Guest Reviews
- C3359WXbrandond (2/5): DONT TRUST WYNDHAM HOTELS - Wyndham hotel and other companies associating with them are aiming for nothing more than scamming you out of every penny possible. Their main objective is to sell you any form of time share with hidden stipulations in the print. They are pushy, and rude upon being denied. We had one of their “consultants” try to pick a fight after being waved off. Horrible business I would not suggest going here OR ANY OTHER WYNDHAM HOTELS. Do not trust their “gifts” as these are about as good of a gift you can get as AIDS.
- helenmcc1 (2/5): Do not get conned by these people in New Orleans - We visited New Orleans for 2 days on a cruise in March 2026 from the UK. Outside the cruise port in Riverview Mall there was an Information stand. We went to find out about the city as it was our first visit. Turned out this was not tourist info it was manned by timeshare Wyndham staff. After guaranteeing us both a city tour and a Mississippee cruise on a Paddle Steamer we paid a significant payment for the two trips. Neither trip was actually available. We were cheated out of our money. Wyndham guaranteed us a full refund but now will not respond to emails and will not refund. Avoid Wyndham representatives in New Orleans at all costs... you will lose your money and will not get your promised trips. We wasted over a quarter of our short time in the city with them and are $108 out of pocket. Shocking company. Do not be fooled by them.
- stevelD3841DJ (2/5): Stay Away from Club Wyndham - Horrible experience. We were out right lied to regarding the utilization of the 400,00 point package. We were not allowed to read the contracting documents at the onset. We were told that there printer at the location was not working. We took there word for it and completed the docusign forms on their tablet. After the fact we were able to review the document and it did not reflect what we were told we were purchasing. Subsequently, we reached out to the regional sales manager and he stated he understood and would have the charges reversed. He lied. The charges were not reversed and now I am have to address this legally. Terrible organization. I would stay away.

- apmarti0809 (8/5): Nice boutique hotel - We liked the location. It was clean and up to date. The front desk was great, but the RCI person was a bit rude.
- Venture00370371798 (6/5): Bad start leaves sour taste in mouth - la Belle Maison has a good location in the French Quarter. It was a second time staying there. This time we gott off to a very bad start with a room mixup on their part which cost us a night's stay in the correct room and hours of my talking snd complaining to people there that we were not being given what we had been promised. After 24 hours, they grudgingly corrected their mistake. On other matters, such as restaurant guidance and getting a cab for us, they were helpful.
- dream24seven (10/5): Perfect location! Wonderful stay! - Enjoyed my stay for my first visit to New Orleans. Centrally located, a quick walk to the French Quarter, and easy access to the trolley line. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Wish we had a window to the outside but the balcony interior view was equally nice. Staff was attentive and helpful and we loved all the activities and goodies available during the week. Will definitely be back!
- michellere2018 (10/5): Loved LaBelle Maison - We absolutely loved our stay at LaBelle Maison . Location is excellent walking distance to most everything , by the trolly and across the street from Ruby Slippers best brunch around . Staff is so nice here , valet was excellent anytime you needed your car and loved the King Cake they gave out front with New Orleans Coffee. We also loved the Sauna and Gym . We had the best time !!

- TSF8 (10/5): Good Location, Great Room - I would highly recommend this hotel.
We had a 1 bedroom suite, which fit all 4 of us nicely.
The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed.
Kitchenette was adequate, for a simple light breakfast - no cooking.
The bathroom was nice & large, super clean too
And very importantly, it was in a great location - near the heart of French Quarter, good food readily available .. we walked to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc very easily.
As an added bonus - there is complimentary coffee on Level 2 in the mornings daily, complimentary popcorn daily, complimentary washer & dryer.
Absolutely perfect!
