- Kenji (7/5): - 朝、カウンターのスタッフさんから「おはようございます！」と元気に挨拶された事。 チェックインするとき？の夕方のカウンター周りの強い匂いが苦手でした。(私の母も同じ感想) 朝には、消えていましたが。 後、夜暑くて寝苦しかった。(これも、母と同じ感想でした) あと、朝食の時の配膳？のスタッフの方。「ありがとうございます」はいいけど、あまり「スミマセン」を言わないで下さい(悪い事した訳ではないので 卑屈な感じにも聞こえるかも)。 でも、頑張って働いているのは素晴らしいと思いました。

- Naoko (8/5): Convenient location across from a supermarket. Very friedly, polite and helpful staff, Very clean! - It was relatively close to the Hon-Atsugi train station. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room and the facility were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast (1,400 yen extra if you pay in advance; otherwise 1,600 yen) was fabulous; two types of juice, hot coffee, green tea, several types of bread, traditional Japanese vegetable dishes, grilled fish, some meat dishes, and western-style salad, and some dessert (cream puff and coffee jello with cream). The safety box in the room was nice, too. Very spacious lobby area with many sitting areas. Across from a supermarket and less than a block from a convenience store. Many restaurants within several blocks. There are some Japanese manga books in the laundry/vending machine/microwave room. We used "ECO" option so they only cleaned every three days. They do pick up trash and used towels if we leave them outside the door before 10 a.m., but we had to pick up new towels at the front desk. Other hotels we stayed at left us a bag with towels when they picked up used towels. There was no way to control the room temp. other than opening a window very slightly. There was no functioning bathroom vent. Coffee machine in the lobby area would have been nice.

- Kristoffer (5/5): Decent hotel and good value for the money. Come in either summer or winter so you know the AC will be set correctly. - The staff was lovely and very helpful. Also, a decent location a few hundred meters away from the station. The rooms had many outlets, reading lamp, backlight and stuff that’s just nice to have. The AC can not be adjusted. Right now it is set to heating if you turn it on and cannot be set to anything else. As we are in a period of both warm and cold weather, the rooms would typically get really hot and it was hard to sleep in that heat. Opening the window is not an option as there’s a lot of noise outside and the window barely open. The breakfast was fine, but I felt the staff was a bit slow at refilling, but hey, they did it immediately when asked nicely and they were lovely in general.
