Elise (7/5): À améliorer - L’emplacement accès à la plage sécurisé Le manque d’équipement (pas de plancha, pas de protection sur les matelas et oreiller..) , nous avons eu un logement PMR donc pas forcément adapté aux personnes valides (salle de bain qui été toujours trempé vu qu’il n’y a pas de douche fermé ni rideau de douche. ) La propreté laisse à désirer . Les abords de la piscine ne faisaient pas rêver . Manque d’entretien dans la zone de pétanque Laverie en panne .

Check in facile même en dehors des h d'ouverture Residence hyper agréable Il manque en particulier des tables de chevet et un tabouret dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires. Remplacer la serpillière par un balais à frange serait un gros plus pour le ménage final. Il serait pratique de pouvoir ouvrir le portail avec un code afin de ne pas laisser la voiture sur le parking ext en cas d'arrivée tardive. Mais ce ne sont que des détails, nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Marco alessandro (9/5): - Le stanze sono ampie, comode e molto ben strutturate. Seppur la struttura abbia qualche anno, è ancora molto ben tenuta e risponde a tutte le necessità. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta, subito affrontato dallo staff e risolto tramite uno sconto da Booking. Tutte le persone coinvolte gentili e cordiali, molto soddisfatto.
margherita (5/5): Discreta - Struttura molto grande e tranquilla - l’arredamento del nostro alloggio era molto datato - in cucina : la lavastoviglie era priva di pannello davanti, lo stesso per il frigo i pannelli erano staccati - la struttura era immersa nel verde ma la sera i lampioni ad un certo orario venivano spenti e quindi l’esterno dell’alloggio lasciato completamente al buio, per orientarsi all’interno della struttura bisognava accendere le torce per non rischiare di cadere visto che erano presenti scale per accedere agli alloggi, salite e discese molto scoscese - la struttura priva di sorveglianza - la reception o per qualsiasi urgenza bisogna contattarla negli orari indicati (non e una reception operativa 24 su 24) - l’alloggio aveva anche un piccolo terrazzo con tavolo e sedie di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché proprio sopra c’era un grosso albero che perdeva continuamente foglie, spine … ti cadevano addosso quindi era impossibile stare seduti fuori. Difficoltà anche nel pulire perché ogni mezz’ora era di nuovo pieno di foglie e residui di piante varie . L’alloggio era composto da : cucina, camera da letto , bagno con vasca e mobiletto con lavabo (senza finestra ) e un altro stanzino dove c’era solo il wc (senza finestra) quindi privo di bidet

Le manque de matériel à disposition pour l’entretien régulier du logement (aspirateur, torchons). La terrasse était très difficile à laisser propre avec les arbres au dessus (peut-être prévoir une toile?)…

Andrea (8/5): In soli due giorni difficilmente valutabile ma nel complesso sufficiente - 300 mt (strada privata) da una discreta spiaggia con piccolo stabilimento balneare … piccolo ombrellone in dotazione… nel complesso qualità/prezzo buono… Parcheggio principale la sera sempre pieno comunque disponibile uno spazio un po’ più scomodo … struttura che avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione/arredi da rinnovare…
andrea luigi enrico (9/5): Un tuffo a Favone - Posizione molto strategica, vista la zona poco frequentata avere un bel supermercato a una decina di minuti è ottimo. Mare quasi privato, ad agosto si respira nonostante tutto. Vicino alle spiagge più belle dell'isola, che sono molto più piene di quella vicina alla struttura. Bella la piscina e bene la dimensione dell'appartamento...Promosso! Un po' scomoda la lavanderia e non sempre presenti i ragazzi della reception negli orari indicati.

Müller (6/5): Lage toll-Preis zu hoch - Den Strand erreicht man via Tunnel in 5 Minuten.Während dem Aufenthalt wurde für einige Bungalows neues Mobiliar geliefert. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen.Die Betten extrem hart.In der Kûche funktionierten 3 von 4 Herdplatten.Die GWM liess sich nur durch aufreissen mit lautem Knall-da das Brett falsch montiert war -öffnen. Beim Pool funktionieren die Duschen nur mit dem Haupthahnen(dazu ist dje Abdeckung zur Wasserzufuhr permanent offen).Der Boden um den Pool ist massiv beschädigt.Am Pool herrscht Ess und Trinkverbot und kann nur bis 19Uhr genutzt werden-dann wird man definitiv vertrieben vom Personal,welches die Toiletten (von ano Dazumal) und die Liegestühle mit dem Wasserschlauch abspühlen
Anne (1/5): Sentiment d’avoir été arnaqués - Rien Nous avons plusieurs points à relever: - les égouts débordaient juste devant l’entrée donc impossibilité de manger dehors, problème déjà signalé par les voyageurs précédents mais demande non satisfaites, donc après nombreuses demandes plus contact avec Booking et plusieurs jours d’attentes, le problème a enfin été résolu mais malgré cela l’odeur a persisté pendant tout le reste du séjour dans le WC. - les extérieurs non entretenus. - prix beaucoup trop élevé. - odeurs désagréables dans les armoires de la cuisine. - oreillers tachés, matelas durs, ustensiles pas propres. - la porte du lave vaisselle ne se fermait pas correctement. - douche à l’entrée de la piscine bouchée, eau stagnante et sale durant tout le séjour (10 jours). - sentiment de manque d’hygiène dans la piscine de la résidence donc pas pu en profiter. - portail à l’entrée de la résidence fermé à partir de 20:30, parking à disposition en dehors de la résidence et vite rempli. - cuisinière et ensemble du mobilier très vétustes, on a pas pu cuisiner.

