• Travis (2/5): Rude plain and helpful front desk extremely inconvenient to load and unload luggage no elevators I didn’t feel safe. .Ev - They had smoking rooms The guy at the front was rude very plain and unhelpful. There’s no elevator or buggies to carry your luggage in. When I got in my room, there was no lockout latch. It looked like it had been ripped off of the door so that was unsettling and I didn’t feel like I had proper security from unwanted we’re uninvited even staff because they have the master key and can get in if I was in the shower or or had company. They said that the rooms were built with soundproofing(info from booking.com,) but that proved to be not true whatsoever when walking in the hallway, I could hear conversations and people’s phones playing music from the hallway and their doors were closed and it wasn’t even like they were yelling or anything so I didn’t feel like I had much privacy didn’t feel very clean. The floors were sticky. But the location is exactly where I needed it so that was a Plus.

• Veal (1/5): If I could get my money back I would . - I didn’t like anything at all !! The staff was rude ! They charging $50 deposit to stay in a piece of crap ! I am disabled and was forced to walk upstairs . Pets barking nonstop && the room was unclean and smelled like piss . It was hands down the worst room I’ve ever been to . We did not stay long we did not feel safe .

• Merrill (1/5): - The ac unit in our room had a bad smell like mildew/ musty blowing out of it. The front desk was notified and the only solution they could offer was to spray perfume in our room. The floor was sticky when you would walk on it and the staff was unprofessional and seemed annoyed when these issues were brought to their attention.

• Tara (10/5): It sucked - I didn't get to stay there they canceled my reservation and I want my money back from you. Tara wasn't able to get there on the first day and when I got there they had canceled my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there unless I paid them for room after I had paid it through you so I was pissed and went and got me a room at the Windgate motel instead so I need my money back from you.

• Alejandro (10/5): Very good stay. Will recommend for next visit - The location was good. Close to the freeway and a lot of stores nearby. Also a 24 hour gas station next door which is very convient. The smoking smell could've been better. Some people doesn't respect the no smoking rule.

• Denise (9/5): It was a very relaxing stay, I enjoyed myself and my pets. - It would be nice if they included a coffee pot with coffee and condiments instead of asking you to go downstairs to get a cup of Decaf. Also some shampoo and conditioner. The first night I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, I had to go the next day to buy some. No coffee pot, no toilettries.

• Abrams (1/5): terrible - nothing Room was bare poor lighting. When I went to the bathroom, there was urine splatter on the floor around toilet. Then after being outside and hot from the Houston heat and humidity. I went to shower. There was a pubic hair in the tub not belonging to me. There were also long black hair strains on the shower wall. The tub didn't drain. Then finally when I pulled back the covers the was a black hair in the bed. That when i went and asked for my money back and found a new motel.
