного (!) крючка для одежды или полотенца, притом, что есть пустой угол. Вся мебель подуставшая, всё обшарпанное, сантехника шатается. Освещение тусклое и холодное. Территория унылая, общие зоны унылые. Завтрак средненький.
• Samantha (1/5): Worst hotel in Cyprus! - 2 bedroom apartment was a good size Room was unclean. We reported this twice and apparently it was cleaned both times but it wasn't. Food was awful. Undercooked chicken. Overcooked pork. Lack of fresh fruit/vegetables. Breakfast was the worst!!! All-inclusive drinks restricted to house wine, Leon and hot coffees. Staff had arguments with each other (with the manager present) in front of guests. Toothbrush went missing during stay. No reply from hotel as to its whereabouts. Entertainment was so loud we could hear it theough shut windows on the other side of the hotel. Pool wasn't open until 10am. They said no reserving sunbeds but they were all reserved by dinner for the next day. Children had to where arm bands in splash pool. This was not advertised anywhere!

If you left anything in the apartments kitchen sink over one minute without washing it, you would see a swarm of ants. And if you turned off the AC you felt humidity in the room.

• Esther (7/5): Really good value for money! - The kids pool was a great depth and was perfect for my toddlers. There were plenty of sunbeds and chairs and no mad rush to put towels down at 6am! The one bedroom apartments were spacious and modern. The food was a little repetitive and didn’t offer a huge amount of choice but that’s to be expected with a 3*. The food was hot and tasty.

• Csaba (7/5): Excellent value for money! I recommend it for both adults and families. I would gladly come back aga - The location of the hotel is great. The beach is a few minutes away, where sandy bays and rocky shores alternate. The water is crystal clear! The beach bars are also within a short walk (I highlight the iced coffee and smoothie offerings of Costa Coffee Marlita Kiosk and the super cocktail selection of Coco Beach Bar). There are several nightclubs in the neighboring street. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, from where you can take the 101/102 bus to the centers of Protaras and Ayia Napa. The hotel has a large parking lot, where our rental car was parked for free. Two large pools, free sun loungers and umbrellas around them, palm trees and cleanliness (The water is warm for adults, but it's good for children). The restaurant has both an indoor and outdoor area, we always sat on the cozy, shady and airy terrace. The buffet food offer is incredibly varied and abundant: diverse and creative salads and vegetables, a constant fruit selection, pastries and sweets complement the always diverse fish and meat dishes. For breakfast, there is continental and English, freshly baked egg variations, etc. The coffee machine is only in the morning, but the soft drink/water machine is available all day. The bed in the room is large, the mattress is hard and comfortable. Cleaning and towel change every day is great, but the bed linen was not changed for 1 week. The air conditioning worked well. I was glad that the bathroom had a shower instead of a bathtub, and there was a nice shower gel/shampoo available. The plastic chairs and table on the terrace are useful. The view of the pool is very cozy. The staff is attentive, kind and hardworking. Thank you to the animators for the entertainment programs and the sports opportunities! The room had little closet space for our clothes (large hanging area, but few shelves). There was a kitchenette, but apart from a kettle there was no equipment (pots, bowls, plates, cutlery). The bathroom lacked a shelf or other space for toiletries.
• Una (6/5): - • The staff was very kind and helpful. • The pools were clean and nice. • Breakfast was nice. • The room was cleaned every day. • We booked this hotel because it is an aparthotel, and we needed a small kitchen as we were traveling with a baby. Unfortunately, the electric stove didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the kitchen to warm up the baby’s food. • The kitchen was poorly equipped – it only had two glasses, two mugs, and a kettle. • The kitchen was rusty and had an unpleasant smell of old furniture. Some of the elements inside were rusty, including the kettle.

• Marios (10/5): Για άλλη μια φορά περάσαμε υπέροχα - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο το φαγητό κάλυπτε όλα τα γούστα. Κλείσαμε all inclusive, είχαν πολλά γεύματα και νόστιμα όλα τα φαγητά. Είναι η 2η φορά που το επισκεπτόμαστε και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε. Θα θέλαμε να μέναμε και άλλες μέρες...εις το επανιδείν ως την επόμενη φορά!

• Yelyzaveta Yampol (8/5): Хороший номер, еда так себе - Мне понравился номер, мы взяли двухкомнатный на 4 человека. Очень удобно, так как там была ещё и прихожая и балкон. Само здание теплое, мы были в конце октября и спали и не укрывались. Обычно в это время уже в номере ночью прохладно. Томатный суп на обед, это какой то позор. Вода цвета ржавчины. Вообще еда не очень, но мы были два дня, так что выдержали. Завтрак хороший, а обед и ужин так себе... Но и цена сама невысокая за олинклюзив.

• Lisa (10/5): Book it, lovely place - Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. We did have a breakfast and it was a large variety of food & drink, and all food and table areas were very clean. Pools and area round them were lovely and a lifeguard is by the pools. Few minutes walk from the beaches and 5-10mins walk from nightlife. Overall a fantastic place to stay!
• Susan (10/5): Great Last Minute Choice - This was a last minute business and vacation time decision. Excellent value with the meals package.
• Dovile (10/5): - Staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Special thanks for Mikhalis and Mike for such a big help with everything, i have never seen such a big heart persons! We defenetly will come back next year! Thanks thanks and thanks!!!! Everything!!
• Anja (4/5): 2 stjernet hotel - Hotellet har god beliggenhed og dejligt poolrområde. Lejlighederne har en god størrelse, med tekøkken men reelt kan man ikke lave mad selv, da der hverken er gryder, pander eller tallerkener mv. Men det er godt at have et køleskab i lejligheden. Rengøring er mangelfuld og vi måtte selv bede om nye håndklåder 3 gange og 2 gange glemte de at tømme skraldespande. Når man sagde det til personale i receptionen virkede de nærmest ligeglade. Terrassen blev ikke gjort rent i hele den uge vi var der. Burde være et 2 stjernet hotel.
