- Dipak (3/5): A terrible place. - There was none which I liked except for the staffs. The Hotel is very old, and needs serious repairs. every pipes were leaking. Bathroom is full of water. Everything.
- Minttumaaria (6/5): Pleasant - Staff is polite and nice. You can get coffee or tea in the morning. Hot water is provided in buckets. Our room was small, very dirty and cold (windows don't close properly). Bathroom is in a very bad condition, paint / plaster peeling off. Sheets and blankets are dirty and torn.

The flush, tap & sink hole everything in the washroom had a plumbing issue. The room and beds were so dirty that you could make out that it has not been cleaned once also. Plus the room had a pungy smell. On top of that the property accepts only liquid cash, not even an UPI.

In the heart of Kolkata near a metro station so great for exploring. The food there was also very good!! Could be more clean, could use new paint job as was a bit dingy
