• Tahnee (7/5): - The staff was really friendly and helpful! The accomodation has been very clean and near to the city centre. We asked in advance for glutenfree and vegan options and it was said that there would be a buffet with everything available which we can choose from. The buffet in fact was really small. They luckily had Some glutenfree bread for my partner but with other dietary options like vegan there was nothing to eat for me except dry oats and fruits so I had to buy my food for my breakfast on my own. Also the kitchen Equipment in the Appartement was quite small.

• Maria (6/5): - La posizione e la piscina La pulizia giornaliera è stata molto approssimativa ed è stata assente nel bagno. Un paio di giorni non ci hanno neanche aggiustato il letto. La ragazza della reception è spesso scocciata, una mattina siamo andate in piscina a prendere il sole e non ha neanche salutato, appena siamo arrivate ci ha detto che avevamo un appartamento luxury e che era il nostro giorno fortunato ma ci è sembrata una presa per i fondelli, in quanto l’appartamento di luxury non aveva niente. L’angolo cucina non è neppure attrezzato adeguatamente.

Was great to use the kitchen, fridge for breakfast. Very close to amazing local restaurants that serve delicious food and great service.

The food and bar were excellent and good value. Then unreal views from the balcony. Great cleaners - however make sure to hide valuables! Having to be quiet quite early but that is expected for a nice hotel.

Everything is close to the hotel. Super market, bars, restaurants, the Malia old town and about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and you had everything you need. I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10!!!

• Hannah (7/5): Great location, amazing food but rooms need updating. - Beautiful pool area, perfect for us as we were a family of 13 and we could use loungers or tables and chairs and all be close together. The hotel is small, which we liked. The location in the old town was lovely, some tasty restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel was amazing! Between us all, we had a lot of different dishes and we all enjoyed every one of them, particularly the mousaka and the ceasar salad.. The chef makes this hotel! Also, the male bar staff member was lovely and made amazing iced caramel coffees. The rooms need updating. We had several issues with our room such as the shower head kept falling off, the lock/handle on bathroom door was broken, handle on wardrobe kept falling off, shower curtain was awful and kept clogging the drain. For a self-catering holiday, we found it difficult to cook in (usually we make breakfast and sandwiches for lunch) the rooms as there wasn't any worktop space, you needed a chair to reach the cupboard with crockery in and there wasn't anything to help clean e.g no tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid. Additionally there wasn't any hand-wash or toiletries (in the past we've stayed in places where you get shower gels ect.) Finally the hair drying is useless, over heats after 20 seconds.

• Renata (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was great, walking distance from a town. The place was cleaned every day. Very nice pool. Extremely noisy, bar open late at night with loud music. Music was on from early morning until late night.not a place for family with kids as pool was taken over by young adults most of the day. We weren't able to relax in peace. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. All the "hot" food was cold and very poor choice.
• Milica (10/5): A warm and welcoming family owned business - We loved everything about it, from the location, to facilities, pool area, food and great cook, price and value ratio, staff and especially the family who owns the establishment who were very helpful and warm and welcoming.

• Efraim (3/5): Unfriendly staff Nervous and unsympathetic manager Not recommended at all - It is very important for me to be precise about this accommodation and explain why I gave this place a low score. In terms of the quality of the place and the rooms, they are standard and simple. The pool is very nice. The staff is really unwelcoming. It seems to be doing its job and not beyond. Not trying too hard and even a little nervous. After cleaning our room the key to our rental car was lost. We turned to find out if by any chance there was a chance that the cleaners found the key, there was no empathy for our case and what's more, to prevent the car from being stolen, we blocked it with another car of ours, and this caused us to occupy another parking space. At 01 in the middle of the night the owner of the place knocked on our door really hard and was very angry that we left another parking space occupied It was very disrespectful and not nice. When we accidentally sat with our food around the pool he nervously asked us to vacate the place because we are not allowed to have our own food near the pool. In short, it's a shame that a place like this doesn't try to be nice to its guests. When we left for Chania we realized how nice and caring the owner of the place in Chania is and how much this place must not be returned to.

• Julia (8/5): Immer wieder gern - Das Hotel ist im alten Teil der Stadt gelegen und hat dadurch eine sehr angenehme und recht ruhige Lage (waren aber auch nach der Hauptsaison dort). Zu Supermärkten bzw. Restaurantes und Bars/Clubs sind es nur ca. 10-15min. Der Strand ist auch nicht allzu weit, außer man möchte etwas abseits von Hotels baden, dann sollte man ca. 30min zu Fuß einplanen, was sich aber gelohnt hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer mit Küchenzeile auch spitze. In heißen Nächten sollte man jedoch die Klimaanlage gegen ein paar Euro in Anspruch nehmen, da man sonst kein Auge zu macht. Das Frühstück würde ich allerdings nicht unbedingt empfehlen, da man danach definitiv nicht satt ist. Wir haben dann die restlichen Tage auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt schließlich ist von Besteck über Kühlschrank und Herd alles vorhanden.

• Nora (8/5): Hôtel très agréable. Situé dans un joli quartier. - Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. personnel très accueillant à l'écoute de vos demandes. Très calme et en même temps proche du centre ville. Si vous cherchez la plage , il faut marcher 2 km. Nombreuses locations de quad, ce qui permet de bien visiter les environs et découvrir de jolis bords de mer (entre 25 et 30 euros la journée). Petit bémol: la clim et wi fi ne sont pas compris dans le prix.
