• Patricia (2/5): De los peores hoteles que me eh quedado - La ubicación, bastante ruido por las noches,la actitud de la recepcionista que aun sumándole la actitud con el novio por un lado,la única toalla que había en la habitación super percudida y con hoyos por donde quiera,sin jabón,lo único fue un shampo en una botella de refresco, tuvimos que comprar toallas y papel higiénico,afortunadamente siempre cargamos con lo básico de higiene personal,el baño se quedó sin agua en el inodoro casi dia y medio,el drenaje de la regadera olía feo,si quieres usar las te tienes que pagar 100 pesos para que te presten el control.

• Angel Alfredo (9/5): Un buen hotel, con un poco que mejorar. - La sercania al centro histórico. Las televisiónes no tienen control ni casi señal, y mi ventilador de la habitación hacia mucho ruido exagerado, y también la chapa de la puerta de la entrada a mi cuarto se caía, pero dentro de lo demás, todo está muy bien y cómodo, dormi exelente y la estancia estubo perfecta, seguro volveré.

• armando daniel (1/5): No volvería a hospedarme en este sitio - Un poco lo céntrico La recepcionista, que estaba en la noche muy grosera, la habitación me la entregaron muy sucia había muchos pelos en la cama en el cuarto en el baño, el piso de la habitación tenía pedazos de alitas de pollo en el piso y la mujer de recepción no me quiso cambiar la habitación

No tenía área de fumadores uno tenía que salir a la calle, no tenía servicio a la habitación, solo una toalla cuando éramos 2, no contaba con secador de pelo etc como otros hoteles, al salir uno tenía que dejar las llaves primera vez que me pasa.. Más bien creo que es como motel pero de hotel para quedarse unos días no no sirve no lo recomiendo para nada soy chilena y como primera vez en México fue una mala experiencia

Peor los sábanas, cobijas toallas etc estaban rotas, o con aspecto sucio (aunque olían a lavado) o decolorada por parches de cloro.

Tuve que dormir encima de mi ropa y taparme con mi chamarra. Booking cobra $672.14 y el hotel $350 y ni era una cama king, fue una matrimonial

• Verified traveler (2/5): Una basura - Una basura. Ni se como tiene 3 estrellas. Si dormir en la basura sería 1 estrella este debería ser de 2 solo por tener cama. Nomás me senté y me empezó a dar comezón. Sábanas con agujeros y lo peor que no dejaban dormir parece bodega de paquetería y se la pasaban encintando todo el rato que estuvimos ahí. Solo entramos y a la media hora desocupamos la habitación. Y lo peor que hoteles.com me cobró el doble de lo que cobran normalmente. Yo pensaba que pagar 700 por noche sería mejor hotel pero fue un robo. Y pedí asistencia que me reembolsaran aunque sea una noche y nada. Me dieron simples 400 pesos y en bono. Ahora sí me decepcionaron.

• Mariam (7/5): Good - The location was not bad historical centre and all shops were close, but it was little bit dangerous during the night. I recommend to order taxi if you are moving during the night. Noices during the night, but i think thats because of guests not the hotel service.
• Paige (3/5): You get what you pay for - Price, convenient area. You definitely get what you pay for. Our first night there the whole room was covered in cocoroackes, they were absolutely everywhere. I didn't sleep that night because I was swatting them away from my child while they slept. I got a different room the next night which only had a few cockroaches. Cleanliness wasn't great, but like I said, you get what you pay for. The rooms I stayed in definitely were not like the ones in the pictures.

• Alphadivers (1/5): Dirty place, not ready for stay - room not cleaned, bedding used - The room was not prepared for use - it was not cleaned. The bedding and pillows were dirty and full of human hair (I have extensive photo material). This is a scandalous violation of hygiene rules in the era just after the COVID-19 pandemic. I returned the key to the reception immediately after noticing this fact and left. I did not use the reservation and reported the problem to booking.com. I demand a refund and compensation!

• Emily (5/5): Do not recommend! - The location has a lot of graffiti and is on the outer edge of downtown centro. We did not feel unsafe however there was not a lot of businesses open after 10pm so you may be the only person walking in the area. The lady at the front desk was not kind to deal with, she didn't speak to us at all and simply handed us a key, the key she gave us was for a room other people were already in. We had to go back down and ask for another room. The next room she gave us had bedbugs (see photos) so we went back down to ask for another room. The third room she gave us was on the top floor and looked very clean and had more space in the room than the others. We checked the room thoroughly and no sign on bed bugs. There was no body wash/soap in the shower and no conditioner. The lady did not give us any wifi password and my husband had to talk to two staff to get it. Noise levels were okay however the window is facing the street and you can hear all conversations outside as well as motorcycles when they pass. I would not recommend this place given they had bedbugs and the lady at front desk didn't seem phased by that what so ever. The location is also not ideal. There are other budget friendly locations that are safer and same price!!

I think some years ago it was a really good hotel. The price is good. Location is very comfortable. There are a lot of places near. WiFi works. It’s very dirty. Bed sheets smells very bad. Also there are a lot of cigarette burns and stains. And I don’t even want to know where these stain came from. It’s very noisy all the time. It’s construction works, loud music, loud conversations and very loud women moaning in the night. There is no hot water in the shower 95% of time. Bottles with soap and shampoo doesn’t work. Bottle with liquid soap near the mirror is clued to the table. I had to go there for the soap fully in water and go back to the shower just to wash myself. But what is most disgusting that there are a lot of roaches. Especially in the bed where your head should be. It was really hard to rest in the day and in the night. I booked a room for two weeks, but I couldn’t stay there more than 5 days.