- christinepH1206EX (10/5): Pre Christmas Family trip - La Belle Maison was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Immaculate rooms and throughout, valet parking, spacious suite with full kitchen and ample living and dining rooms, walking distance to everything in the French quarter, attentive polite responsive staff, great views from all windows, lovely free coffee bar open all day,. Historic building gorgeously restored, highly helpful concierge services, elegant decor. We had a memorably wonderful stay. Close to Brennan's !! I'd come back here in a heartbeat,❤️
- christinamillerarnp (10/5): Great Stay - The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and kitchenette. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any request. The location is great and mostly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
- Lip1962 (8/5): Great Location , - Very covenant location, good room everything you need. I would come back again. Right on Canal Street with the streetcar right outside your door.
- Sportsnut315 (10/5): Great location - Staff from check in to check out were very good. Location is ideal--1 block off Canal St and 1 block from Casino. Room was perfect for 2 of us.
- Margo (10/5): I enjoyed my self - Beautiful, clean, quiet and smells good I Loved EVERYTHING
- wduffy6444 (6/5): No windows - The hotel was nicely appointed and decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. The downside was there were no outside windows in the units. Also, there was not an outside area to sit. To relax outside we had to walk to Jackson Square and sit on the benches in the park.
- stexdoug (10/5): Quiet Spacious Location just off the Quarter and Canal - Staff is very friendly. Great location to walk to anywhere in the Quarter, Magazine Street or catch a Canal or St. Charles "street car". Very secure location and our room was very SPACIOUS. Nice coffee bar in the morning. Felt safe as you have to walk by many staff members on the way into the facility and need a key to go to any floor up or down. We are not casino people but if you are this would be a VERY convenient location to it.
- Expedition273074 (10/5): Family get together - The trip was with my wife, sister from Pennsylvania and her husband. We went on a jazz dinner cruise in a paddle wheel ship. It was a great trip.
- walter621 (8/5): Lovely, but not perfect - The place was lovely, and conveniently located. They apparently close the drive-in entrance about midnight, which can give guests a surprise. Wandering the streets after dark made me feel unsafe. Eventually I thought to call them, and they let me in. But what if I hadn't had my phone?
- lilar293 (8/5): Beautiful Resort in Great Area - This resort is beautiful and well maintained. It is located within walking distance to the Market place, shopping and the French Quarter. The front desk and concierge were very Cordial and well informed. The pool however was very small for a resort this size . The hot lub worked the first night but not the second. We had a presidential suite and the TV in one room did not work and they could not fix it . We were told they have had problems with it before .

- dansM1734NO (8/5): Great room and Concierge service. - The room was ready when we arrived, which was great considering it was a couple hours before normal check-in. We also got a window room as requested!
I would have given 5 stars if not for the inflexibility with checkout. Most any hotel--for which I didn't pay 10's of 1000's to be an owner--would typically allow a late checkout until 1pm. The La Belle would not. We had a 9:30am walking tour that lasted 3 hours so we knew we wouldn't be back in time and were hoping to be able to pack and checkout afterwards. Not the case. So, I tried to add a day to the stay but the front desk would not do that. I called Club Wyndham reservations and they said they couldn't extend the stay and I would have to make a new reservation for no less than two nights.
So, my first real life experience with Club Wyndham's policies was disappointing.
On the bright side, the concierge desk was very helpful--especially Trinity. They helped us rejoin a non-refundable tour we had to cancel due to a missed flight. They also got us a discount on the Natchez paddleboat tour.
- Jimbilly (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - I visit NOLA 2-3 times a year and my go to place for a comfortable stay is the La Belle Masion. Upon entering I am always warmly greeted by the desk staff and the efficient check in that they provide. I am next directed to the desk to obtain my keys and info on local attractions. The rooms are well designed and comfortable with everything one would need for a relaxing get away. There is a mini kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom with a queen bed. One and 2 bedrooms are available. I pull out sofa bed is also provided. The Le Bella is 1 block from Canal St. and the start of the French Quarter. The resort offers a swimming pool, sauna, laundry, Wi-Fi, valet parking and daily morning coffee and afternoon fruit flavored water and popcorn.
- jdm707223 (10/5): Excellent experience - With the wonder staff, excellent amenities and location to all major experiences in New Orleans, any future stays with be at this resort!
