• Zaur (9/5): Good value for money - Good locations, short walk from Gayrettepe metro station on M11 line of the metro coming straight form the airport. Breakfast is limited but good enough. In general this hotel is good value for money. You cannot pay less and expect 5 start hotel experience. For its price the hotel is very good. The basic things like cleanliness, helpful personnel, decent comfort in the room are there. The hotel allows to connect only 2 devices to WIFI. The Front Desk employee was very kind and helpful when helped me to connect my second phone in addition to my main phone and laptop to WIFI. there was some minor issue with the lavatory water button. It stayed pressed and water would still flow until you fix the button - i knew how to fix it myself and did not call for help. Fixing it in the interest of the hotel, otherwise, water will flow continuously and incur extra water bill. The chair was large and uncomfortable to work on the laptop (too low). That small spot needs some smaller but more comfortable chair for work that would not block the way to the bathroom.

• elene (4/5): - When we first checked in, the room had no window, and the air conditioner was only blowing hot air from outside. Since it was already very hot (26–27°C in mid-May), the room was unbearable. When we asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning, they said it was not summer yet. We also requested a different room, but were told there were no rooms with windows available. After several requests, they finally moved us to another room where the window could at least be opened slightly.

• MOHAMMAD (1/5): - The reception and front desk service were extremely poor and handled very unprofessionally. I was kept waiting for more than an hour and a half, and they insisted that I would not be given a room unless I made another payment. This was even though I had already paid through Booking.com, and there was no issue with my reservation. The problem was clearly due to the hotel’s outdated or faulty system, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for me. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Bunch of metro/bus stops nearby. - The elevator is as if it's from ancient times, it can only fit 3 guests and is super tight. - The room is pretty dense, and we noticed a bottle of Coke under our bed, which means the room wasn't cleaned up properly before our visit. - The weather was very cold at the time of our visit, the hotel did not have any heaters or radiators available, the room was very cold, and the AC was a bit broken. The AC fan blows air every 30 seconds and shuts down. - One of the shelves in a desk had a Kibla direction, but it was wrong by 90 degrees...
• Mensur (4/5): A mistake you make once - The guy working there helped me order some food in since i arrived late. The room was dirty and not well maintained. Arriving to the hotel on foot from the nearby metro station is a challenge in itself, since you have many different exists and when you finally get the right one then you need to walk along a speedway/highway for a bit.

• Abdel Rahman (1/5): You’re the least of this hotel’s concern. I would never recommend. - Nothing, absolutely horrible from service and rooms to AC and client value. Everything. The room was way too small it felt like a tomb. The AC wasn’t working, when I requested to switch rooms they rejected although other rooms were vacant. They told me I’m being dramatic for not liking the AC in my room. When I requested to check the AC of another room they told me “do you think we’re lying?” then indeed showed me the room. The room had a working AC, so I went to the extent where I even requested to pay more money to switch to another room, they told me no we will not and that I have to wait for the next morning. I ended up leaving at midnight to another place as I couldn’t sleep.

Açıkçası ayrılacağım saati resepsiyona bildirdiğimde sizin için kumanya tarzı bir şeyler ayarlarız demelerini bekledim. Bunu tabiki olumsuz anlamda söylemiyorum böyle bir imkan olmayabilir. Oteldeki kahve otomatları nakit ve bozuk para dışında alışveriş imkanı sağlamıyor. Bu otomatlar yenilenebilir.

• Moeen (4/5): Mediocre stay, not satisfied at all - The location and staff were great. Fast and early check-in. Light bulbs on the bedside were broken. Power outlets on the bedside didn't work. They seem like they don't care, even the painting in the room was tilted. There were several yellow spots on the ceiling which indicated previous water leakage. But the shocking point was the breakfast. One plate without any options to choose. It was a waste as many people don't eat all the items, but it must not be used again ( I hope they don't ). Overall, not a good stay considering the price. There are a lot of better options in this price range. I wouldn't recommend it and won't book again.
• Ebison (9/5): “Better than expected – clean, comfortable, and great service” - Although the hotel is marked as a 3-star property, it truly feels closer to a 4-star experience. I stayed at the hotel for two days and was very satisfied with my stay. Hats off to the housekeeping team—they are doing an excellent job. Nowadays, cleanliness is one of the most important qualities of a good hotel, and this property meets that standard very well. A special mention goes to Ali, who was on the afternoon shift. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Even when the in-house restaurant was closed, he helped arrange food for me. He is a mature, kind-hearted person and a real asset to the hotel. The restaurant was decent. The food options were limited, but whatever was available was tasty and well served. Even they have placed caution signals where ever needed, which is worth mentioning Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to Milport hotel team The only minor downside, which did not bother me much, is that there is a nightclub in front of the hotel that stays active until around 5 a.m. It might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. Personally, it wasn’t an issue for me—I only noticed it when I woke up briefly And the bed was not that comfy, but acceptable..

• I-hung (10/5): Nice hotel - Comfortable rooms in a great location close to the metro and a big mall. Very friendly receptionist. Friendly cats that cuddled up to me on the couch. I booked a French room but was given the small standard room, which was still nice. The server in the breakfast room was a bit annoyed when I asked for another water after I was given a small 150 or 200ml water in a sealed cup.

• Cameron (8/5): Decent, modern economy accomodation in Levent business district. Approx equivalent to Ibis standard - Fairly modern property, new construction not more than 10-15 years ago. Very attractive common areas. Nice staff. Decent value. Very simple cold breakfast, no buffet. Fresh and tasty, though. Poor sound insulation, so room was noisy. Bar closes at 21:00 (!). Quite small room.
