• Mathew (2/5): - Worst motel i have stayed at in over 20yrs of traveling. No room serice/ cleaning of room. or even empty of the outside ashtray. Collection of full payment due as you arrive. Was charged $25 per night for my service animal which is outrageous. Also website said $15 per night for pet. I have a service animal! Absolutely stay away from this crap so called motel.

• Darren (8/5): - I stayed there recently and found the room to be very clean, and the owners were friendly. I brought my small dog,so this motel is pet friendly. Also I liked the fact that there were lawn chairs right outside your room, i would stay there again.

• Gary (4/5): - They use too strong off cleaning supplies in room. All I could smell in the room was chemical odor. Must be from cleaning supplies. Left a bad taste for my stay
• Annie (6/5): - No coffee, no coffee machine, microwave does not work at its full potential, to warm up coffee bought earlier it takes 2 minutes to warm up, usually takes 25 seconds.
• Gail (10/5): - The young lady at the office was lovely, the room was spotless and well equipped. Everything smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were a bit too firm for me, but I have bad arthritis. Otherwise great location, and friendly service.

• William (8/5): Good for an overnite - Only point i feel a little weird about was when checking in i was handed a bag with 2 packs of instant coffee , 1st time in all my travells for that. Ps there was a kettle in the room
• Doris (4/5): The male owner has anger issues! - I am a deaf person and when I arrived to check in after having made a reservation there was a note on the office door stating to call this number and someone would come. It was quite the hassle to get someone to call for me since I cannot use a phone. A husband and wife team arrived I mentioned that it would be good in the future if they could leave a text number so that I could have texted them. At that suggestion the husband lost his cool was very rude loud came out from around the back of the desk yelling at me that he had an emergency at the hospital and he did not care about my problems this continued for some time had I not already had an reservation and was going to be charged for that room I would never have stayed. The wife tried calming him down to no avail finally I said I am a customer and I will be leaving a review give that some thought. Then exited the room and slam the door so hard I thought it was going to break. Very unprofessional when I was merely suggesting a cell number would have helped me a lot instead I had to text some friends to call for me. The room is definitely showing its age the carpet felt sticky the fridge was turned off and took most of the evening to cool down there was no coffee tea or anything for the morning just to empty mugs and a kettle.
• Sophie (4/5): - Lady at the front desk couldn’t been less helpful and rude Unwelcoming to say the least. Next time in the area I’ll pay double just to at least feel like a guest… room had a smell and could hear noises all night long. I don’t recommend this motel.

• Richard (10/5): Very Good Value For The Travel Dollar - The manager was very friendly and helpful and we could tell cleanliness of the motel was a high priority. While the location is not in the city proper, it's only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the lake shore. Would recommend the Bo-Mark to friends and family alike.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had such a comfortable stay at Bo-Mark, suite 6, Wed. September 18 arrival to Thursday Sept 19 departure. We will absolutely stay there again. Even though there was a lot of traffic on the highway out front, inside the suite was quiet, so don't worry about noise at all. We slept peacefully. Thanks so much to the owners and the staff at Bo-Mark Motel!