- jennyfH7336IB (8/5): Stay on Mag St - Odd location
Very beautiful inside.
Have to be an owen to stay which limits who can stay and when.
Wonderful people.
Clean room.
No house keeping unless asked.
- QTaylor206 (8/5): Centrally located and clean!!! - We stayed here from Thursday 8/14 - Tuesday 8/19 in a one-bedroom suite. This would have been a 5 star review except for a few minor tweaks:
What we didn’t love:
1. The bedroom had only 1 nightstand,
2. The position of the bed was awkward and made the bedroom feel cramped,
3. The bedroom’s carpet needs a deep cleaning or should just be replaced altogether.
4. The fan is LOUD!
5. Pillows were too soft, essentially had no support once you put your head on them.
6. TV connection was glitchy.
7. Room 412 had no views!
What we loved:
1. The spaciousness of the living area with its dining area and kitchenette, our kids were traveling with us and even with the sofa bed being out, we were still able to move around without bumping into each other.
2. The location! We drove to Oak Alley Plantation (about an hour away) and Airboat Adventures in Lafitte (~ 30 minutes), and other than that, we took the streetcars and walked pretty much everywhere. If you download the RTA La Pass app ahead of time, using the streetcars is a fun way to get around especially on hot 🥵 days because the streetcars have AC!
3. We travel a lot and this was easily one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in a while. The floor was spotless. We walked around in white socks and they were still considerably clean at the end of the day. The lobby, common areas, gym, and even the alleyway were spotless. Kudos to the cleaning and maintenance crew!
4. Fresh popcorn 🍿
We would definitely stay here again!
- Derrick Anthony (8/5): - Nice and quiet
- sashab4 (10/5): A Must Stay! - I am a Wyndham timeshare owner. We had an excellent stay during Essence Festival weekend. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. We had a family emergency with a member of my family while he was at the airport. The manager stepped in and gave us more than what we needed. I can’t say enough about the manager and staff. Thank each and every one of you for your help. The hotel was clean and within walking distance to everything. I will be back!
- edwardcohen1948 (10/5): Great location and Friendly resort - the resort was located close to everything and I didn;t need a taxi all week. The resorrt was close to restaurants, the casino, bourbon street, the historical areas and the ww2 museum. The rooms were specious, and the resort had neat extras like free popcorn, donuts and coffee. The only coplaint would be that they did not clean the room or exchange towels for the entire week but I didn't ask
- Billie (8/5): - Love this hotel. The staff is amazing professionalism is at its all high standards. I stayed for 10 days and used all of the benefits, including the pool and laundry room. I wish they had desk in their rooms. Easy accessible location to the French Quarter by walking. Parking is really expensive.
- Thea (8/5): - Don’t Park Valet They wreck your Cars
- Kate (10/5): - It was beautiful
- jmhunter2215 (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - The room was spacious with a small kitchenette area. The staff was so accommodating and hospitable. Every area was clean and well maintained. Absolutely loved this place.
- Joshua (10/5): - Loved our week there.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- 96petev (8/5): Loved it but .... - Great location, very clean, friendly staff and great amenities. Our only downside was that we didn't at all enjoy walking through their indoor stair well each time we needed to get to or from our room because for some reason, they seem to like to keep that area like a frozen meat locker. It was just to uncomfortably cold for our us there.
- 162tiffenyb (2/5): Terrible - People are looking for you to tip for everything. Valet cost over $250 no choice in that matter and it took them over 25 minutes to find the car even when you would’ve requested ahead of time. Brianna at the front desk was so rude. She shouldn’t even be working customer service. They really don’t care about the guests at all at this place. They even erased text messages in the guest thread so that I could not show them to anyone higher up.
- V6041SQandrewm (10/5): Lovely, convenient location. - We were pleased with our stay at La Belle Maison. We’ve stayed at many RCI resorts in New Orleans and this was one of the best. The place is very convenient to downtown, the French Quarter and public transportation. The staff is particularly friendly and accommodating. The building is beautifully appointed; the decor very NOLA. Our room was huge but our only view was a brick wall.