Jacopo Elia (5/5): Appartamento passabile, ma ci hanno lasciato tutta la settimana SENZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA - Spiaggia: Vicinissime alla struttura ci sono le spiagge di Favone e Tarco che sono belle ma non tra le principali della zona. Sempre vicinissima c'è la spiaggia di Cannella che è bellissima. Le spiagge più famose sono a 30-40 min di distanza verso sud. Piscina: Non utilizzata. Dovessi tornare a visitare la parte centro-sud della costa orientale della Corsica cercherei qualcosa più a sud.

Stratégiai hely a sziget dél-keleti részének felfedezésére. Egy kis korszerűsítés, felújítás ráférne az apartmanra és a berendezésre. Bevásárlási lehetőség korlátozott. Nagyobb élelmiszer üzlet 5-10 km-re.

filippi (5/5): - la piscine etait grande et agréable Nous souhaitons vous faire part de notre profonde déception suite à notre récent séjour. Dès notre arrivée, plusieurs éléments ont entaché notre expérience : La clim soufflait directement sur nous toute la nuit, impossible à régler ni à éteindre, rendant les nuits très désagréables. Piscine fermée à 19h : Ce qui est tôt, surtout en période estivale. Absence de café dans la chambre : Un service pourtant standard dans ce type d’hébergement. Propreté de la baignoire : Elle présentait des taches de moisissure incrustées. Canapé-lit inconfortable : Le matelas était enveloppé dans un plastique épais, provoquant un bruit insupportable à chaque mouvement. Terrasse sale à l’arrivée : Elle était couverte de feuilles mortes, mais nous avons été sommés de la nettoyer à notre départ, ce qui nous semble incohérent. Demande déplacée au départ : Une dame est venue faire le tour de la chambre et nous a demandé de monter nous-mêmes le sac de linge sale à la réception, sous prétexte qu'elle aurait mal au dos à force de le faire chaque jour. Nous comprenons les contraintes physiques, mais cela ne devrait pas être à la charge des clients. Nous venons en vacances pour nous détendre et profitons d’un service que nous payons. Il n’est pas normal que ce soient les clients qui doivent compenser les manquements de l’établissement.

Katerina (7/5): - Quiet place Unfortunatelly, we got a room for disabled. The bathroom had an open shower which is quite impractical, the whole floor was wet after every showering. The beds were hard and not comfortable. It looked better in the photos. The furniture was quite old.
Tomi (4/5): - Logement avec odeur d’humidité, trace d’humidité au plafond ( logement 59) literie très mauvaise, matelas très très dur, on croirais dormir sur une planche de bois Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons appris à notre arrivée que la piscine n’était pas disponible, et apparemment depuis plus d’une semaine, je n’ai pas très bien compris la raison, mais à priori la conciergerie devait avoir l’avale d’une société pour confirmer qu’il n’y aurai pas de souci sanitaire. Pour conclure, je n’y retournerai pas.

La piscine était fermée. Pas possible de se garer juste devant la maison (mais pas loin) et le chemin ne permettait pas de faire rouler les lourdes valises. Le marquage des brûleurs électriques de la cuisine a disparu, difficile de faire la cuisine. Il faut assumer une part non négligeable du ménage quand on quitte le logement. Pas d'ombre pour le parking. Pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

Dès notre arrivée, elle a su se montrer d'une grande gentillesse et a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme remarquable. Toujours souriante et disponible, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec patience et bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. techinelli (7/5): Vacanza rilassante - La posizione della struttura era comoda alle spiagge, e se non si ha voglia di muovere l' auto , tramite un tunnel si arriva alla spiaggia in dieci minuti di camminata . Si è un po' scomodi ai servizi .supermercato o anche panettiere , anche se volendo c'è il servizio baguette .

Elisabetta (8/5): - Purtroppo un po difficile la comunicazione con il personale. Struttura un po vecchia ma camere molto carine con clima. I letti te li devi fare tu!!! Questo l'ho trovato un po particolare!!Ingresso in spiaggia abbastanza comodo grazie a un sottopassaggio.