- ilovebargains (10/5): CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE - We were fortunate to snag a 2BR unit on the 8th floor. Bed configuration is one King, one Queen, and a sofa bed (didn’t use). Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. No stove top or oven. We asked for complimentary electric skillet to fry eggs and bacon.
2nd floor has complimentary coffee till noon.
No in-unit clothes washer/dryer. 6th floor has 24 hr self service laundry, with complimentary detergent and fabric sheets. 4 washers, 4 dryers (one was out of order). It stays busy and full especially at night. Some guests would use 2 washers instead of putting all in one load, some would forget to come back to remove their clothes. Please be considerate and put a timer on your phone.
Valet parking is $35 for owners, $45 for guests per day plus tax. Unlimited in and out privileges.
Expect to pay this rate anywhere in the French Quarter area. Call/Txt valet 20/30 mins ahead of time.
Daily popcorn & infused cold water at entrance Restaurants, bars,24-hour mini marts everywhere.
Enjoy!
- Bajiamir (10/5): Club Wyndham La Belle - A Great Stay! - We had a fantastic experience at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional including the timeshare representatives, who was welcoming and informative. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, making the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting.
The property is in a perfect location just one block from Canal Street and within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in New Orleans. Our one-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed with nice view. While there’s no stovetop, the hot plate worked perfectly for light cooking, and it was a thoughtful addition up on request. The laundry facilities were clean and convenient, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We also loved the little extras such as free treats at the front desk most days and even free popcorn, which added a fun touch. The only downside was the parking cost at $45 per night, but it’s understandable given the location. There are less expensive options a few blocks away if you don’t mind the walk.
We truly enjoyed our time at La Belle Maison and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you all for a great stay!
- Jennifer (10/5): Great trip to NOLA - Great room and very friendly staff. We had a short trip, so did not spend much time in the room. Big bedroom and living/dining/kitchen. Bath was a little small, but nice. Brick walls, high ceilings, and tall windows added to the charm. I cannot comment on the facilities beyond the lobby and room...we did not use them. I'm not really sure what they are. We did not get a lot of information. We had an opportunity to have a tour if we sat through a 90 minute timeshare presentation. We chose not to. I will say we did not encounter any high pressure sales. And everyone was lovely.
- J. (1/5): Good location, cleanliness problems, unfriendly front desk with compentence issues. - The suites are quite nice overall, they are quiet and spacious, and the location is great. Front desk staff were rude on check-in. The first suite we stayed in had severe cleanliness issues, which we unfortunately only realized after our first night. After notifying the front desk, we were relocated to a different suite. Front desk staff continued to be rude (except the bell boy who helped us relocate, he was nice). We did not get any apology or anything, and we had to get our luggage decontaminated upon getting home. We also never got a receipt upon checkout. I called them, they had an email address on file that didn't match mine at all, and told me they couldn't send the receipt to a different address, since we had already checked out. If I ever stay in New Orleans again, I will not stay at this hotel. Since the issues point to organizational problems (staff training, administrative), I will avoid Club Wyndham in the future.
- kellycW7209SP (10/5): Excellent condo - Condo is very nice and clean. The front desk and Concierge staff were helpful and friendly. The location is great, perfect for walking distance to all we wanted to do in NOLA.
- Ktofan7704 (10/5): Overall the club was great - I would say if you are planning on getting in the hot tub then be down there at 6am, there’s room for about 4-6 people and you wouldn’t want to be in the spa with anyone outside of your family it’s so small. Also plan to wait for an hour for the valet, even if you call ahead. Also, plan your own excursions, ours was incorrect 3 times, on the 4th time it was finally right and then when we arrived we were double booked.
- Joyce (10/5): Mother-Daughter Getaway Success - This was a little mother-daughter getaway. We were very much pleased with the size, cleanliness and condition of the suite. Thanks for the southern hospitality. We will definitely be back and recommend your facility to friends.
- N3256GQvanessag (10/5): Great location and rooms - Easy walk from Bourbon Street, with nice large rooms and amenities.
Just ask not to be near atrium as it was very loud in the morning with workers coming up and down the stairs and door slamming, they moved us rooms right away
- 355allysons (2/5): Wouldn't extend our stay due to winter storm due to 2-night minimum - We booked a 2 night stay and then a snow storm hit New Orleans and our flight got cancelled. We tried to extend for a 3rd night, but they have a 2-night minimum. Right, well we've been here for 2 nights, so its a 3rd night right? Nope! In the middle of the entire city being shut down due to this snowstorm, they won't book us for 1 additional night...we'd have to pay for 2 nights because its a new reservation. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of and a terrible customer experience.
- Marcia (8/5): Very good - The staff and location The restaurants and activities were not great
- Lisa (8/5): - For some reason they had it as 2 separate stays and kept trying to heck us out on Saturday otherwise ok
- Janet (10/5): - Lovely and spacious hotel with lots of character.
- 208marthaj (6/5): My review - This hotel was very beautiful clean inside. Nice furniture really enjoyed my stay, except for check in Clerk. I felt very uncomfortable with her. She made me feel like I was an unwanted guest along with my siblings.
- terryw896 (10/5): Lovely property and location - Great property and location. Staff very friendly and excellent service. We loved staying at this property and would stay there again anytime in the area.
- Joshua (2/5): - Terrible location for a nice hotel
- GretaTravels (10/5): Prepare to be Surprised - I booked into Club Wyndham La Belle Maison using an RCI week that was going to expire at the end of the year. My expectations were low because so many RCI properties have not been brought up to today's standards, are tired and outdated. I was actually quite shocked by this property. First, it is in a fantastic location, though I will say it's pretty much 15-30 minute walk to most things . . . you walk a lot in New Orleans so a few times I took an uber to give my legs a rest. Nonetheless, it's across from a great breakfast restaurant, there's a pub across the street that looked good, but it was closed and just reopened the day I was leaving. Less than 10 minutes to Caesar's Casino, to Canal Street where you can catch the streetcars, to a great Mall on Canal St with Saks as one of its anchor stores, various great restaurants all around, and the start of Bourbon Street/The French Quarter. It's 20-30 minutes to Jackson Square in The French Quarter depending on how fast you walk, a solid 30 minutes to the FABULOUS WWII Museum and probably 20 to the Outlet Mall on the Mississippi River, which is adjacent to the convention center. Also a little 7/11 type store about 5 minutes walk to pick up bottled water, etc.
A big surprise was when I asked the desk where there was a laundrymat and they said "on the 6th floor!" Many new washers and dryers and all the detergent, etc. provided. Really a nice perk.
Though I didn't have time to use it, the spa area is lovely, with a big exercise room, hot tub and small lap-type swimming pool. Well done!
The hotel does NOT have a restaurant, but it's not an issue since there are so many nearby.
The property is very well maintained, helpful and hospital personnel - though don't ask for directions, use your GPS. They steered me wrong twice. My 1 bedroom was huge with a king size comfortable bed and pillows, very large living room area that includes a dining table and full kitchenette and is well-equipped. They provide very good coffee to make in the room and also coffee is available in a lovely area on the 2nd floor. Good shower with tub, which I actually appreciate. Really nothing to criticize about the room - and I'm picky - except perhaps for multiple people it would have been better to have a larger vanity and forfeit having room for the luggage carrier in the bathroom, though convenient.
If anyone said they were considering this hotel, I'd say "Book it and prepare to be surprised."
- Wander751936 (4/5): Disappointed Wyndham customer - I’m currently here at La Belle Mason and I have never been more disappointed! I used there concierge service to book a city Tour and a Whitney plantation tour, I booked both for the afternoon because I’m traveling with my 83 year old mother and she needed afternoon excursions, I confirmed multiple times it was set for the afternoon and low and behold they booked the Whitney tour for 10 am, I then asked for a refund because we found our own tour they refused because there are no refunds, and after speaking to some really nice folks and some really rude ones I basically found out I had to pretty much take the 10 time or not get my money back. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a Wyndham resort and I happen to be an owner. So disappointed with the staff!!!I truly will not use their services again, this was a girls trip for my mom and this was disappointing, along with spending our first night in a room with no heat. The heat did not get fixed until the second day of our trip. Can’t say I’ll stay here again!!!
- vanessagK4904AR (8/5): Decent for a time share - The location is great- 4 blocks from Bourbon Street, no noise. 2 bedroom unit nicely appointed. Only complaint was no cook top in partial kitchen, but they provided us with 2 electric skillets, which worked out ok. Concierge tried 3-4 x to get me to attend a timeshare seminar, but I was able to put her off.
- Antonia (10/5): - Very nice and clean and a respectful staff.
- gjco714 (10/5): New Orleans stay - Great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Restaurant and local bar across the street. Very close to the French Quarter. Buss stop close by.
- cockrum4 (10/5): Amazing location, updated, clean, secure and comfortable - You couldn’t hope for a better location in New Orleans. This Wyndham was clean, comfortable, great bed, and secure.
- dreniseh2024 (2/5): Confirmation Numbers Don't Mean Anything - Avoid this location - We booked our reservation in Jan 2024. 2 days before we are to check in, we are notified they are overbooked and we no longer have reservations. So how do they determine who to bump. Are they seriously going to tell me that in the past 11 months the resort has been overbooked and they waited until 2 days before check in to notify people.
- 4320Rusty (10/5): La Bella is a must stay - Hotel is close to most attractions so car is not necessary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommendations by staff for food and attractions were accurate and appreciated. Don't pass up the World War II presentation, truly remarkable.
- Hailey (10/5): - my friends and i had an excellent stay here. the staff is extremely kind and helpful, it’s in the perfect spot (if you’re planning on walking around and drinking on bourbon), plenty of food around, everything you would want to do in new orleans is pretty much within walking distance. the room was pristine and was so nice, i truly was impressed! it was an amazing trip and i would absolutely stay at this hotel again
- Kris (10/5): - Besides the street construction on one entrance of the property, everything was great! The room we stayed looked newly renovated. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
- Cameron (8/5): good value compared to similarly priced rooms - Was not there for fun, but appreciated the gym, (small) pool and other amenities. Loved the popcorn. WIsh I'd been there for the donuts. The kitchen facilities were terrific.
- Condry (9/5): Superb - There was no breakfast. Everything about the facility is excellent with one exception noted below. I've been to New Orleans twice and stayed here both times. Would do so again. The efforts by the "concierge" to sell stuff, including the "presentation" are beyond annoying. We skipped out as soon as we figured out what they were doing, even though they tried to prevent it. We cautioned late arriving relatives to avoid them, and they did.
- KMP5253 (8/5): Great location - Great location just off Canal Street and very near to Ceasars. So much to do locally and plenty of places to eat and drink. A 10-15 minute easy walk to Bourbon Street or the French Quarter. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom was a little dated but clean and functional. We enjoyed our stay and I would visit again if we were in NOLA
- 628kendraf (8/5): Nice stay good location. - The 1br was spacious and bed was comfy. It was nice to have a laundry room fully equipped with supplies. Location was good shirt walk to quarter and warehouse district attractions. Nice to have little extras like snacks in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that kitchen has no cook top just a microwave but the staff provided an electric skillet.
- Cheryl (10/5): - No room service
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - How close to everything It was great!
- Leslie (10/5): - Exceptional customer service and amenities. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in New Orleans except La Belle Maison.
- Teresa (8/5): - Didn’t realize that this property wasn’t a typical hotel but was a time share property which means that there was pressure to attend a sales pitch - although we were compensated for our time with free tickets to 2 attractions. Room was perfect- clean and as described- but no direction as to services provided (our room was not attended to at all during our 6 day stay- had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and garbage was never removed). Overall the property met our needs and would stay again- just would be nice to know about the sales pitch ahead of time as well as how to access services to our room.
- Justine (8/5): Very nice place to stay - Very pretty property. Well located. Clean and fully equipped I requested my car to the valet for 6am and It wasn’t ready which caused me to be late to my meeting.
- Jason (10/5): - Nice place for a family of 5 - hard to find hotels big enough in the city so this was good
- Lavinia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): - The parking situation was a bit different. It would have helped if the Internet provided both the Magazine St and Gravier St entrances since it's all one way streets.
- Yousef (8/5): - They don’t have housekeeping and the cleaning is done upon request and not free. I’ve asked for early check in at 12 almost a month before the day of checking in and i called and they confirmed with me that it will be taking care of and when I checked in they let me wait more than an hour and when I checked in I found that the room was available a long time ago. Also I booked two rooms and when I informed them that one of the rooms I need to check out one day earlier and they refused to refund me since I paid in advance through Expedia. In the past I had similar situation and the hotel agreed to refund the last day since I changed my plans and they worked it out with Expedia but unfortunately this hotel refused to do that. There are many other hotels around this area and definitely this hotel will not be my first or second choice in the future unfortunately.
- Fred (10/5): - Great hotel.
- Suzan (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (4/5): - I’m not interested, in being tricked into listening to vacation timeshare presentations while I’m on vacation. I’m also currently waiting for the return of my security deposit. I will not be staying at one of their properties again.
- Kevin (10/5): - Good location. Great staff
- James (8/5): - This boutique hotel is a former book bindery - late 1800s - 9 stories, but still intimate & personal. 5 Star staff, block & a half off Canal St., beautifully decorated on period style.
Only negative is "spotty" wifi - I went days with no email. Early mornings signal is strong enough to sign onto, although youvwill likely lose it later in day. A real inconvenience for guests.
Otherwise, Wyndham's La Belle Maison is my favorite place to stay in French Quarter.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (10/5): - We had a beautiful top floor room with a view that was also ADA accessible. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants a home base to explore New Orleans from the French Quarter to the Upper Garden and beyond.
- Marianne (10/5): It was a fun stay with friendly, helpful staff. - I didn't know about the breakfast. We loved how friendly and helpful everyone was. They helped us figure out how to get to the places we wanted to go. We loved the popcorn and the bread pudding. We loved the pool facilities but didn't have enough time to use them. Nothing really. We were really happy.
- Doreen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crystal (10/5): - We absolutely loved how spacious our room was and everyone was so helpful and nice
- feng (10/5): - The room is well equipped, clean, and comfy. I enjoyed the afternoon popcorn.
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pankaj (10/5): - Clean place, very supporting staff and the hotel is right in the center of all the New Orleans's attractions and activities.
- Mark (10/5): Happy stay - Great all round We were pretty happy with this stay!
- Medlin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (6/5): - Close to the french quarter & restaurants. Quiet at night. 1 bedroom was spacious.
Didnt like- even though i made 1 reservation through expedia, it showed up as 2 reservations in the hotel system so i had to check in & out twice. It was hard to get bell services. The hotel has been under construction for over a year. The indoor hot tub room was extremely stuffy & had an over powering chlorine smell.
- Mark (7/5): We love the hotel - The rooms are great and so is the location Our first room was too noisy, it had some kind of system running in the roof that sounded like a jet engine and we couldn't sleep. But the staff were great and moved us.
- Willis (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): - My husband and I stayed 2 days at this facility. Being our first time in New Orleans we didn’t know what to expect. Overall we had a very nice experience.
The hotel is centrally placed and is walking distance to many tourist locations and restaurants.
The staff at checking in and valet parking was very courteous. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and basic dishes and cutlery. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. Room was quiet. No noise from the streets.
The only negative experience was that we didn’t have WiFi service available for the entire time which was annoying.
- Bridgette (8/5): Very good -
- Bette (8/5): Very good -
